Carnicom has been collecting particles out of the air using electrostatic precipitation. According to the newest information on his site, the samples obtained contain red blood cells, possibly dessicated.
Could it be biological inoculation??

The presence of bloodcells in three
samples does indeed put the biological
modification explanation ahead of the
weather modifcation theory.
The innoculation theory is not a
realistic possibility,
merely a psychological defense
against the terror of the
implications. |

Agree with Dick. Insofar as I understand the theory of atmospheric innoculation, this simply isn't what is happening. Granted, we know so little- but what we do know, so far anyway, makes this news far more sinister than otherwise. And I for one do not even necessarily believe this is deliberate "culling" either. But whatever it is, this is a dreadful discovery, no matter how we look at it. It's pure evil in and of itself- regardless of the antecedent cause. |

I don't know if these experiments by Carnicom are proof of it, but I stick by my theory of biological inoculation. My research shows that for a 105 day observation period, 60% of the days with observeable skies had cirrus aviaticus, also known by many as Chemtrails. (During this period of my research no commercial/passenger/private traffic was observed to produce any trails of this magnitude of persistence.) So, the issues of dilution of substance are ameliorated by the high frequency of distribution.

Baccilus Subtilis is one of the most "enginneered" bacteria around. It was used in secret large scale biowarfare testing on US populations way back in the 1950's
Read "Clouds of Secrecy" by Dr. Lenord Cole.
Modified Baccilus Subtilus is being used as a biopesticide, but most use has been as a seed treatment (applied to the seed and planted in the ground). The use of foliar applied BS in agriculture just started up this last year, but it is more expensive and less effective than conventional methods SO i would not expect to find residues, at least from farming practices...
Now Psudomonas bacteria, on the other hand, is a ICE NUCLEATOR, IE it causes water to freeze at temperatures above freezing, and this could be handy if you wanted to make clouds.
I believe I read somewhere where they were genitically enginneering bacteria to "cleanup oil spills" IE live and grow on oil
(jet fuel?) |

Well Thermit- you could turn out to be right-who really knows for sure? They aren't telling yet. I don't see that anyone outside the big black box this story sits in has the Final Answer yet. Mark- what if *you* turn out to be right? At this point, we can't afford to turn up our nosey little noses too much at anything offered for consideration. In deep darkness, all theories are (theoretically) possible.
But we need to know exactly what is clustered around these cells: this would tell us much more about their purpose, I would think. |

In one book I read about biological warfare, a person noted that at FT. Detrick (bioweapons central)they had some horses that they had repeatedly administered increaseing doses of anthrax, to the point where they were now imunne to ouragiously high doses. Of course with so MANY different bioweapons and so many varients of each type, and given the subleathal doses you would need to innoculate~well it would take a lot of sprays. I am not counting this out. It is my strong #2 probability.
It also goes along with Kosovo being "in the club" the day after they signed the papers.
Innoculations with subleathal doses would of course make many feel sick and cause a number to die. I know i can now stand skys that used to put me totally under. |

BY the way Thermit thanks for the upgrade where the music continues to play while editing...
what holds me back from putting biowatfare counter innoculartion on the top of my personnal pile of reasons is,
the total overt mind control, the FAA the EPA The MiliTarY The News mEdia the comMer~CIA~ls the eNvIronMenTal diss~interest in an obvious "smog" problem.
While the EPA looks quite closely at millionths of micrograms of a "suspected problem" here is a visable TONNAGE of "emmisions"
BTW, did you hear that a heating oil spill in the NE was found to have had an MTBE component?
do i think that the "father of the H~BOMB
has my best interests at heart?
