we've been over that...and to avoid loosing a large chunk of ass...again...just don't reply and play with the chemmies...K?
the ability of the gov to just come in and take things over unclear circumstances or cloudy law...based on suspicion...rubber stamped by a judge...is a serious issue...it was a "terrorism" task force doing the deed...
"sovereignty" would be a good word for you to research...in your spare time...away from the tanguray and chronic....

This is a fascinating subject if it could be discussed by those who are rational enough to handle it without making the wild ass statements and accusation that has become typical of certain left leaning individuals on this board. I’m talking about BS statements like “Bush and Ashcroft are part of the NWO, devil worshiping, pedophile globalist crowd“....People like that guy in the video are what America is all about because the price of freedom is eternal vigilance.
Now......those self-appointed watchdogs like Mech's idol, Alex Jones, DO have their purpose because they do what the fourth estate was supposed to do; They act as watchdog's for government abuse...and that's an absolute benefit to this nation, no question about it. Where there are people in positions of power over others, there will always be the potential for abuse of that power, because it's in the human nature of many people to seek power and control over others…(even though I don’t personally understand the thrill of this power hunger myself)… But people like Mech do their cause a disservice on issues like this because they start making the baseless, wild ass, leftist propaganda aforementioned statements, and serious discussion on a fascinating and important issue like the one Seeker raises becomes impossible...
But, lest I rag on Mech too much....(I should let up because he's been off my case lately) let me just say that my impression of the area 51 story was more along the lines that government is trying to protect something BIG and exhibiting signs of extreme paranoia, rather than trying to intrude on privacy of citizens. In other words, it seems defensive in nature rather than offensive….
Let me explain.....obviously they are paranoid about people entering...Hence something mindblowingly big MUST be there! That's what interests me...the great lengths this government is going to protect whatever these secrets are. These secrets must be HUGE beyond belief, and this hints of the possibility that some of those reverse engineering stories may be true. Of course, the good folks at area 51 may just be paranoid about foreign spies trying to observe secret technology, but if they were so concerned about spying, the government wouldn't have been so loose with the most dangerous secrets of all….. nuclear secrets. (Odds are China knows more about our secrets that we do, right now anyway thanks to their bestist buddy Klintoon)...No, to me, this smacks of something bigger. They must be hiding something so incredible that they feel they cannot even take the risk of the public even coming close to the boundaries....I'm thinking this might be something akin to UFO (flying saucer) technology...
OK...then if they have this stuff, as a taxpayer, let me just say; they better damn well USE it in the next war to save American lives! What's the use of having secret superior technology if you never use it?
Anyway..that's the impression I get from the story. The people in command of Area 51 seem to be more worried about protecting themselves from intrusion, than purposefully attempting to intrude on the lives of citizens.
Now the act of ransacking the guy's house, and telling him he cannot touch government property, even when it's on private land...is all a steaming load of crap. I do take issue with this! A big mouthed Alex Jones type may have some limited use in this case.....
