mood swings and sleep patterns

It's nice to know I am not the only one whose mood has been affected. I was begining to think I was really loosing it. To say the least, I've gone from one extrem to the other. I've been tired, lethargic, cranky, and irritable (I feel sorry for my husband). All the classic symtoms of depression. When I go to bed I ahve a hard time falling asleep and staying asleep even though I am exhausted. My children are also cranky and moody. On more that one occasion they have both droppped off to sleep within minutes of each other, once while they were playing.
Has anyone else noticed this or the incress in pharmacutical ads for depression, sleep aids and allergies? conection? Someone is making a lot of money off of this. |

ITS..You are so right. If yopu watch the tv ads of shadowland you can put together quite nicely what is either going on now or coming next.it is quite obvious and a very useful tool they are giving us.Depression meds and asthma meds are on now 24-7...Its all so disgusting its out of control.Hang in there.
The only real way to avoid alot of this is to raise your consciousness to a higher level, but that takes work and dedication. The key to it is being aware of your ego at work and to silence that judging ego as well as listening to its chatter in your head.Listen to what your heart tells you,not the illusions of what your ego & mind tells you. |

JC...While you are looking around you at these folks, take note of those that have securely discovered spirit and you will find them healthier and vibrating on a higher level than what is going on..Its key to all of this! |

I'm relieved this has been brought up. I agree with RTW.
It is a daily struggle to rise above the subliminal and destructive thoughts that are delivered to us. I too, am fighting to stay "sane." The sleep disorder you describe is a HUGE problem. Over 60,000,000 Americans now suffer from sleep disorders! The medical community has no explanation for this. This figure is unheard of in American history.
I am just as confused, dismayed, angry, and physically sick as most of you. It makes sense, what RTW said. If you train your mind and soul to reject these negative physical sensations, and thoughts, it will help. I rely on Jesus Christ and he has been the ONLY thing that has kept me from sliding over the edge into the abyss.
We have to reject tHeir attempts to destroy us. The dreams I have found I can control. I have not had a nightmare in a long time. It took conscious effort to accomplish this. Our minds are powerful and we CAN fight this!
Reject! Do not accept! God WILL protect!
Thank you all for sharing your personal thoughts.

For the last 15 yrs...since my son was born.. I've been a very light sleeper. Now for the last couple of years it's been worse. I've gotten to the point that I wear ear plugs at night in order to block out the least little sound.
It's really crazy too cause we live out in the country with none of the usual city noises to contend with.
Last night my son complained of not being able to sleep very well either..This is unusual for him.
I'm wondering if all the radar and electromagnetic energy bouncing around is what's really causing a majority of the sleep disorders?
When you think of how much the human body needs sufficient rest to maintain health and stamina.. I would think if someone wanted people to get run down and sick, depriving them of sleep would be a good way to accomplish this rather quickly. |

I have to join the "list"...it is THE worst! The doc tells me that Fibromyalgia/MS/GWI...which are all about the same disease nowadays does cause tremendous sleep problems. I try meditation, relaxing Mozart music, warm milk, warm bubble bath, praying and all manner of things...some help here and there for awhile. It is true about Jesus, I had a horrible nightmare last nite and heard the Word Jesus real loud in my dream and woke up safe and sound. That is the ultimate help...I used to be able to Lucid dream but lost the ability somehow. Sleep disorders can lead to depression, even hallucinations, immune system break-down, anxiety, mood swings, and a myriad of physical symptoms. I feel 100% sure that a lot of "our" sleep problems are related to all the high-tech "gadgets" TPTB have in their evil arsenal. I just don't understand all the "non-lethal" weapons and other "toys" they feel they need...for crowd control, mind control, for what? I know last week when that intense red radar ring was here in NW Louisiana seeming to come from the nearby SAC Airbase, everyone I knew really felt worse than ever, in every way. Prayers and blessings to us all! Joanne ^j^ ^j^P.S. I also fear that Fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome are gonna be the new, improved, prevelant "diseases" of the Millennium. |
