DO YOU WANT TO KNOW WHY PUBLIC OFFICIALS ARE VOTING TO TAKE AWAY YOUR FIREARMS?
If you want to know why, go to your local library, no matter where you live in the United States. Tell the librarian to show you where the United States Code books are shelved. There are 25 books in the set. They are reddish-brown in color. They are printed by the Government Printing Office in Washington, DC. These hard-covered books are printed every 8-10 years. They are updated with annual soft-back supplements each year until a new hard-cover issue comes out. At the present time the 1988 hardbacks are on library shelves.
OPEN VOLUME 9. The page numbers are in the center near the middle binding. The section numbers are along the edges.
TURN TO PAGE 651. Here you will find Public Law 87-297 which calls for the United States to eliminate its armed forces. This law was signed for the United States in 1961. John F. Kennedy signed it and every president since has worked to enact its provisions. The government knows you will not approve which is why they want to take away your firearms. (This is Title 22 USC section 2551)
TURN TO PAGE 652. Here you will find the definition of what the government means by "disarmament." The disarmament calls for the elimination of our armed forces. It also calls for the elimination of weapons of all kinds. (This is Title 22 USC 2552 (a)).
TURN TO PAGE 654. Here you will find it stated as item (a) "control, reduction and elimination of armed forces..." and as Item (d) "...Elimination of armed forces...". What you need to know is that your armed forces are being eliminated from national control which, in turn, wipes out our sovereignty as a nation. In two stages, we will have no more army, no more navy, no more air force. In the third stage, we shall have a "zero" military. Before Stage I closes, all citizen owned guns will be banned. (This is Title 22 USC Section 2571 (a).
Public Law 87-297 is further explained in the State Department Document, called Publication 7277. Your librarian can also furnish you a copy. Ask the librarian to get you a copy of "The Blue Print for the Peace Race." It is a 35 page booklet printed by the United States Arms Control and Disarmament Agency as Publication No. 4 - General Series 3 - Released May, 1962. Publication No. 4 is the unabridged version of State Department Document 7277.
Both of these booklets explain how our military is to be reduced to 2.1 million men. China and the Soviets are to be reduced to that level also. At this point, we are at Stage I at which time we are to transfer (on a permanent basis) one-half of our armed forces to be merged with the Russian and Chinese armies. In Stage II the remaining one-half of our armed forces is then turned over to this same Security Council of the United Nations. The person in charge of the merged armies must, by agreement, always be a Russian. The world's smaller nations turn 100% of their armies over to the same under-secretary of the Security Council in Stage II. President George Bush and Admiral Wm. J. Crowe [have refered] to this process as being "in transition."
TURN TO PAGE 655. On this page in Volume 9 of the United States Code, read "Policy Formation." The directives there (written in 1963 to pacify objectors) are supposedly to restrain anyone from disarmament, reducing or limiting our armaments, or taking guns away from the people unless it is pursuant to the treaty-making power of the president, or if it is authorized by further legislation by the Congress. (This is title 22, Section 2573.)
Every couple of years the House of Representatives votes to appropriate funds for this on-going program. Since P.L. 87-297 was first passed into law in 1961, there have been 18 updates to it - all bad - with no deletions of these issues I lay before you now. The Congress knows that the plan includes the policing of the United States by foreign troops. (The world army they are forming.) The Congress is allowing our military bases to be closed down, except for those which will be used by the world army. You will find that plan in Publication 7277 and in "The Blueprint for the Peace Race."

(YellowTimes.org) - On January 29, 2003, The U.S. daily, the Wall Street Journal, published an editorial revealing the existence of terrorist training camps in Florida. Rodolfo Frómeta, a Cuban, and former Army Captain Luis Eduardo García, a Venezuelan, are named in the article as the leaders of the paramilitary coalition formed by the "F-4 Commandos" and "The Venezuelan Patriotic Junta." García, a former captain, was one of the leaders of the defeated coup against democratically elected president Hugo Chavez Frías in Venezuela in April 2002.
The training camps located in the Florida Everglades seem to have escaped the reach of the Homeland Security Office, created by President Bush as a way of protecting the United States against terrorist attacks. This oversight seems to come from the fact that this coalition was not set up to attack the United States; instead, it follows the tradition of the Contras and their terror campaign in Nicaragua, and other groups such as Alpha 66 and the F-4 itself and their terror campaigns against Cuba. This time the coalition between F-4 and the Venezuelan Junta has been set up to train paramilitary forces to terrorize Venezuela

WASHINGTON, DC -- Recent moves to beef up intelligence gathering in the wake of the September 11th terrorist attacks have civil libertarians concerned that law enforcement agencies will entangle many law abiding citizens and social justice groups in their surveillance missions. Intelligence networks are setting their sights on the Internet, which up to now has had no clear privacy guidelines. Under the provisions of the inaptly named anti-terrorism act, "USA- PATRIOT," the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), National Security Agency (NSA), Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), and a number of other smaller law enforcement agencies are looking for ways to monitor the Internet and mine useful intelligence from it. And new technology makes it easier than ever to spy on the Internet But all the technology in the world will not protect citizens from terrorist attacks, unless the government knows how to use the information effectively. As the government and a few selected companies and think tanks push for new surveillance laws and more monitoring of the Internet and telecommunications in general, the words of Mary Schiavo, the Transportation Department's former Inspector General and outspoken critic of lax airline security, are particularly poignant. Speaking in Washington on December 18, Schiavo pointed out that the "United States already had laws to prevent what happened on September 11th . . . they weren't being enforced."

The Montauk Project
The Philadelphia Experiment lore holds that the Montauk Project, a.k.a. the Phoenix Project, was headed by Dr. John von Neumann, who also is said to have directed the Philadelphia Experiment. The Montauk Project is thought to have centered mostly on how the mind reacts to interdimensional travel. It allegedly took place at the Brookhaven National Laboratories. The story goes that Von Neumann attempted to link computers with minds and was apparently successful beyond his wildest dreams. Using this computer-human link, Von Neumann could affect others minds and was eventually able to open a time vortex back to 1943 to the Philadelphia Experiment. He even made claims that the mind could created matter at any point in time. He also claimed to have sent a man named Preston B. Nichols through two times lines, a fact which was actually confirmed by Duncan Cameron in 1985 (Montauk). Cameron claims to have been trained by the National Security Agency. I have an idea. Manx Radio is picked up by parts of England, Wales, Ireland, and Scotland, because we are midway (time for another battle of 'Midway', this time against Chemtrails?) between these countries. News items on the Isle of Man are frequently picked up by main TV stations 'across the water' in these 4 neighbouring countries. The Isle of Man is small enough (80,000 population), and plastered enough by Chemtrails, so that if a lot of people hit the Isle of Man to raise awareness on the horrific chemtrail spraying, worldwide, our government here, which has a certain amount of home-rule, could be forced into a position, or voluntarily adopt the position (probably even politicians don't like to be gassed to death), that Chemtrail spraying must be stopped over the Isle of Man. If that happens here, it could spread to the UK. If it spreads to the UK, it could spread to the world.

The presence of Aluminum, Barium, Calcium, Magnesium, and Titanium in the air over a part of the United States is now formally documented, in as reliable a way as is available to an ordinary American citizen. Over three months, three separate rainwater and snow samples from Chapel Hill, North Carolina, have been collected and submitted for formal 'double-blind' laboratory analysis. Tests were ordered for several elements that should NOT be present in normal rain/snow. The results should have come back marked 'N/D' ('None Detected') for all tests... But, that hope was smashed. Sensing that George W. Bush may be defeated in his reelection bid next year because of the mess in Iraq created by his neocon advisers, the Wall Street Journal (this is a subscriber web site) published an interesting commentary piece by Yale Professor of Humanities Harold Bloom on October 14 in which Bloom promoted former Army general Wesley Clark as the ideal man to be president of the United States. The Journal, official mouthpiece of the neo-con Wall Street group (identified years ago by Murray Rothbard as the leaders of the neocons), normally does not often publish such articles, although it sometimes tries to give the appearance of being fair. But the publication of this piece may indicate not only worry by the Journal's neocon insiders (such as former editorial page director Robert Bartley and current director Paul Gigot) about Bush's chance for reelection but also a desire to shape the election outcome by promoting a Democrat who could actually pass for being a neocon and most likely could be manipulated into doing the bidding of the neocons.

WASHINGTON - Military authorities have taken unusual steps to protect evidence in an espionage investigation at the Guantanamo Bay prison camp, including classifying routine court documents and forcing visiting reporters to promise in writing not to ask about the case. Air Force officers tried to close to the public a preliminary hearing for Senior Airman Ahmad I. al-Halabi, an Air Force translator facing 32 charges including espionage. His lawyers challenged the closure in the Air Force Court of Criminal Appeals, and the judges agreed to close only parts of the hearing that dealt with classified information.

Idols have pervaded America and should resolutely be called what it is...idolatry or idolism, the fallacy of worshipping idols or false gods and goddesses. An idolater is one who worships or blindly adores and idolizes an idol. Granted, there are those who think there is nothing wrong with doing so, however, there are also many who know that it is something to beware of and avoided like the plague. Idolatry is a serious matter overlapping into other areas that each individual must eventually come to terms with. Visible but without substance, an image or form used as an object of worship, idols are a substitute and counterfeit for the one and only true God, Creator of heaven and earth. Are we going to love, worship and bow down to the golden calf, statues of Zeus, Isis or Ishtar, and man-made religious or governmental institutions springing forth from ancient mystery religions and idolatry that God despises, forbids and curses? Count me out.

Why is Israel threatening to murder Arafat?
The Israeli government of Prime Minister Ariel Sharon has publicly declared its intention to murder Yasser Arafat, the popularly elected president of the Palestinian National Authority.
This announcement was not an emotional outburst by some out-of-control cabinet member. It was delivered by Israeli Deputy Prime Minister Ehud Olmert, Sharon's closest ally and a man frequently mentioned as his likely successor. The threat was deliberate and calculated to serve definite political purposes.
The magnitude of this proposed crime deserves careful consideration. Arafat has been a major figure on the world stage for some 35 years. Whatever one thinks of his politics-and the World Socialist Web Site certainly differs with his nationalist outlook-he is unquestionably identified with the national strivings of the Palestinian people, to which he has devoted his entire adult life. This is a man who just a decade ago was invited to the White House to sign an ill-fated peace treaty and-when it served the purposes of the major powers-was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize.
The reactionary perspective of Zionism has found its finished and grotesque _expression in the public proposal to murder Arafat. The Sharon regime has unleashed a bloody conflagration in the Middle East to pursue its expansionist aims. On June 26th of 2000, the successful completion of the mapping of the human genome was triumphantly announced. The media were nearly universal in heaping praise on this alleged scientific milestone. This was just as true for the 'progressive' press as it was for the more mainstream media outlets. For instance, the World Socialist Web Site - allegedly one of the most uncompromisingly leftist of news sources - gushed that:

In an insightful column featured on the Konformist web site, Lederman noted that: "Probably the single greatest irony in the human genome issue is the idea being marketed to the public that this scientific advance will lead to the average person enjoying a much longer and healthier life. In light of governmental resistance to preventing corporate pollution of the environment, developing renewable sources of energy, banning the use of toxic chemicals and insecticides or protecting the food supply from contamination, can we really expect that this technology will be used to extend human life generally? Late last June, almost two months after the end of "major combat" in Iraq, Army Reserve Sgt. Rafael Vasquez, a city cop and nurse from Washington Heights, arrived at base camp Anaconda southwest of Baghdad.
Other Army medics welcomed his unit to the base, inviting them to a movie in a tent converted to a minitheater, but Vasquez's unit was too tired after the long convoy from Kuwait.
"Three mortar rounds found their way into the perimeter and into the movie tent," Vasquez recounted last week by E-mail from Iraq. "When I entered the trauma tent there they were, the same guys who invited us to the movie. Lying in blood and uniforms shredded from shrapnel. Nine out of the 20-men unit were seriously injured. We treated the wounds as best as we could and medivaced out the rest of the injured. "That night I realized how quickly a life could end out here. This was at a time when federal websites were prohibited from using persistent cookies altogether. Now it's years later, and immortal cookies are commonplace among search engines; Google set the standard because no one bothered to challenge them. This cookie places a unique ID number on your hard disk. Anytime you land on a Google page, you get a Google cookie if you don't already have one. If you have one, they read and record your unique ID number.
2. Google records everything they can: For all searches they record the cookie ID, your Internet IP address, the time and date, your search terms, and your browser configuration. Increasingly, Google is customizing results based on your IP number. This is referred to in the industry as "IP delivery based on geolocation."
3. Google retains all data indefinitely: Google has no data retention policies. There is evidence that they are able to easily access all the user information they collect and save.

6. Google's toolbar is spyware: With the advanced features enabled, Google's free toolbar for Explorer phones home with every page you surf, and yes, it reads your cookie too. Worse yet, Google's toolbar updates to new versions quietly, and without asking. Neocon 101 - Some basic questions answered

"Neocons" believe that the United States should not be ashamed to use its unrivaled power - forcefully if necessary - to promote its values around the world. Some even speak of the need to cultivate a US empire. Neoconservatives believe modern threats facing the US can no longer be reliably contained and therefore must be prevented, sometimes through preemptive military action. Most neocons believe that the US has allowed dangers to gather by not spending enough on defense and not confronting threats aggressively enough. One such threat, they contend, was Saddam Hussein and his pursuit of weapons of mass destruction. Since the 1991 Gulf War, neocons relentlessly advocated Mr. Hussein's ouster.
Most neocons share unwavering support for Israel, which they see as crucial to US military sufficiency in a volatile region. They also see Israel as a key outpost of democracy in a region ruled by despots. Believing that authoritarianism and theocracy have allowed anti-Americanism to flourish in the Middle East, neocons advocate the democratic transformation of the region, starting with Iraq. They also believe the US is unnecessarily hampered by multilateral institutions, which they do not trust to effectively neutralize threats to global security.
What are the roots of neoconservative beliefs?
The original neocons were a small group of mostly Jewish liberal intellectuals who, in the 1960s and 70s, grew disenchanted with what they saw as the American left's social excesses and reluctance to spend adequately on defense. Many of these neocons worked in the 1970s for Democratic Senator Henry "Scoop" Jackson, a staunch anti-communist. By the 1980s, most neocons had become Republicans, finding in President Ronald Reagan an avenue for their aggressive approach of confronting the Soviet Union with bold rhetoric and steep hikes in military spending. After the Soviet Union's fall, the neocons decried what they saw as American complacency. In the 1990s, they warned of the dangers of reducing both America's defense spending and its role in the world.
Unlike their predecessors, most younger neocons never experienced being left of center. They've always been "Reagan" Republicans. What is the difference between a neoconservative and a conservative?
Liberals first applied the "neo" prefix to their comrades who broke ranks to become more conservative in the 1960s and 70s. The defectors remained more liberal on some domestic policy issues. But foreign policy stands have always defined neoconservatism. Where other conservatives favored détente and containment of the Soviet Union, neocons pushed direct confrontation, which became their raison d'etre during the 1970s and 80s.

The coming currency devaluation

After repeated warnings from currency analysts and market advisors (including yours truly) that the U.S. currency system is on the verge of becoming a blocked, two-tier system we now have confirmation that the country is one step closer to realizing this. When fully implemented, the new U.S. dollar will mean a "banana republic" type currency and across-the-board devaluation. According to a CNN/Money news wire report of Oct. 7, the new U.S. $20 bills will be released this week at banks across the country. Meanwhile, the Fed and its Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) will hold a nationwide series of publicity events as part of a $33 million campaign to let the world know of the new bills and to acclimate the public to their strange new appearance.
The new $20s are peach-toned with the presence of blue ink, making it the first time in almost 100 years that a mass- circulation.
U.S. note has prominently contained a color besides green and black. They also contain an embedded vertical plastic strip and color-shifting ink, whose appearance changes from copper to green as the bill is tilted against the light. Below is what the front of the new $20 bill looks like (from the BEP website).
So what is the significance of this change of color in the U.S. $20 note? Well according to the Feds it is designed as a deterrent to stop counterfeiters. But accordingly to currency analyst Lawrence Patterson, who authored the 1994 monograph titled "Currency Recall", which accurately forecast the new multi-colored notes, the new colored money is part of a two-tiered currency system that will have drastic implications for investors and non-investors alike here in the U.S.
Patterson calls the new notes "crayola currency" and claims they will circulate domestically while the normal green currency that we've grown accustomed to will circulate offshore all over the globe. According to commentator Terry Savage, "Two-thirds of the U.S. paper currency is circulating in foreign countries." With the coming two-tiered currency system, foreigners will continue to be allowed to use the greenback while U.S. citizens will be stuck with the "crayola currency" which cannot be exchanged. Patterson forecasts the coming use of foreign exchange controls for the U.S. dollar domestically, which would prohibit Americans from transferring capital to any other world currency. Again, this is discussed in Patterson's now-classic monograph "Currency Recall" (which I've read and highly recommend to students of currency policy and investors seeking to retain the value of their investments).
Patterson states, "I want every one...to think carefully about this...because we are coming very, very close to the end of the freely convertible domestic dollar. They cut in value could be as much as 50%...I believe those holding gold bullion bars offshore and bullion coins domestically will be very surprised to find that special regulations will prohibit them from profiting."
THE ROAD TO A UNITED SOVIETS OF AMERICA

INTRODUCTION:
This series is intended for the concerned Patriot "Internet" surfer. The concept of the Permanent Revolution is very simple to understand (a most worthwhile read) but hard to provide a comprehension in a single four to five page presentation.
It is impossible to understand the present reality if the existence of the Permanent Revolution is not recognized. The purpose of this series is to allow the reader to visualize this reality.
I would like to thank Paul Walter and especially Charlotte Iserbyt and the readers of www.newswithviews.com for the response to my essay Radio Encounters of the Third Kind. Because of this response and at the urging of Mr. Walter, I've been requested to provide a six part series (maybe more) on the Permanent Revolution, presently under the control of the International Democrat Union (IDU) www.idu.org. Not many people are aware of this reality and yet millions of Americans (Conservative of Liberal) accept the possibility of a Conspiracy Theory trying to establish a (Godless or Fascist) New World Order. The majority of the leading voices of Conspiracy Theories (vanguards of Patriotism) have not yet recognized the existence of the IDU, founded in 1983.
This series leads up to a June 10, 2002 major meeting of the IDU held in the White House. This meeting verifies the existence of the Permanent Revolution that is removing impediments to the evolution and proliferation of a specific American/British Capitalism. At this meeting the Bush administration announced its policy of pre-emptive nuclear strikes, against enemies "of the American Way of Life" and support for the spread of the concept of a global Free Market economy.

Two of the sponsors of that bill (S. 295) are most curious; Mr. Ashcroft (presently Attorney General of the USA and Mr. Frist (presently the Senate majority leader). From http://www.pbs.org/neshour/bb/congress/may96/s295.html we can read the following from page 1, "The escalating demands of global competition have compelled an increasing number of American employers to make dramatic changes in workplace and employer-employee relationships" Employee involvement structures, which operate successfully in both unionized and non-unionized settings, have been established by over 80 percent of the largest employers of the United States and exist in an estimated 30,000 workplaces"

He was the ATF agent whose firearms investigation of the Branch Davidians led to a raid on their compound near Waco on Feb. 28, 1993.
The ill-fated raid claimed four U.S. Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms agents and six Davidians and sparked a 51-day standoff that ended in the deaths of 76 Davidians - including the religious sect's leader, David Koresh.
PA SUPREME COURT RULES AGAINST MUMIA ABU-JAMAL'S HABEAS CORPUS APPEAL
On October 8, 2003, The Pennsylvania supreme court ruled against Mumia's habeas corpus appeal. They affirmed the PCRA (Post Conviction Relief Act) Court "...properly concluded it was without jurisdiction to address the merits of his [Mumia's] claims, and dismissal without a hearing was appropriate" and that "...the appellant is not entitled to habeas corpus relief..." October 2003 Update on Mumia Abu-Jamal
Dispatches From Death Row, 3-5 minute radio essays by Mumia Abu-Jamal recorded, produced and distributed by Prison Radio and aired on over 75 radio stations. He a featured commentator on Free Speech Radio News.
Prison Conditions: Mumia is on death row in a high security control unit at the State Correctional Institute at Greene in Waynesburg PA. He has been incarcerated for 22 years. He is held in solitary confinement in a six by nine-foot cell. He is allowed to exercise outside his cell for only five hours per week. He is allowed one two-hour visit per week. Mumia recently received more access to the phone, now he gets three 15min calls per week.
Health Crisis:
Mumia has had disturbing episodes where his feet and ankles are dangerously swollen, deeply discolored and sore. After this latest crisis, he has not yet been seen by a physician, he is requesting outside medical attention At the moment, the swelling in his ankle has subsided and his coloring is better. IFFMAJ http://www.mumia.org are requesting that people call the prison and demand that Mumia be allowed to see an outside physician to diagnose and determine appropriate treatment.
: Regarding Mumia's 1st degree murder conviction and sentence of death: Mumia's first and only federal habeas corpus appeal was decided on Dec. 18th 2001 by district court Judge William Yohn. In that decision, his death sentence was overturned. And his conviction was up held. Death row inmates now only get one federal habeas corpus appeal, per the 1996 anti terrorism and effective death penalty act signed by Clinton. The Philadelphia DA appealed the reversal of Mumia's death sentence. The Court granted the DA's motion to keep Mumia on death row. According to legal experts, there is a 40% chance the 3rd circuit appeals court will issue an order simply reimposing death. If the court affirms the reversal of death, the DA could elect to let Mumia do life in prison without possibility of parole. (Currently in PA there is no parole). It is more likely that the Philadelphia DA will elect to conduct a trial on the sentencing phrase and put Mumia on trial, the only question in that proceeding will be whether he will be sentenced to life or death.
Federal Court: Both sides have filed appeals of the Yohn decision. These appeals are before a three-judge panel of the 3rd Circuit. Yohn certified for appeal only one legal issue, and it involves jury selection, the relevant Supreme Court precedent is "Batson". This is a very significant issue if heard fairly should result in a new trial being ordered. Mumia's Federal Habeas appeal is now moving forward in light of the PA Supreme Court decision on Oct. 8th to deny his current state court appeal.
State Court: On October 8th the Pennsylvania Supreme Court denied Mumia's appeal requesting a new PCRA evidentiary hearing. Of Note: On October 4th, Mumia received an honorary citizenship of Paris France in a ceremony at city hall in Paris.

In their bracing new screed, Bushwhacked: Life in George W. Bush's America, Molly Ivins and her co-author, Lou Dubose, come right out and declare that their examination of Dubya's performance as both Texas governor and U.S. president is populist in tone, rather than liberal. The difference? Ivins, Texas' best-known newspaper columnist, and Dubose, former editor of the Texas Observer, are exclusively interested in "who's getting screwed, and who's doing the screwing" based on the record.
One might also wonder who's responsible for the exquisite smart-ass tone and the dizzying reportage in this authorial relationship. The language is pure Molly -- a brand of crude, passionate wit she ought to copyright -- but the heavy-lifting of names, dates, legal opinions, speeches, government agency screw-ups, and offstage personal and political alliances surely affords Dubose more than just copy editing status. Unlike their brief and less incendiary collaboration Shrub, this new work must've been a hellacious fact-checking adventure for the publishers. From reduced standards for meat-packers' product and chemical plant emissions to faith-based charity scandals to the almost ghostwritten authorship by political advisor Karl Rove of a new reactionary script for American life, this is a far-ranging but focused political rant.
Stated simply, the thesis of Bushwhacked is that our current president is a dead-serious evangelical Christian fired by the notion that both corporations and religious conservatives have the duty to shape domestic and foreign policy to their benefit -- which, in the long run (or short run, depending on when you think the Apocalypse will occur), benefits all good Christian, capitalist-minded people. And they're the only ones that matter. Wealthy believers get the benefits of both unregulated profit, political influence, and a blissful afterlife; the unemployed and the working poor will just have to pine for those postmortem (and ante mortem) rewards.

When American Free Press published a hard-to-find photo from the Federal Emergency Management Agency's (FEMA) archive showing a small turbine disc from the Pentagon crash site, it was hoped that readers could help identify the object (Sept. 15 & 22). Since the photo and article were published there has been an outpouring of interest-and disinformation-about the unidentified jet engine part.
The photograph reveals a crucial piece of evidence, which if positively identified could help prove what kind of aircraft hit the Pentagon on Sept. 11, 2001....

Things weren't always the way they are.
Back in the 70's, you could drive around Israel and enter and exit the Territories without even knowing it. There were no markers, no guards, no checkpoints.
You'd see Arabs and Bedouins at the sides of the roads vending fresh produce and dried fruits, and selling camel rides to tourists. Life in Arab towns was, by and large, normal.
Arabs took various menial jobs within Israel, most commonly construction jobs - I'd see them all around, on busses, on my walk to school, and never felt unsafe around them. The janitor at the building in which I lived was a young family man from Gaza named Ibrahim. My mother would give him our usable old clothes. He taught me an Arabic children's song for an extra-credit homework assignment.
When the peace treaty with Egypt was signed, the nation was ecstatic. Celebrations were held all across Israel, similar to Independance Day celebrations - fireworks and all. There was a plaza near my home, where Independance Day celebrations were held; next to it was a municipal building, on which a number representing Israel's age would be lit each year. For the peace-treaty celebration, the word "shalom" was lit up on the building - and was left up there after the celebrations ended. On subsequent Independance Days, instead of putting up Israel's age, they would just light up the "shalom."
In 1980, Israel's state-owned TV station began to broadcast a prime- time program of Arabic language lessons, that also highlighted various aspects of Arab culture.
This was to be the beginning of a new era, an era of peace.

Its principal author, a Doctor of Economics, had argued in 1940 for a "Central European Union" and "European Economic Area" and for fixed exchange rates - EMU in all but name. In this book, he wrote that "No nation in Europe can achieve on its own the highest level of economic freedom which is compatible with all social requirements...The formation of very large economic areas follows a natural law of development....interstate agreements in Europe will control [economic forces generally]...There must be a readiness to subordinate one's own interests in certain cases to those of [the EC]."

FBI's Rowley pulls no punches in critique of Ashcroft

WASHINGTON, D.C. -- Coleen Rowley, the Minneapolis FBI agent who accused bureau headquarters of bungling chances to foil the Sept. 11 attacks, is criticizing the Bush administration for "whittling away our civil liberties."
In an opinion piece published in today's Star tribune,http://www.startribune.com/stories/562/4147904.html Rowley takes issue with U.S. Attorney General John Ashcroft's assertion in a Twin Cities speech last month that America "is freer today than at any time in the history of human freedom."

A CHRONOLOGICAL HISTORY OF THE NEW WORLD ORDER
In the mainline media, those who adhere to the position that there is some kind of "conspiracy" pushing us towards a world government are virulently ridiculed. The standard attack maintains that the so-called "New World Order" is the product of turn-of-the-century, right-wing, bigoted, anti-semitic racists acting in the tradition of the long-debunked Protocols of the Learned Elders of Zion, now promulgated by some Militias and other right-wing hate groups. The historical record does not support that position to any large degree but it has become the mantra of the socialist left and their cronies, the media. The term "New World Order" has been used thousands of times in this century by proponents in high places of federalized world government. Some of those involved in this collaboration to achieve world order have been Jewish. The preponderance are not, so it most definitely is not a "Jewish" agenda. For years, leaders in education, industry, the media, banking, etc., have promoted those with the same Weltanschauung (world view) as theirs. Of course, someone might say that just because individuals promote their friends doesn't constitute a conspiracy. That's true in the usual sense.
However, it does represent an "open conspiracy," as described by noted Fabian Socialist H.G. Wells in The Open Conspiracy: Blue Prints for a World Revolution (1928).
In 1913, prior to the passage of the Federal Reserve Act President Wilson's The New Freedom was published, in which he revealed: "Since I entered politics, I have chiefly had men's views confided to me privately.
Some of the biggest men in the U. S., in the field of commerce and manufacturing, are afraid of somebody, are afraid of something. They know that there is a power somewhere so organized, so subtle, so watchful, so interlocked, so complete, so pervasive, that they had better not speak above their breath when they speak in condemnation of it." On November 21, 1933, President Franklin Roosevelt wrote a letter to Col. Edward Mandell House, President Woodrow Wilson's close advisor: "The real truth of the matter is, as you and I know, that a financial element in the larger centers has owned the Government every since the days of Andrew Jackson..."

Pentagon adviser Richard Perle said Tuesday that the recent Israeli attack on an alleged training camp for Palestinian militants in Syria was long overdue and that he would not rule out U.S. military action against the Arab state.
Perle, a close adviser to U.S. President George W. Bush and Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld, spoke at a Jerusalem conference of conservatives from the United States and Israel.
"President Bush transformed the American approach to terrorism on Sept. 11, 2001, when he said he will not distinguish between terrorists and the states who harbor them," Perle said.

Freedom of the press is beginning to smell a little rotten in the new Iraq. A couple of weeks ago, the Arabic al-Jazeera television channel received a phone call from one of US proconsul Paul Bremer's flunkies at the presidential palace compound. The station had to answer a series of questions in 24 hours, its reporters were told. "They insisted that if we didn't go to them, they'd come for us," one of al-Jazeera's reporters told The Independent. And come they did - to drive the station's employees to the palace where they were handed a sheet of paper asking if they had been given advance notice of "terrorist attacks" or had paid "terrorists" for information. Al-Jazeera - along with its rival channel, al-Arabiya - had already been denounced by the US-appointed "Governing Council", currently led by the convicted fraudster Ahmed Chalabi, and punished for their allegedly provocative programmes by being banned from the council's press conferences for two weeks.
Many Iraqi journalists believe the semi-legal "press syndicate" taking shape in Baghdad is still Baathist at root although others say it could be used to enact a new press law that would take censorship out of Bremer's hands. Jalal al-Mashta, the editor of An- Nahda, blames much of the problem on the speed of transition.
"The long-muzzled Iraqi press was non-professional and tightly controlled then, suddenly, it became free," he said. For now, at least.

That is what we are going to put out tomorrow, $87 billion of hard-earned money, with very little discussion, and the President wants them to run it through this House next week. Now, when you think about that, this Rubber Stamp Congress never says no to this President. It is a failed policy, with the same people in charge today that got us in the mess. I didn't attend Attorney General John Ashcroft's speech last month in Minneapolis, but newspapers have quoted him as saying that Americans are "freer today than at any time in the history of human freedom."
Well, this American disagrees! And I would venture to say that many others feel the same way -- those who have been put on the "them" side of the "us vs. them" equation in the context of the administration's "you're either with us or against us" mentality.
It didn't matter whether you were a career FBI agent, a decorated war veteran, a duly elected congressman or senator, a military general or even a former president, you were labeled a traitor for voicing any criticism of administration policies. You were accused of giving aid and comfort to the enemy, called a friend of Osama bin Laden and thrown to the wolves (or more accurately, the FOXes).
The intimidation in this country that's been whipped up by this official fear and warmongering has been far more effective than any Patriot Act in whittling away our civil liberties.
Interestingly enough, Ashcroft himself is not above using this technique to lump those who disagree with him in with the terrorists to thereby discourage debate. Recall his statement, three months after Sept. 11: "To those who scare peace-loving people with phantoms of lost liberty, my message is this: Your tactics only aid terrorists -- for they erode our national unity and diminish our resolve. They give ammunition to America's enemies."

The toxic Gray Kool-Aid so vigorously and blindly lapped up by Democrats and liberals over the past week seemed fully ingested by the time the polls closed Tuesday night. As the 8 o?clock hour ominously tolled at the Biltmore, the ballroom bleachers sagged under the weight of 200 or so journos, and a couple of very bored white-shirted fire marshals milled at the doorway, but nary a single living human being could be found on the floor of the Davis election-night party, a neat little reproduction of Jonestown.
Face it. Just about everything liberal activists said about the recall, just about every Cassandra-like prediction spooned out by the party hacks at MoveOn.org, failed to materialize. Far from being a Republican power grab," the recall election culminated as a raucous festival of direct democracy. Turnout was much greater than in November. The voting system didn?t collapse. No Hurricane Chad ripped through the counting rooms. No masses of people of color were disenfranchised. Thousands of not-very-confused-at-all citizens did not mistakenly vote for Gary Coleman instead of Cruz Bustamante.
If you think it odd that Schwarzenegger and the California Republican Party should be able to effortlessly assume the posture of populist slayers of special interests, then you are normal. But if you can?t figure out that it?s Gray Davis? coin-operated administration and the liberals? refusal to divorce themselves from it that allows such a comic-opera, then you?re, to be polite, naïve.
I took all that overheated and rather juvenile satanization of Schwarzenegger as nothing more than some sort of twisted collective exorcism, a ritual-like purging of guilt and self-loathing by liberals who ? up until last week ? had, against their better instincts, and sometimes inexplicably, forced themselves to support the undeserving cause of the governor. But if, of course, Arnold was really a closet fascist and a serial rapist, the sleeper candidate of the Boys From Brazil, well then, we were no longer useful idiots in the survival of Big Money?s favorite gov ernor, but now we would have promoted ourselves to righteous soldiers, the last thin line in defense of Western civilization as we know it.
The harder the Democrats now have to work to hold on to constituencies they?d rather take for granted, so much the better. One day they may actually get it.

The controversy over Mel Gibson's upcoming film about the death of Jesus has spurred painful exchanges between Jews and Christians and progressive and traditional Catholics in recent days. To date, the debates have centered on the "proper" interpretation of the role of Jews in Jesus' Crucifixion, as presented in the four New Testament Gospels.
But this week, Gibson's $25 million biblical epic, which the director insists is about love and forgiveness, has triggered a new squabble - among Jewish scholars.
The texts in question are not New Testament but rather passages long censored (by Christian authorities) about Jesus from the Talmud, the encyclopedia of Jewish law and tradition considered sacred by traditional Jews.
Raising the issue is an article by Steven Bayme, the American Jewish Committee's national director of Contemporary Jewish Life, which declares that Jews must face up to the fact that the Talmudic narrative "does clearly demonstrate ... fourth century rabbinic willingness to take responsibility for the execution of JesusBut Dr. David Kraemer, professor of Talmud and rabbinics at the Jewish Theological Seminary, supported Bayme's call for honesty about Jewish texts and Jesus.
"I think it's very relevant to bring up evidence of the difficulty of our relationship with Christianity," he said, contending that it is indeed Jesus of Nazareth in the text. Kraemer believes the text was written at a time of fierce competition between the early rabbis and Christian leaders in the early centuries of the Common Era.
"The attitudes expressed [in the Talmud] can be pretty hateful attitudes," he said. "It's not about comparing them [with the anti-Semitic Gospel passages]. Just because you can't equate them doesnít mean you canít raise the issues."

Russia to price oil in euros in snub to US

Russia is to start pricing its huge oil and gas exports in euros instead of dollars as part of a stragetic shift to forge closer ties with the European Union.
German officials said Chancellor Gerhard Schroder secured agreement for the change-over on oil pricing from Vladimir Putin, the prime minister, while on a trip to Russia this week.

The two leaders have forged a close personal bond and are both keen to check American economic and diplomatic power.

Great article - thanks. I'm glad to see that Michael Moore is questioning September 11. The Saudi hypothesis is disappointing, but that's still OK. You can't rule out the Saudis a priori. Given the identities of the hijackers, this is the logical place to start. The most important thing right now is that people start questioning the ridiculous bin Laden story. Once the threads start to unravel, the whole thing will come out.

On September the 9th, 2001 a celebration of the Earth Charter was held at Shelburne Farms Vermont for the unveilling of the Earth Charter's final resting place. This "Ark of Hope" will be presented to the United Nations along with its contents in June of 2002. It is hoped that the United Nations will endorse the Earth Charter document on this occasion; the tenth anniversary of the UNCED Earth Summit in Rio.
Placed within the Ark, along with the Earth Charter, were various items called "Temenos Books" and "Temenos Earth Masks." Temenos is a concept adopted by Carl Jung to denote a magic circle, a sacred space where special rules and energies apply. Some of the Temenos Books were created within this magic circle by children, who filled them with visual affirmations for Mother Earth. Fashioned with the "earth elements", the Temenos Earth Masks were also worn and created by children.
I have one final observation about the overall Establishment position, an observation which is so obvious it is often over- looked. `Defensive' wars are intended to stop some action from continuing or from taking place - such wars are aimed, classically, at `driving the invader from our country.' Now, many commentators justify the `war on terrorism' as a defense of the United States. But the fact of the matter is that government officials make little effort to demonstrate how their `war on terrorism' will eliminate, or even lessen, the terrorist threat to the United States. As their critics have pointed out, it is none other than U.S. military interventionism that provokes terrorists to target the United States for attacks. [94] Thus, as the United States expands and intensifies her war against terrorism around the globe, she actually increases the likelihood of terrorist strikes against the American homeland.
If the war has not reduced the terrorist threat to America, what has it done? - what might it do? It has been partly successful, at best, in bringing to justice the perpetrators of 9-11. It has disrupted the al Qaeda network, though Osama Bin Laden and many of his leading associates remain at large. But at the same time, the war has achieved the establishment of an American military presence in energy-rich Central Asia and a pliable government in Afghanistan. Moreover, the war has given a green light to Israel to smash the Palestinians; and it has smoothed the path for a U.S. assault against Israel's major enemies, starting with Iraq.
When a war advances the long-sought aims of a power and its chief ally, may we not infer the purpose of the war from those results? But perhaps that kind of logic is too old-fashioned.

I have a great deal of information on the John Birch Society. You are completely right on this subject, but it is FAR deeper than you think. Robert Welsh sold out long before he had any involvement with the Society. McManus not only knows, but is an active participant. The JBS is nothing more than one of many propaganda and disinformation arms used by CFR and several other organizations. Now... the rank and file does not know this. They are kept deliberately ignorant, and just enough factual material is "leaked" to insure a viable and plausible deniabillity of such charges...
MJ-12 ("Majestic") is, by far the most powerful of the entities currently operating in the United States (and Canada). It is, however, not "Second Echelon", but "Third Echelon". There is a step between Majestic and the actual Control Structure (which is known by many names, but is tied to the House of Rothschild, but even that is a "cover" of sorts, as there are those within this organization who have not the first clue as to what is goig on).
Majestic is actually one segment or part of a much larger body. Think of it like a military establishment... an armed force... which has a central command structure, but is made up of many divisions, and many areas of specialization, such as "combat arms", "supply and loistics", "intellegence", etc. Then realize that each of these sub-structures also have a multitude of specializes sub-units. Majestic is an "umbrella" organization that controls many different functions and sub-groups.
If you look at the known membership of Majestic 12, you will see that in the upper, supervisory echelons, there is a complete overlapping of membership with CFR, NSA, Bildeberg and Trilaterial. This indicates that these organizations are "seperate but equal" within a much larger organization, with Majestic having control over those at the next level, as you will notice that, aside from the overlap from the upper echelons of Majestic, there is no other overlapping. This is limited to something like a dozen top people... the "12". It is assumed, but unprovable, that these twelve individuals all are members of the next echelon above Majestic, as their presence in all of these sub-groups, as well as Majestic, indicates that they are the actuall controlers of these sub-groups, but report to Majestic as a supervisory organization. although it is possible that not all of them are.
Here are some names, past and present, of known Majestic membership. All of these are/have been in the upper echelon... the "12". I have placed an asterisk (*) beside the names of those who are now deceased. The list will appear in order of "longevity"... that is, the length of time that each person has been a member of the group. Original members will appear in bold italic. There are several names that you should pay close attention to.
By the way, the actual founding of Majestic, as a functioning governmental body, dates to 1938/39. It was created, by Franklin D. Roosevelt (at the beheist of the Rothschilds... through their assets in Roosevelt's government, theorhetically to oversee the development of the first sustained nuclear reaction and the development of the atomic bomb). It was not brought into existence, as is commonly told, by Harry Truman, in 1947, in the wake of the Roswell incident. It was simply then that it could no longer be compeltely hidden. Truman was as much of a tool of Majestic, and an unwilling/unwitting one, as have been most U.S. Presidents since his day. Majestic does not... not... report to the Presidency. It can, but is not required to. Majestic can decide, internally, who should, or should not, have information. At the bottom of the known membership list, I will include a list of U.S. Presidents, and describe their level of involvement with Majestic, and the known reasoning behind it.

War provides the perfect cover for those waging it to commit crimes against not only enemies but also friends. Amid the patriotic flag waving and somber ceremony, the populace is cowed into distraction and for the most part will not see the chicanery and manipulation that not only created the conditions FOR the war, but also will not perceive that the purpose OF it is not to defeat the enemy, but to financially castrate and sociologically neutralize those who are actually helping to wage the war.
Such is the process by which those in power consolidate their advantage among their so-called friends.
The Christian Crusades of millenia past provide an apt example of this deceptive process. With no enemies nearby and a surfeit of armed and affluent noblemen itching for aggressive acts, kings and ministers of past empires dreamed up external threats by which to distract their powerful friends from contemplating revolution. Jerusalem and the dark-skinned Muslim realms have always been a popular target. The subsequent conflicts not only reaped new riches for the warmaking kingdoms, but also depleted the ranks and resources of those sent to fight, thereby lessening the potential political threat to the very people who dreamed up the wars in the first place. Two birds with one stone.
Those innocents killed in such cynical gambits now bear the unfortunate title of collateral damage, regrettable but necessary sacrifices to the selfishness of those in positions of power who seek to maintain it. So this world full of greedy humans continues to turn.
During war, citizens of the warmaking state may not question the motives of their leaders, lest they be accused of treason and summarily executed. Therefore, any state seeking permanent obeisance and minimal criticism from its citizenry will logically aspire toward a regimen of permanent war. It is supremely ironic that a majority of these citizens will wholeheartedly support such efforts, without realizing that it is the destruction of their own freedom that they are cheering.
However, real enemies are usually not so accommodating as to wish to engage in battle indefinitely. They are either are defeated and disappear as a viable social force, or, they kick butt and thereby ruin the plans of the manipulative attacker forever.
A shrewd superpower kingdom will cleverly avoid picking a fair fight, thereby eliminating, as nearly as possible, the undesirable surprise of an unexpected defeat. It will also defer toward states of relatively equal strength, establish diplomatic relations, and wait for an opportunity to screw them surreptitiously and without penalty.
Since the situation we face now is that one superpower outstrips in military might the next ten strongest nations, the need for it to be diplomatic is at an all-time low. It simply can do what it wants when it wants.
And yet, humans being what they are - wanting to be free, happy, honest and well-fed - even a superpower in this unchallenged position must construct fantasy scenarios to convince its people " no matter how amateurishly " that they are doing the right thing by supporting endless wars.
Today, we hear all sorts of childish whimpering about the terrorist threat, even though a cursory examination of recent history would reveal that most of these threats have been deliberately created by the nation doing most of the complaining about these very threats.
And this epiphany can lead you to a very startling observation about the nature of the world as human civilization enters the 21st century following the appearance of the Divine Messiah most of this civilization pretends to worship.
It seemed for a time - two centuries, actually - that the United States of America was a good country, champion of justice, advocate of freedom, that sort of stuff. What was lost in the education of its own citizens, however, was the frequency with which it went to war, against interlopers who were invariably depicted as evil people on the wrong side of democratic progress.
A cursory perusal of this murderous American resumé will reveal that it has always been the aggressor in all these big fights, even though the official histories bend the facts to show the U.S. was fighting for freedom against one tyrant or another.
But as time passed and the world got smaller, it became obvious that the U.S. was running out of countries that it could call evil, declare war against, and then pulverize.
Besides, once a country had been seriously obliterated, it simply took too long to rebuild it into a serious enemy again.
Clearly, if the same cartel that has essentially been running this country for all of its 227 years was to stay in power, it had to devise a new formula for finding constant enemies to fight, thereby enriching its own coffers and keeping its own citizenry from noticing too much about the way it actually conducts its business.
So it devised a new system of actually creating its own enemies. It sponsored young malcontents to fight battles that served the purposes of the masters, provided them with weapons and support techniques, used them for awhile, and then seemingly cut them loose to develop on their own. Of course, all the while the progress of these young rebels was monitored by American intelligence agencies, for the purpose of determining exactly when they could be considered mature enough to reclassify them from a nominal ally fighting for U.S. interests into a nightmare threat fighting against U.S. interests.
The key element in making this process work was fabricating staged terror events that were actually perpetrated against our own citizens but then cleverly blamed on these various foreign provocateurs whom the U.S. had carefully nurtured and brought to maturity.
The U.S. learned this trick from Israel, which had successfully used the technique throughout Europe (principally in Germany) and specifically in Iraq in the 1940s, to convince its own people of the dangers posed by "enemies" it had previously supported, for the purpose of creating a hysteria to compel more Jews to move to Israel.
Of course, now we see how Israel has used this staged terror formula to elicit world support for its illegal occupation of Palestine. And more vividly, we see how the staged terror events in New York City have driven a large part of Western Civilization into a new, crusade- like rage against the peoples of Islamic countries. Serious historians will note this has all been done before, but the general population contains few serious historians, so most people don't notice that the current War on Terror is simply a replay of the European royals' propaganda used to attack Middle Eastern peoples some eight hundred years ago, and ever since.
And lest you think all this is merely a flight of literary fancy, I bid you consider the careers of Osama bin Laden and Saddam Hussein, both of whom were catapulted into the public eye as fledgling CIA operatives, bin Laden as an Arab counterculture hero (and cheered on by his family) who rode to the rescue (with large amounts of cash) of the Afghani mujahadeen, accompanied by plenty of assistance from Ronald Reagan's CIA wheelerdealers; and Saddam as one of the triggermen in a 1968 coup in Iraq that was of course fueled by support from the, you-guessed-it, CIA. I probably need not mention that either one of these strategic CIA assets has ever been apprehended.
So for these folks to develop into threats against the world (and this is not to mention Panama's Manuel Noriega, who also followed the same progressive curriculum as a pawn in the South American drug game and good friend of the Bush family, only to later become the target of a massive American invasion), you begin to see the pattern.
The U.S. has really replaced client state enemies it first builds up with cash bribes and then converts into enemies with client personality enemies, whom it nurtures with military support, provokes with a no-win decision (whatever did happen to April Glaspie?), and then invades in a profitable fit of righteous retribution.
Are you getting the picture?
It's interesting reading some of the older stories about al-Qaeda, the so-called terror group founded by bin Laden in Afghanistan (and nurtured by Pakistani intelligence, which was covertly funded by the American CIA), and seeing how al-Qaeda fought side by side with American mercenaries in Bosnia, Kosovo, Macedonia and even Chechnya, but when they were conveniently needed as an excuse for going to war somewhere else (Afghanistan and Iraq), they were quickly converted into an enemy.
Clearly, al-Qaeda is connected to the CIA, but for purposes of stealing Iraq's oil reserves, the U.S. connected them to Iraq, and got a major assist from what used to be called the American free press, but now is called something else, something far worse.
I guess you could call al-Qaeda a multi-purpose CIA asset, good for either good or bad activities.
Al-Qaeda are claimed to the boogeymen who perpetrated 9/11 and were supposedly connected to Saddam.
And yet when you go to find out about them, they disappear in a cloud of undercover spy dust, with no leads suddenly unavailable as to where they might have disappeared. How utterly convenient. The real reason is because their controllers live at the Pentagon and other prestigious Washington addresses, not to mention a few palaces in Saudi Arabia that have ties to many American corporations.
Occasionally, the powers that be throw us a bone, like Moussaoui, or Richard Reid, just to try to prove there are actual terrorists out there. But how many more so-called terrorists have been allowed to slip away, under cover of CIA assistance? And, as in Yemen, how many more are prevented from being sought, lest they reveal their ties to the government in Washington?
Instead of having countries to blame for our ills, we now have mystical individuals - terrorists - who absolutely can't be found, except for those like Atta and the supposed hijackers who actually received training at U.S. military installations. Sound like a familiar technique?
For endless war, you must have an enemy who cannot be caught, who is completely vaporous, therefore necessitating nonstop aggressive emergency measures, variously colored alerts and tough talk for those who are unable to understand words.
The perfect enemy for a state that seeks endless war and seeks forever to pull the wool over the eyes of its own citizens for purposes of endless robbery and implementing slavery where freedom previously existed would be an enemy who cannot, under any circumstances, ever be caught. Osama and Saddam doubtless know this.
In the literal sense, this perfect enemy does not exist, which makes him perfect for a society determined to make war, because he will never be caught, and the war can continue forever.
The harder an enemy is to find and defeat, the better it is for those who seek to destroy that enemy. The CIA's creation of al-Qaeda is the perfect recipe for those billionaires whose objective is endless conflict from which to make more money. This is the new era in which we find ourselves.
It is the ultimate tilting at windmills, by which the elite who have always run America can perpetrate their vicious schemes of slavery, the gullible can continue to have their empty causes to cheer, and legitimate, God-fearing citizens can cower in fear while the very churches they support participate in the coverup that supports the tyrants who oppress them.
This is the way the world is, and has always been.
Only now it's worse, because the enemy is now a fabricated fiction, available for convenient blame in any and all disasters, no matter who actually perpetrated them.
And thanks to media shills who don't ask real questions, well-bribed legislators devoid of conscience, law enforcers who help their patrons cover up crimes, and judges who have no interest in real justice, there is no end in sight for this war on freedom. |

How Elites Employ Governments To Justify Their Crimes

Rules of the Game
Since ancient times elite groups have pursued their interests by employing the masses.
Utilizing governmental authority is extremely effective since governments create and administer laws that affect the lives, fortunes, and destinies of all who are subject to their jurisdiction. To impose its will the government must maintain ample police and military forces.
Strong as the governmental powers may be, it must not be too onerous or unreasonable because the rulers are vulnerable to an uprising of the people.
Many of the elite's interests conflict with the interests of the masses. Thus, they cannot divulge their plans. Various devious means are utilized to gain the loyalty and support of the masses.
Controlling the Rabble
Through years of experience governments have learned how to pacify and subdue the populace. Whether the state is capitalist or socialist, a democracy or a dictatorship, loyalty to the system must be established.
Indoctrination techniques are utilized throughout the lives of their subjects.
As soon as children are old enough to learn, rituals are employed to bind the children to the state. They are taught patriotic songs and loyalty oaths that they do not yet understand. They are fed myths of a heroic past that was bequeathed to the nation by their forefathers. They are assured that their well-being is guaranteed by the state and that they are fortunate indeed to be living in the finest country on earth.
This brainwashing is continued throughout their lives to prevent their joining dissenters. A sizeable opposition could forestall the leaders plans.
The education of the citizens must be carefully tailored to affect the desired results.
In totalitarian states the government is in control of the schools and the media. It is therefore imperative that their subjects have confidence that the government is honest and reliable. If the people distrust their government they will no longer believe the media's news reports.
To exercise control in a democracy the educational system and the media must be subtly enlisted to endorse the government's plans.
The citizenry must be aware that the state has ultimate control. Those who veer from the permissible path can be executed, their property can be confiscated, they can be imprisoned and/or they can be inducted into the military forces.
Patriotism of the Citizens
Every state enacts laws to produce 'good citizens' -- citizens who blindly support their government. Opposition is frowned upon. Opposition that is ineffective, however, will be ignored. The 'good citizens' will be impressed by how tolerant the state is. If opposition becomes sizeable and effective, more onerous punishments will be enforced to stall and reverse the momentum. Innocent dissidents jeopardize their life, their liberty and their property.
Nevertheless, the laws governing the state must be perceived as reasonable and fairly executed.
Peoples and governments everywhere probably consider murder the worst of all criminal activities. The mass murderer whose victims include helpless innocent women and children is the most despicable and heinous of all -- the worst of the worst. When ordered, indoctrinated patriots in the police or military will readily commit that most abominable act and find great pleasure and enjoyment in the performance of their duty. Since ancient times, states have enlisted their armies to perpetrate these terrible crimes. To remain in power every government -- totalitarian or democracy -- must abide by these precepts.
The U.S. Applies the Precepts
To discover the intentions of the elite it is necessary to know who they really are.
Thoughtful individuals realize that in the U.S. the multinational corporations and the wealthy billionaire fat cats are the obvious answer. That cabal includes the blue chips of corporate America and the blue bloods of society. To insure that the government is cognizant and responsive to their needs, sufficient grease is applied to the working parts. Generous campaign contributions are reciprocated most liberally (even by conservatives).
Because the government claims to be responsive to the people suitable justifications must be found for its raids on the treasury. Fortunately for the government, the elite enlist their experts in the art of persuasion -- think tanks, public relations firms, the media, etc. -- to formulate a plausible justification for governmental action.
Examine some of the recent P.R. campaigns to rip off the public for the benefit of the elite masters -- cutting taxes that are overgenerous for the wealthy; eliminating the estate tax and tax on dividends; reforming welfare; passing trade legislation (NAFTA); privatizing Social Security; legitimizing and promoting HMOs; deregulating; et cetera, et cetera, et cetera.
Some have already produced the desired results.
To demonstrate their fiscal responsibility they will cut benefits for the poor and helpless who are characterized as undeserving and shiftless.
Look back into American history and discover a system that was created to turn Robin Hood on his head. Exploit the poor for the benefit of the rich. But feed the public fairy tales so they will be unaware of the con.
A simple analysis of some major historical events and programs follows.
The Founding Fathers and the Constitution
The colonial elite had a serious problem. How could they get the rabble to fight their battles without rewarding them?
The founding fathers, the colonial elite of the United States skillfully procured support from the populace by proclaiming their intentions for democracy; but their actions did not conform to their promises. The majority of the people favored the Articles of Confederation, a document that kept sovereignty in the states yet bound them together to fight the crown. But it required amending to strengthen it. The elite were not sold on the Articles as it did not meet their needs. They wanted a government that would protect their property; a government that they would control; a government that would have enough power to keep the less privileged in their place.
Armed uprisings by poor hard-pressed debtors were occurring in many states; in other states their legislative demands were prevailing.
The elite reacted by deceitfully engineering a convention for the stated purpose of amending the Articles. Instead, behind closed doors, they came up with a totally different document but one that met their requirements, the Constitution. Knowing that ratification of their masterpiece would be difficult, they lowered the necessary approval threshold from unanimous approval of all thirteen states to just nine. Since the limited electorate (only the propertied class could vote) would not ratify what was offered they were compelled to promise a Bill of Rights to entice a favorable vote.
The first ten amendments that emerged did not mar their accomplishment.
Ratification gave them what they wanted. The new government's police powers were able to squelch uprisings and maintain the status quo.
The Marshal Plan
How could goods and services be sold when the customers were broke; and how could unfavorable political policies be changed?
World War II left major world powers, most of Europe and many other nations around the world completely devastated. Colonial countries were rebelling and empires were disintegrating. Leftists who had gained credibility during the war by their heroic activities against the totalitarian enemies threatened the conservative regimes of the past.
The continental United States emerged untouched, and as the most powerful military and economic nation it was primed to extend its influence into the far corners of the earth. A sizable share of the promising European market was a goal of the business community. But the potential market was broke. To resolve that problem the crafty geniuses devised a program in which the taxpayer would pay the price while corporate America would capture the profits -- a unique scheme called the Marshal Plan.
The public was told that to save the poor starving children of Europe, who were in desperate need of help, humanitarian aid from the U.S. was imperative. The appeal was so effective that ever since the Marshal Plan has been extolled as a most impressive gift to save the poor, struggling people of Europe. It was a gift, all right, but from the American taxpayers to corporate America.
The Europeans could not obtain funds to restore their home economies or to purchase their needs from the most reliable source. They were required to accept American products and services. Those starving European children could appease their appetites with such nutritious products as Coca-Cola and Camel cigarettes. In addition, in order to qualify they were required to accept restrictions on their political structure. The democracies of Europe could not enact many left-wing programs that seemed to be on the horizon. Because of those restrictions, the Soviet Union and its satellites turned down the golden opportunity to latch on to some of America's big name brands.
The CIA
Foreign governments' investment and trade policies were often detrimental to American business. How could those governments be induced to provide more hospitable conditions?
With the end of WWII America was now in the big leagues. It was time to play the game like all the other major players. All strategies and tactics, no matter how despicable, were permitted but everything had to be "hush-hush."
A new agency was created specifically to operate secretly. It was so secret that most congressional representatives were afforded limited knowledge of its activities. A massive budget, which Congress was required to approve, was also kept secret.
But oh those miserable whistle-blowers, former CIA employees, who were so revolted by what they experienced that they disclosed the criminal workings that were the stock in trade of the agency. Over the years, many of the nefarious activities have become common knowledge thanks to those dissidents, Congressional hearings and investigative reporting.
Coups engineered by the agency top the list of horror stories that have been exposed. Popular leaders were ousted and replaced by tyrants who were loyal to their American master.
A few of these notable CIA successes include the following:
Iran. The democratically-elected Mossadegh was overthrown and the Shah was restored to the throne. American oil companies were amply rewarded.
Guatemala. The popular nationalist Arbenz was booted out although he had offered the United Fruit company compensation for properties it distributed to poor peasants.
Chile. Democratically elected Salvador Allende committed suicide as General Pinochet, who became the new ruler, brutally crushed any opposition. The criminal activities of the new government were typical of the practices of CIA-created governments. The properties of ITT and US mining companies that had been nationalized were promptly returned.
Indonesia. President Sukarno was replaced during a bloodbath that may have chalked up as many as one million killed. The CIA itself described it as "one of the worst mass murders of the twentieth century." His replacement, Suharto, welcomed big business in to feast upon the wealth of the country and to impose slave labor conditions upon its workers.
Occasionally, the CIA could not deliver a coup. Thus it organized, funded and supplied a paramilitary group to accomplish the task. Example: The Contras defeated the Sandonistas, those desperados who kicked out good ole Somoza.
Assassinating foreign officials, dealing in drugs, recruiting criminals were some of the no-holds-barred activities the agency employed.
Wars
Support by the masses was necessary to successfully wage wars. Their 'blood, sweat, and tears' were needed to win for the elite.
Whenever the elite's interests could not be satisfied short of war a justification was provided to get the requisite backing of the masses.
The Revolutionary War has already been mentioned.
The Civil War was the culmination of bitter disagreements between the elites of north and south as to the future direction of the country. The southerners were willing to quit the club if they could pick up all their marbles, but their northern rivals refused to lose that chunk of territory. Heck, numerous battles were fought across the continent to gobble up as much land as the country could digest. Well over half a million men died in the Civil War. Those numbers do not include the club members. The northerners could buy their way out; and wealthy southerners who owned 20 or more slaves were exempt.
Atrocities attributed to the Germans were concocted to stir up sufficient pressure for U.S. entry into World War I. Congressional hearings conducted after the war disclosed that influence and lobbying by the munitions industry and the bankers was instrumental in getting the U.S. in.
FDR was anxious to get the U.S. into World War II. However, the country was overwhelmingly opposed to entry. By enticing the Japanese to attack he was able to rally the country into the war. Big business readily fell into line since an allied victory promised a more profitable future.
Lies were prominent in the other wars as well. But exposure did not occur until well after those wars had ended.

This is indeed the alien agenda conspiracy and the 12, called MJ - 12 are indeed the top leaders above and beyond the president and the White House.
It is this collaboration with the elites and aliens that is at the heart of the NWO!
You must open up to the alien agenda as it is part of everything you've been posting about. Even the fact that our government factions have known about cleaner energies for two to three decades and continued to support the fossill fuel and oil-based energies -- I find this unbelievable corruption on the part of those who would keep it secret from the people and force the world to war and continue in greedy alliances and hostilities. We could have been the leaders of a new clean energy, but the NWO agenda watned war, greed, and the demise of the environment so the aliens could come in to the mainstream consciousness with the ruse to "save us" and therebye master the world through both religious mind control and failing economies, sickly populations, and a general planetary state of fear and calamity!

Rothschilds Conduct "Red Symphony"

Incredible and bizarre as it sounds, humanity is indeed the victim of a diabolical conspiracy.
War, depression and genocide in the past century were not accidental or inevitable but the result of malevolent design.
Shocking evidence is a 1938 Stalinist police (NKVD) interrogation of a founder of the Communist International, Christian G. Rakovsky, 65, who was facing the firing squad for plottin
The 50-page transcript of his interrogation, dubbed "The Red Symphony," was not meant to become public. It confirms that the Rothschild-Illuminati planned to use Communism to establish a world dictatorship of the super rich.
This is perhaps the most explosive political document in modern history. It reveals why the Illuminati created Hitler and then sought to destroy him, and why Stalin made a pact with Hitler in 1939.
Christian Rakovsky was a veteran Communist insider. Born Chaim Rakeover in 1873, he studied medicine in France before becoming a revolutionary. He was the leader of a terror group that attacked government officials.
In 1919, Lenin put him in charge of the Soviet Ukraine government. He successfully kept the area for the Bolsheviks during the Civil War. Stalin appointed him Russian ambassador to Paris in 1925,
Rakovsky belonged to the powerful Trotskyite faction that took their orders from the Rothschilds. Many of this group were shot in Stalin's 1937 Communist Party purge.
MIDNIGHT INTERROGATION
Thus the circumstances of the midnight interrogation Jan. 26, 1938 were very dramatic.
What could Rakovsky possibly say to save his life?
Rakovsky appears to use the tactic of "deceiving with the truth." He wins trust by revealing the truth but leaves some of it out. He tries to impress Kus'min that he and Trotsky represent an invincible power he calls the "Capitalist-Communist Financial International."
He confirms that the "revolutionary movement" was designed to enlist support by pretending to serve mankind's moral and collective ideals. The real aim, however, is to divide society, undermine established authority and create totalitarian rule.
"Revolution" really means, "overturning" Western civilization.
"Christianity is our only real enemy since all the political and economic phenomena of the bourgeois states are only its consequences," Rakovsky says. (Griffin, p. 264)
Peace is "counter-revolutionary" since it is war that paves the way for revolution.
Rakovsky refers to the Illuminati as "they" or "them." He claims he does not know them but I suspect he does.
He explains that the "Illuminati" is a Masonic secret society dedicated to Communism. Significantly, its founder Adam Weishaupt took the name from "the second anti-Christian conspiracy of that era, gnosticism." (249)
HOW THIS GRIPPING ACCOUNT SURFACED
The interrogator was one of Stalin's cleverest agents, Gavriil Kus'min known as "Gabriel."
Apart from him and a hidden sound technician, a doctor Jose Landowsky was the only other person present.
Conscripted by the NKVD to help "loosen the tongues of detainees," Dr. Landowsky was sickened by the many tortures he witnessed.
The interrogation of Rakovsky, however, was cordial. Dr. Landowsky doubts if the mild euphoric he put in Rakovsky's drink had much effect.
The interrogation, conducted in French lasted from midnight until 7 a.m. After, Kus'min ordered Landowsky to translate the interview into Russian and make two copies.
The content was so mind boggling that Landowsky made an additional carbon for himself. "I am not sorry that I had the courage for this," he wrote. (279) (The Bolsheviks had shot Landowsky's father, a Tsarist colonel, during the 1917 revolution.)
A Spanish volunteer later found the manuscript on Landowsky's dead body in a hut on the Petrograd front during World War Two. He took it back to Spain where it was published as "Sinfonia en Rojo Mayo." in 1949.
A person with the nickname "Yamaguchi" has posted the first half of "Red Symphony" on the Internet.
The whole transcript was published in English in 1968 as "The Red Symphony: X-Ray of Revolution." You can find it in Des Griffin's "Fourth Reich of the Rich." (1988) I recommend this book.
REVELATIONS
Rakovsky gives his interrogator an astonishing inside view of modern history in order to prove that his sponsors control the world.
"Money is the basis of power," Rakovsky says, and the Rothschilds manufacture it thanks to the banking system.
The "Revolutionary Movement" was an attempt by Meyer Rothschild and his allies to protect and extend this monopoly by establishing a New World Order using the "revolutionary movement."
According to Rakovsky, "The Rothschilds were not the treasurers, but the chiefs of that first secret Communism...Marx and the highest chiefs of the First International ... were controlled by Baron Lionel Rothschild, [1808-1878] whose revolutionary portrait was done by Disraeli the English Premier, who was also his creature, and has been left to us [in Disraeli's novel 'Coningsby.']" (250)
Lionel's son Nathaniel (1840-1915) needed to overthrow the Christian Romanoff Dynasty. Through his agents Jacob Schiff and the Warburg brothers, he financed the Japanese side in the Russo Japanese War, and an unsuccessful insurrection in Moscow in 1905. Then he instigated the First World War, and financed the 1917 Bolshevik Revolution. Rakovsky says he was personally involved in the transfer the funds in Stockholm. (251-252)
The Jewish labour movement or "bund" was Rothschild's instrument. The Bund's "secret faction" infiltrated all the socialist parties in Russia and provided the leadership for the Russian Revolution. Alexander Kerensky, the Menshevik Prime Minister was a secret member. (253)
Leon Trotsky was supposed to become the leader of the USSR. Trotsky, a Jew, married the daughter of one of Rothschild's closest associates, banker Abram Zhivotovsky and became part of the "clan."
Unfortunately "national" Communists like Lenin (one-quarter Jewish) got in the way. Lenin overruled Trotsky and made peace with Germany (Treaty of Brest Litovsk, 1918.) This was not the Rothschild's plan.
World War One was supposed to end the way the Second World War did. Russia was supposed to overrun Germany in 1918 and assist local "revolutionaries" in establishing a "peoples' republic."
Trotsky was responsible for an attempt to assassinate Lenin in 1918 but Lenin survived. When Lenin had a stroke in 1922, Trotsky had Levin, Lenin's Jewish doctor finish him off.
At this critical moment, the unexpected happened. Trotsky got sick and Stalin was able to take power. In the crisis, the Trotskyites pretended to support Stalin and infiltrate his regime.
Radowsky characterizes Stalin as a "bonapartist," a nationalist as opposed to an International Communist like Trotsky.
"He is a killer of the revolution, he does not serve it, but makes use of its service; he represents the most ancient Russian imperialism, just as Napoleon identified himself with the Gauls..." (257)
CONTAINING STALIN
In order to control Stalin, international finance was forced to build up Hitler and the Nazi party. Radowsky confirms that Jewish financiers backed the Nazis although Hitler was not aware of this.
"The ambassador Warburg presented himself under a false name and Hitler did not even guess his race... he also lied regarding whose representative he was... Our aim was to provoke a war and Hitler was war...[the Nazis] received...millions of dollars sent to it from Wall Street, and millions of Marks from German financiers through Schacht; [providing] the upkeep of the S.A and the S.S. and also the financing of the elections..." (259-260)
Unfortunately for the bankers, Hitler also proved intractable. He started to print his own money!
"He took over for himself the privilege of manufacturing money and not only physical moneys, but also financial ones; he took over the untouched machinery of falsification and put it to work for the benefit of the state... Are you capable of imagining what would have come ...if it had infected a number of other states and brought about the creation of a period of autarchy [absolute rule, replacing that of the bankers]. If you can, then imagine its counterrevolutionary functions..." (263)
Hitler had become a bigger threat than Stalin, who had not meddled with money. Rakovsky's present mission was to convince Stalin to make a pact with Hitler and turn Hitler's aggression against the West. The purpose was for Germany and the Western nations to exhaust each other in battle.
Rakovsky urged the Russians to use the tactic of "deceiving with the truth." The Russians were to impress Hitler with their genuine desire for peace. Hitler was not to suspect that he was being set up for a war on two fronts.
Stalin was given a choice. If he agreed to divide Poland with Hitler, the West would declare war on only one aggressor, Germany. If he refused, the bankers would allow Hitler to depose him.
Kus'min demanded some high level confirmation. Rakovsky told him to see Joseph Davies, the US ambassador in Moscow, a fellow Freemason and representative of the International Communist Roosevelt administration.
Someone was sent to Davies who confirmed that "much would be gained" if Rakovsky got an amnesty. On March 2, 1938 a powerful radio message was sent to Moscow in the cipher of its London embassy.
"Amnesty or the Nazi danger will increase," it said." Davies attended Rakovsky's trial and gave him a Masonic greeting. On the same day, March 12 1938, Hitler marched into Austria.
Rakovsky's death sentence was commuted. Some believe he lived out his years under an assumed name. Another source has him shot in 1941.
Secret negotiations were begun with Hitler. The result was the Ribbentrop-Molotov pact signed in August 1939 just one week before the invasion of Poland.
The interrogation seems to have created an accord between Stalin and the Illuminati.
RUSSIA STRUGGLES IN ROTHSCHILD CLUTCH
Europe and the United States long ago succumbed to Rothschild Illuminati control. In Russia, there are still some death spasms.
Recently, Vladimir Putin arrested Mikhail Khordordovsky, the head of Russia's largest oil company "Yukos" and "the richest man in Russia."
Putin announced that Russia would seize his $12 billion 26% stake in the oil company, one of many national assets plundered in the reorganization of Communism 15 years ago.
Then we learn the shares already had passed to none other than banker Jacob Rothschild under a "previously unknown arrangement" designed for such a circumstance. The two have known each other for years "through their mutual love of the arts."
Rakovsky told Kus'min that the Illuminati never take political or financial positions. They use "intermediaries."
"Bankers and politicians are only men of straw.... even though they occupy high places and appear to be authors of the plans which are carried out..." (248-249)
Obviously Khodordovsky is an "intermediary" for Rothschild. So are Richard Perle, Henry Kissinger and Ariel Sharon who each spoke out against Putin's action. Perle, the architect of the Iraq war, called for the expulsion of Russia from the Group of Eight. Sharon expressed concern about "persecution of Jewish businessmen." Khodordovsky is Jewish as is Simon Kukes his successor. And Perle and Kissinger.
Many Jews serve the Illuminati and that is a cause of anti Semitism. But Tony Blair and George W. Bush serve it too and are not Jewish. The membership of the Bilderbergers and the Skull and Bones is mostly not Jewish. The Illuminati is an alliance between the Rothschilds, and the world's super rich united by Freemasonry, whose God is Lucifer.
Mankind, God's magnificent experiment, has been subverted and compromised. From the U.S. soldier in Iraq, to the taxpayer who pays the national debt, we are all "men of straw."
