Don Bradley, aka nsasucks aka freedomsinger, contacted me this morning requesting the removal of personal information posted by Skinman. I happened to be around at the time and made an effort to remove this information. Afterwards, I emailed Don to inform him of this and request that any other information be specifically detailed to aid in locating all of the information. After returning to the computer this evening, I found a series of emails which culminated in the threat and initiation of legal action against the Chemtrail Central website. I have made a further attempt to remove the personal information based on additional comments from Don and will continue to do so until the situation is resolved. However, those that threaten the website will not remain as forum members. |

No problem here regarding xxx out the telephone numbers or other personal information regarding Donsucks (pay up). However, to be on the record here, it was Donsucks (pay up) who may have threatened Thermit with a law suit--not me. Kind of like he has done with me all along regarding paying his rent. Whenever the heat is turned up he creates another diversion ie a lawsuit. Donsucks (pay up) please provide the name and telephone number of your attorney so I can have mine get in touch with yours. Once again the ball is your court Bradley (pay up). |

DonSucks(payup!) also threatened certain board members by e-mail as well! That's why we haven't heard from her lately....
The guy is a basket case, in a belfry with bats, where the elevator doesn't go all the way up because construction was never completed due to a brick short of a full load, because the workmen left for lunch and complained of a burrito shy of a combo plate and a french fry short of a happy meal......well you get the picture...short of an autograph... |

Since Skinman was not participating in the forums for the purpose of discussing Chemtrails, and since serious privacy trangressions were made, Skinman is no longer a forum member, for those that didn't figure this out already. |

He was a good Chemtrail promoter.
He was afforded by myself an unequalled privilege of the Fighting Back forum, which he was given sole posting rights. Unfortunately, the promise of 200+ Fighting Back episodes was never fulfilled. Another condition of this privilege, refraining from abusiveness (which characterized his entry into the forums), was also violated by a most sick, digusting and vulgar missive written by nsasucks for the sole purpose of attacking another forum member. At this point it would have been appropriate to have banned nsasucks, but he was given yet another chance. Which leads us to the recent attack on the website by Mr. Sucks. I find it highly inappropriate, insulting, and belligerent that Don Bradley would provide only a few hours between the initial request for redress and the initiation of filing formal complaints with State and Federal authorities, as well as the initiation of legal proceedings against the Chemtrail Central website and myself. I was happy to comply with Mr. Sucks's requests for "selective editing" regarding information he deemed inappropriate, and did so even after the legal attacks had been initiated, so there never was any need for these bullying tactics. After all the privileges and second-chances afforded to Mr. Sucks, this is not the appropriate path. By these heavy-handed measures, nsasucks joins ChickieDeb and VEC in the group of people that have threatened or initiated legal action against the Chemtrail Central website. |

With that out in the light of day, I can see your point. There was never a need to insult and defame anyone,and certainly no need to attack you or this site.
Although I do not agree with some of his tactics or use of the famous "four-letter word" or all of his rantings, I still think the guy has/had some valid information.
And I have to think that towards the end of the round, he was becoming a little punch-drunk and a tad unstable.
I am not saying that to now defame the guy, just stating fact.
But...I could not help but notice that it turned into a lopside dog fight. What you might call wolf pack tactics, and that is where it should have ended.
'nuff from me on that.
This IS a good site, and I appricate the opportunity to post here and be a part of the "family".  |

play's in this scenerio (Freeform).
The agitator's were acting cojointly
with the perpetrators. You were remiss
in allowing the situation to develop to
the point of jeopardizing the integrity
of the board....
