Massive UFO Wave Around the U.S.

UFO Image from Video
With Mars coming so close to the Earth, local media are reporting UFOs sightings all over the country, but it's not widely known that these are happening, since no national media have picked up the story. Below are a couple of recent examples.
Time Stephens writes in the Ohio Herald-Dispatch That witnesses in Rome Township, Proctorville and Chesapeake reported seeing odd lights in the sky last weekend. Two lights appeared to circle one another as if they were chasing one each other. Occasional blips or flashes appeared at random. "They were just kind of circling around," says witness Roger Lambert, of Rome Township. "I'd just like to know what they are."
"I just assumed it was some spotlights or something from somewhere on the other side of the river," says J.D. Warden of Rome Township. "I didn't think anything of it until I saw the little flashes. I don't think they were lightning, but they could have been. I'm not really worried about it. People see things all the time and they usually have a reasonable explanation."
Heather Rice of Bainbridge, Ohio filmed the UFO. "It looked like a circular thing with windows with the red and green lights shining through," she says. "It was spinning fast." KPLC in Lake Charles and Lafayette, Louisiana reports a local UFO sighting as well. Dwayne Wilks says, "My daughter called and said, 'Dad, come outside—there's something really weird in the sky.' It was sometime after nine p.m. last Thursday night. Never seen nothing like that before in my life."
Witnesses saw a strange string of bright lights in a field, just above a group of tall trees. Wilks says, "I know there was 10 of us and all of us saw the same thing."
Wilks' father Daniel saw it too. He says, "There was definitely lights out there. Now craft I couldn't say yes or no because it was dark and I couldn't see any craft, but I did see the lights."
The Bellon family, who live just close by, saw it too. Wilks says, "I been living here all my life and never seen nothing in that field so it wasn't just some object out there…It was high enough off the ground. It was something in the air...You couldn't hear it. It was strange, totally strange."

The Grimsby Telegraph
Steve Musson (3 and his wife Caron (36) had a close encounter when they spotted what they believe was a UFO spinning across the sky near the shopping area. They saw what Steve described as "a black shiny disc turning over and over in the sky."
The UFO was in the air above their Bodiam Way, Grimsby, home for several minutes before Steve went inside and grabbed his video camera.
The footage, which he gave to the Telegraph, shows an intriguing black object, which comes in and out of view and catches the light on regular intervals.
It is in view for just over a minute before it completely disappears. On the film Steve can be heard to say: "It's just gone. I can't see it." [...]

Tantalizing info...
I've been in Baghdad for a little over 6 months now and I too have seen a UFO here very recently.
Our compound is directly in the center of Baghdad just less than a mile from the Tigris river. It was a little after dark when I went up on the roof to smoke a joe. I steped out onto the roof an instantly noticed what I thought was a small cloud moving quickly from the west towards the east. It was only about 30 feet above the palm trees and was moving faster than the slight wind.
Like I said, I thought it was a small cloud. It looked like a cloud but it was TOO low, not only that: there were no other clouds in the sky. I realized this was no cloud. It was moving across the compound and I needed to move to the otherside of the roof to keep my eyes on it. As I came around the air conditioning unit I ran into about 5 other soilders who were are asking out loud "what the hell is that?" I knew right away it was some sort of craft. It made no noise and was too low and was moving faster than the wind. Before long it moved out of sight and we were left just wondering what the f#@$.
Not long after, a SPC. Hernandez saw the same "cloud" during static gaurd one night. He put on his night vision and described to me that there was "something dence" inside the cloud and he could see a contrail comming out of the lowwer portion of the "cloud". He called it up to higher on the radio. Nothing was ever mentioned to us what it might have been. But I'm sure it was either ours (U.S.) or some E.T. activity. But I have never heard of UFO's using a cloaking device that produces clouds. Yes I have seen Independence Day but I swaer I saw this and that this story is true. I just wonder if others elsewhere have seen something like this? |

Hey Bhang, It is not uncommon for UFO's to use cloaking devices such as "cloud" formations.
http://www.rense.com/general3/ring.htm
Also, I had my own experience with a dark-colored, low-level, fast-moving cloud when I was a young child. Excerpt from The Buzz
quote: The Hooded Returns (1967)
A nervous restlessness awakens me one winter night when I was seven. I get out of bed and walk as if drawn towards the window. Looking up in the sky I see lots of fluffy snow clouds, and well below these I see a dark, much faster moving cloud which makes me feel very afraid.
I go to my parent's room down the hall and tell my mom I had a bad dream. I didn't dare tell her that I had seen a cloud which frightened me. She let me crawl in between her and my dad and feeling secure I drifted back to sleep. I awoke a short time later to see the room lit up as day yet I couldn't see an apparent light source. To the right of the bed by my mom I saw what looked like the same dark hooded form. I wondered if he was a burglar, and why my parent's didn't wake up with a burglar in the house. I felt paralyzed with a buzzing vibration. This dark shape seemed to glide around the foot of the bed to the left side by my dad. My eyes felt heavy. I tried to fight being pulled into sleep. The last thought I had as he was approaching was: He's not going to hurt me. Then blackness.

More UFO sightings reported
Additional witnesses come forward after recent article
Paul Wells
Echo Editor
Airdrie Echo — A British Columbia-based UFO researcher says a story which appeared in the Echo in September regarding sightings in the Airdrie area has spurred others to come forward with their experiences with strange lights in the sky.
Brian Vike, director of HBCC UFO Research and a regular contributor to TV and radio shows as a UFO expert, said numerous sightings of unidentified objects in the area over the past months has ensured that Airdrie has entered the lexicon of the UFO community.
"I do a weekly radio show (in B.C.) and I mentioned to the host that I have received a number of reports from the (Airdrie) area and we talked about the latest one, which came in on air," Vike said.
"I have been doing many radio shows (in Canada and the U.S.) and I always include information about the sightings in your area."
The original article contained a rundown of three of the most recent sightings in the area which occurred from July through September. That article can be found at www.airdrieecho.com under the archive section.
Since that time, Vike has received reports of more sightings which have occurred recently. These include:
o Aug. 18, 2003, 2:30 p.m. – According to Vike, a man called HBCC UFO Research’s toll-free UFO hotline to report a strange sight he witnessed while driving on Highway 2 from Calgary to Airdrie.
"He watched a small white light cross the highway in the distance ahead of him and the ball of light turned in his direction. The witness said he observed the light getting closer and all of a sudden the object stopped – still a ways away from him – and changed from a ball of light into a craft of some type. He reported no sound being heard. I asked if he might be able to determine the size of it and he said that when it was in the distance, it could have been approximately the size of his fingernail but when it headed in his direction and got very close, in his words, ‘It was huge.’"
The witness said the object came to a complete stop and sat stationary for a period of time before he lost sight of it.
o Sept. 15, 2003, 8:33 p.m. – (The following is an e-mail report received by Vike.) "I noticed an article in the Airdrie Echo the other day and wondered if you had an explanation for something my daughter and I saw Friday night (Sept. 26). We were looking west of the Big Dipper and saw what looked like an exceptionally bright star (brighter than anything I have seen before).
"We were trying to figure out if it was a planet or something, and it just dimmed out to nothing in a matter of 10 seconds or less. It didn’t move at all, just dimmed to a faint point, then we couldn’t see it anymore.
o Oct. 27, 2003, 11 p.m. – Vike said a man called him Nov. 3 to make a report after reading the Echo article.
"He was talking to his neighbours and they asked him if he had witnessed anything strange on Oct. 27 at around 11 p.m. He said no and asked what it was these folks saw.
"The couple said they were outside of their home looking west toward the mountains and witnessed five very bright flashes in different parts of the sky. All the flashes that were witnessed were very low in the horizon and at least 100 times brighter than a regular flash one would see from a camera.
"Also, the flashes were very large in size. They also mentioned the lights were at a great distance away from their location."
Having been a UFO researcher for many years, Vike said his routine is to first attempt to offer such rational explanations as weather patterns, satellites or meteors for such sightings.
"I do know that (UFO sightings) is sometimes a very strange topic ... but I honestly do look for rational explanations for such sightings," he said. "Most times, I can offer an explanation of what the folks witnessed, but then I have many cases which also go unsolved."
Vike can be contacted via e-mail at hbccufo@telus.net or toll-free at 1-866-262-1989.

Strangers in our Mids Nov 25 2003
By John Revill, Birmingham Post
Aliens have landed on Earth and are already flying around Worcestershire and Birmingham, it has been claimed.
But instead of little green men, a wave of strange shapes and lights have been seen in the region this year, according to UFO expert Michael Soper.
Contact International, an organisation which records and researches unexplained sightings, has already logged almost 50 separate sightings in the region this year.
A particular busy time came at the end of May, and then in early August when ten “objects” were seen.
Last month, a couple gardening at their home in Erdington, Birmingham, logged one of the most recent sightings.
Although sceptical about some of the claims, Mr Soper, who is spokesman for Contact International, is convinced many are real.
He said: “A man who was out mowing his lawn saw a bright light in the sky moving at a constant height in a north-westerly direction from the city centre.
“He called his wife to verify it and she too saw it. It was silent, had no trail or sparks, and was continuously changing shape.
“First it was a dot, then a line, and then other shapes. This was just the latest in series of sightings in the Midlands this year.
“There’s been a major wave of UFO reports in the area, more so than the rest of the country combined.”
Among the other sightings have been triangular shaped objects hovering in the Broad Street area of Birmingham before heading northwards on May 31.
Meanwhile other reports came from Stourport, Kidderminster and Worcester of a series strange lights moving around at great speed.
“These were all made by people of sound mind, who were not drunk,” said Mr Soper, who believes the increase in reports is linked to the reduction in prejudice against people who think they have “seen” UFOs.
Mr Soper told of his first sighting as a teenage schoolboy in Malvern in 1960.
He said: “During a walk I noticed a Valiant bomber flying in the sky, and about two aircraft lengths ahead of it was a small silver disc, about a fifth of the plane’s size.”
Mr Soper said many of the recent surge in reports could also be due to conditions in space, particularly violent storms on the sun.

UFO is spotted over Kingsgate Retail Park during morning rush-hour
By Judith Tonner
THE appearance of a UFO in the sky above Kingsgate Retail Park last week caused spooked drivers to bump their cars.
Several people reported seeing a huge silver object in the area as they drove past at around 8.45am last Wednesday.
Drivers were so distracted by the bizarre sighting that at least two minor bumps were reported, as the attention of motorists wandered from the more mundane forms of transport before them on the road.
A local woman, who did not wish to be named, contacted the News to describe the experience of a friend who was driving towards the retail park at that time.
She said: "My friend saw something hovering, which was silver in appearance and looked like the dishes you see on the side of television transmitters.
"It was huge, and it was pulsating - he wasn't the only one who saw it, as you couldn't have missed it.
"He saw it and just thought: 'Good God', and was really quite shaken by the whole thing.
"Then the object just suddenly disappeared - it was so strange.
"My friend thinks the accidents at Kingsgate were a result of other people seeing this thing as well."
The sighting has also intrigued East Kilbride UFO Club, whose members were warned in advance that they might be about to spot something strange in the sky.
Colleagues in Cumbernauld had seen a similar object around half an hour previously, and alerted their South Lanarkshire counterparts that it appeared to be heading in their direction.
Lee Close, of the Anglo-Scottish UFO Research Agency, has been investigating last week's events in tandem with the local UFO club.
He said: "This is the first time I've come across a UFO causing a car crash, although I'm aware of it having happened in America before.
"People in Scotland tend to think: 'oh, there's something in the sky' and just carry on, so the fact that it's caused two fender benders is quite unusual.
"The fact that it's in daylight interests us immensely too - previously 95 per cent of sightings were at night, although they're now almost equal between day and night-time."
Anyone who saw last week's UFO or witnessed either of the two reported vehicle bumps is asked to contact Lee on 07957 912500, or Noel Wallace of East Kilbride UFO Club on 07941 157187, and all information will be treated in the strictest confidence.
