Thanks for the kind words Penumbra.
This same topic is at Carnicom's site under the 'the Military is Responsible' thread. However, I cannot post there. Says I'm banned. Says I'm banned even making up new accounts using different non-AOL e-mail accounts. I absolutely hate EZ Board. It bothers me more than the Yahoo Board freezing up.
Anyway, back to the Spotlight article...
After reading the thread over at Carnicom's, I have this to add, mostly addressed to WiseQuakker:
There is no need to argue here.
Cy and GarFlorida are correct. The article by Mike Blair at SpotLight does not furnish the necessary data or sources.
WiseQuakker, as much as I think your website is awesome, and clearly shows countless hours of hard work and dedication to the Chemtrail phenomenon, I have to question how you came about the "four projects" as mentioned at your website, Chemtrail Over America.
Did you write this? It is very good, however I noticed author Mike Blair of SpotLight uses this information almost word for word yet condensed. As you mentioned before, your report is not finished, but will you be releasing all the information that is needed to back up the four project theories?
Not only will Chemtrail activist be anticipating the sources and data of your written projects, but the stepping-stone procedures of your research would be most fasinating as well.

Wisequakker is hosting the Report(#2) that appeared first at Clifford's and is now the basis for the Spotlight article.
Renegade19 is hosting it as well. Both Renegade and Wisequakker have expanded on the original Report to include further documentation supporting it's findings. |

Gee, I feel so in the dark. I never saw it over there. It doesn't sound like Cliff's writing.

After the first article was posted by Michael Blair in the Spotlight about a year ago I made some comments about it on the sighting.com page his article was posted on. My comments can be found there. As for this more recent article I still feel the same.
His un-named sources could have read some of the theories on my site or others and decided which theories were the most benign to their real projects and fed him the information they felt we would most likely accept.
His article again left out so many important good journalism requirements like sources of corroboration of critical data that this can not be taken very seriously IMHO.
We already know that an airforce information officer at the Pentagon is a regular visitor to all the chemtrails message boards (the officer in charge of chemtrails excuses for the airforce pentagon information office).
He could also be the source Blair is sighting(maybe after reading this he will tell us). and is feeding people in this way what they would like us to think without coming out in the open with an official statement which would require hard data to back it up.
I am still trying to get some answers about the JP-8+100 fuel additive and how it relates to the increased concentration of hygroscopic cloud condensation nuclei in the contrails of jets using this fuel additive. Especially since the Army maintenance bulletin we looked at states that one of the inherent problems is that the additive breaks loose old deposits of soot and sulfur deposits from engine parts of aircraft with some build-up on them.
This could vastly effect everyone and might not have been fully considered by military planners looking to save 81 million dollars per year in maintenance cost with this new additive mix in their fuel.
For one thing the time line is just too perfect of a fit. The field trials for the +100 fuel additive started in 98' right about the time that chemtrails became an issue. Now the fuel additive is fully deployed so the problem is getting worse as a result.
The addition of the planned weather modification programs using the new hygroscopic cloud seeding technique would account for much of the high volume intentional contrails for rain and weather pattern steering.
Then add the occasional deliberate biological warfare testing and countermeasures and you have most of the reports put into basic categories.
I came to these conclusions without need of any un-named sources just as many others have on this and other message boards.
It sounds like the info-ops guys are way behind in their work if this is the best they can come up with in my opinion.
