>>There seemed to be no explanation as to why this jet would veer off and cut across this small patch of blue sky, then continue on the same direction it was on before. I don't claim to know all about that aircraft's course, but I do have enough knowledge to know that was very strange.<<
Perhaps the plane simply changed course to avoid close contact with another aircraft? Maybe they needed a course correction due to a strong crosswind or to avoid weather?
F.K.

I thought that explained it pretty well.

why is it strange if an aircraft changes course or does not have a perfectly straight line?
What about VOR navigation is suspect to you |

There were no other aircraft that I could see that would have caused a problem, but it could have been any number of things. I guess you had to be there. This was a day with lots of trails, and the one blue spot of sky was then filled by this aircraft and it's trail. At any other time I probably wouldn't have questioned it, but this all seemed too coincidental, to have that jet "correct" it's course across that one spot. (Wide open sky, Southern Idaho, Hazy)
I believe I took pictures, just have to find them.
As far as being suspect of VOR navigation, I'm not. I am however, suspect of using it for explaning trails and their sometimes strange patterns. |

Well a lot of VOR airways do run north/south and east/west, although flying direct is preferable from a pilots standpoint.

Hi Linda,
I see your making the rounds. Greetings
Jennifer Diane Small
Funded by pro-Nuclear
The new darling of debunkers is Jennifer Diane Small, a meteorologist and atmopsheric engineer at Univ of Cal at Santa Cruz
http://es.ucsc.edu/~jsmall/CurriculumVitae.htm#top
She is the new Patrick Minnis for the “Bunkers”. But wait….Who funds her?
Alfred P Sloan Foundation-Known for their pro-nuclear, anti-environment, pro-globalization stance.
http://es.ucsc.edu/~jsmall/CurriculumVitae.htm#top
American Meteorological Society- Funded by Sloan
http://www.ametsoc.org/atmospolicy/status/appstatusreport2000.html
So, a scientist working for globalization, genetically engineered food, pesticides, nuclear energy, and who knows what else?
BTW, She called the idea of chemtrails or aerial spraying berserk.
Again, science diverted for political, financial, cultural, or religious ends.
Anybody claiming "Postively" that aerosal spraying does or does not, exist is full of crap.

That's right. Anybody who is an expert in the field of meteorology must be working for the evil ones. |

Not at all. Simply put, anybody who works for Pro-Nuclear, Pro-Globalist, and anti-environmental sponsers has a political and economic agenda.
Jennifer Small is another Ann Coulter or Shannon Doherty. All Globalist Whores.
