They are not the same person as far as I can tell.
This is incorrect information that arose from a misinterpretation of information.
It was from an honest mistake, but isn't correct.
This is not to say that someone wasn't using multiple IDs. After a review of the situation, it was found that both Don Bradley and Colonel Dan had registered more than one ID.
Colonel Dan has asked that Don Bradley be allowed to return to the forums. He will not.
Colonel Dan has asked that he himself be allowed to return to the forums. He will not.
