For quite some time,
We have been working with the Russians in Los Alamos on better ways to blow things up! In 1940 Nikola Tesla presented what he called his "Death Ray". They laughed him out of the building. Now it's called the particle beam weapon. Last time I heard, it was capable of delivering 50,000,000 volts in a one millionth of a centimeter beam!!! I'm not so sure if it will be a good thing bringing the Chinese into this little star wars reasearch project. You know of course that whole pipeline fire thing was a front. Didn't Billy boy Clinton sell China a whole bunch of our top secret missile stuff or somethin'like that? I think we're gonna end up sleepin' with Europe any way. I also think we have some technology that we keep to ourselves,and we still will indeed be looking toward those New Mexico skies.
