Hope you enjoyed your nap, now WAKE UP!
Guess this guy is shoddy left wing too. You know if you could get past the left/right game you might realize there is a concerted effort to eliminate our sovereignty even from within our own leaders, both right and left. The only thing that keeps foreign troops that are training here in the U.S (there are multiple sources for that do your own google search) from being the U.N troops you said would be shot on sight is the silly blue hat.
Cuppett served in the Army and the Pentagon for 31 years. He received the Purple Heart and Bronze Star, as well as the Sec. of Defense Civilian Service Medal and the Joint Meritorious Unit Award. He spent six years of his service as a member of the Pentagon Joint Staff in what was C3SEO and J-7/EAD.

Why so many rumors?
Foreign military on U.S. soil and in the skies
Foreign military aircraft are flying in U.S. air space without
restriction, various bio-chemical agents are being released, and
foreign military are on the ground in large numbers warns a former
member of the Pentagon Joint Staff.
The military and the media consider Alexander B. Cuppett to be a
"crack pot" and an "extremist, radical nut case," but others in
the conservative Christian community believe he is telling the
truth about a corrupt government.
Cuppett told Investigative Journal that he has investigated
persistent rumors
of foreign troops on U.S. soil, and dangerous chemtrails in the skies.
He says America is in grave danger.
The Treaty on Open Skies (TOS) was enacted by President George
Bush in 1992 and continued by President Bill Clinton. Its provisions
permit foreign military aircraft to fly in U.S. air space virtually
without restriction.
"They are there ostensibly to insure our compliance with START
(Strategic Arms Reduction Treaty) agreements," explained Cuppett.
Russian and other foreign aircraft are said to be monitoring U.S.
destruction of nuclear weapons and treaty compliance. He claims
the planes and helicopters are actually based at facilities in
several strategic locations in the U.S. and Canada, along with
thousands of foreign troops, and that they are using the treaty
to enable them to be in an ideal position to attack.
Cuppett sent a letter to Gen. John P. Jumper, Commander of the
Air Combat Command describing his concerns. A spokesman at the
office of Jumper was unaware of the letter, but said off the
record that Cuppett "is well known around here, but he isn't
taken seriously."
Cuppett said that the U.S. maintains the TOS compliance EC-135
squadron at Offutt Air Force Base, Bellevue, Neb. Offut is home
to the Air Force's premiere reconnaissance and command-and-control
operations.
"The clandestine purpose of the TOS, rather than to certify U.S.
START compliance, was to allow UN pilots to over fly the American
populace without hindrance or restrictions," said Cuppett.
He claims that he has personally witnessed low-level flights of
Russian Hip MI-17 helicopters. There are also high altitude flights
by large tankers that spray bio-chemical agents over populated areas.
Cuppett said he has gathered reports of similar activities all over
the U.S. for at least eight years.
Many of the reports he has gathered come from other retired members
of the military who have knowledge and experience to recognize what
they have reported.
Cuppett told the radio audience that spraying so far has consisted
of various experiments. He said the time will come when enemies of
the U.S. will spray more lethal bio-chemical weapons.
The UN wants to take our guns. They are prepared to eliminate us one
way or the other. They realize they may not get us to give up our guns,
so they ready to spray," said Cuppett.
He also claims that "all across the U.S. are tens of thousands of Chinese,
Soviet, UN troops and police operating under the guise of the Partnership
for Peace and Project Harmony enacted by Clinton."
Cuppett said the troops are stationed in national parks and on closed
military bases. Some are on active military bases as well, according
to reports he has gathered from concerned members of the military.
"The foreign troops are well armed and equipped, but our National Guard
no longer has ammunition. Even active duty forces don't have ammunition.
The aim is to get all our combat guys overseas for peace keeping," said
Cuppett.
He says the U.S. has been sold out and the threat is very ominous and
real, so real that he plans to leave the country.
Cuppett served in the Army and the Pentagon for 31 years. He received
the Purple Heart and Bronze Star, as well as the Sec. of Defense
Civilian Service Medal and the Joint Meritorious Unit Award. He spent
six years of his service as a member of the Pentagon Joint Staff in
what was C3SEO and J-7/EAD.

Some of those Defense Dept. links are old I guess. Scroll down this page to the list of countries. http://www.ciponline.org/facts/imet.htm
quote: Expanded IMET, a subset of the IMET program which funds courses dealing with civil-military relations, defense management, counternarcotics law enforcement, and military justice.
Of course I'm sure this is just for use in their own countries.
Do your own search on IMET
of course you'll say since it's been going on since 1976 that makes it OK, right? Research what some of their training entails...things like "helping" out here with national emergencies. Taking over civilian city governments and disarming citizens. For our own good of course, just in case our guys happen to be elsewhere fighting a war. Hmmmmm

Taking over civilian city governments and disarming citizens.
you know (and the nap was good and needed) I've been hearing *they* gonna take our guns for the last 4 years on the net...and that *they* are gonna take over government and martial law would be enforced and all that too...
after the worst disaster in U.S history on U.S soil martial law never happened...we still have our guns...yes yes jeb did something in fla. regarding it but christy said nothing was unusual at the time and she lives there...sooooo....
oddly enough before 911 there was a big push to enforce "intolerable" guns laws in my opinion...and those have all but disappeared...in my state I can buy a gun from anyone...I can carry it...in my car...I just have to have the clip in my pocket...or out of the gun...which is fair...and I can load really fast...if I want it loaded and carry it I have to get a "conceal and carry permit"....which ain't no big deal either....
my point is it's not that I'm not listening...or reading I've read every link you posted...it's just I heard "wolf" so many times now that the sound just blends in with the birds and the trees....
btw send an e-mail to drudge, beck, rush about the b.grove stuff...see what transpires
in staying with the topic of this thread I read a poll last night at zogby I think that said 67% of democrats don't know and knew nothing about a democratic economic plan....contrary to the opinion of a democrat "govenor" (which is funny in it's self) who gave the democratic rebuttal....
LOL

The biggest plane I've ever seen flying in the US was around Christmas 2001. It looked like it was coming in for a landing near Florence, and it was HUGE. The tail had a huge red star on the tail, which is the symbol of the Russian Air Force. Would this be related to START, or something more sinister?
It was big and grey and if memory serves correctly had two large engines underneath the wings. If I knew more about military planes I could tell you more. Any ideas about what it was? |

Well since "They" do things incrementally I guess your right it has been going on for more than four years. It's certainly not breaking news. Let's table it for now.
I agree that we should drift this thread back on topic. |

Al-Qaeda 'was making dirty bomb'
British officials have presented evidence which they claim shows that al-Qaeda had been trying to assemble radioactive material to build a so-called dirty bomb.
They have shown the BBC previously undisclosed material backing up their claim.
It includes secret intelligence from agents sent by Britain into al-Qaeda training camps in Afghanistan.

Tragic and devastating breaking news, my heartfelt prayers for the families...
http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,77253,00.html
CAPE CANAVERAL, Fla. — NASA lost communication with the space shuttle Columbia approximately sixteen minutes before its scheduled landing Saturday morning. At the time, Columbia was streaking over north-central Texas, at an altitude of approximately 200,000 feet, moving at about 12,500 mph. The National Aeronautics and Space Administration declared an emergency.
NASA was mobilizing search and rescue teams in and around the Dallas/Fort Worth area, and warned people to be on the look out for "debris" which was described as possibly being "toxic."
Witnesses reported falling debris, and video showed what seemed to be the shuttle breaking apart.
The shuttle was carrying the first Israeli astronaut and six Americans, and authorities had feared it would be a terrorist target.
Inside Mission Control, flight controller hovered in front of their computers, staring at the screens. The wives, husbands and children of the astronauts who had been waiting at the landing strip were gathered together by NASA and taken to separate place.
NASA, while not saying the shuttle had exploded, broken up or crashed, warned that any debris found in the area should be avoided and could be hazardous.
In 42 years of human space flight, NASA has never lost a space crew during landing or the ride back to orbit. In 1986, space shuttle Challenger exploded shortly after liftoff.
Security had been tight for the 16-day scientific research mission that included the first Israeli astronaut.
Ilan Ramon, a colonel in Israel's air force and former fighter pilot, became the first man from his country to fly in space, and his presence resulted in an increase in security, not only for Columbia's Jan. 16 launch, but also for its landing. Space agency officials feared his presence might make the shuttle more of a terrorist target.
On launch day, a piece of insulating foam on the external fuel tank came off during liftoff and was believed to have struck the left wing of the shuttle.
Leroy Cain, the lead flight director in Mission Control, had assured reporters Friday that engineers had concluded that any damage to the wing was considered minor and posed no safety hazard.
The early morning fog burned off as the sun rose, and Mission Control gave the seven astronauts the go-ahead to come home on time. "I guess you've been wondering, but you are 'go' for the deorbit burn," Mission Control radioed at practically the last minute.
"We've taken all reasonable measures, and all of our landings so far since 9-11 have gone perfectly," said Lt. Col. Michael Rein, an Air Force spokesman.
Columbia's crew -- Ramon and six Americans -- completed all of their 80-plus experiments in orbit. They studied ant, bee and spider behavior in weightlessness as well as changes in flames and flower scents, and took measurements of atmospheric dust with a pair of Israeli cameras.
All of the scientific objectives were accomplished during the round-the-clock laboratory mission, and some of the work may be continued aboard the international space station, researchers said. The only problem of note was a pair of malfunctioning dehumidifiers, which temporarily raised temperatures inside the laboratory to the low 80s, 10 degrees higher than desired.
Some of Columbia's crew members didn't want their time in space to end.
"Do we really have to come back?" astronaut David Brown jokingly asked Mission Control before the ride home.
NASA's next shuttle flight, a space station construction mission, is scheduled for March. The next time Columbia flies will be in November, when it carries into orbit educator-astronaut Barbara Morgan, who was the backup for Challenger crew member Christa McAuliffe in 1986.
