CDC Doctors Flu Data

The Center for Disease Control maintains a weekly surveillance report for influenza between October and May each year. As part of these reports there are charts of deaths from pneumonia and influenza each week.
Here is a chart from the last report in May:

This is from the first weeks report when the program resumed this October:

You will note the following:
1. The CDC has raised the levels for baseline and epidemic thresholds.
2. The quality of the charts has been degraded significantly...the newer charts being of much poorer quality and resolution.
3. The actual incident data has been changed in May for 2000, reducing previously reported incidence.
Given the widespread occurance of "Influenza-like illness" ILI, it is interesting how the CDC, the GOVERNMENT AGENCY charged with protecting the health of the US population, has chosen to address the issue.
What a disgrace!

Pay no mind to them. They are obviously unaware of how many times the U.S. Government has knowingly harmed it's own citizens for the sake of their "top secret" projects. People who trust and defend a Government they really know nothing about are stupid anyway. The Government tells only what it has to anyway. If you guys think you know the whole truth or even a tiny fragment of the truth , you are dumber than you sound. At least Throat has the balls to say what's really on his mind!!!!! |

I'm still not even slightly concerned about contrails, or chemtrails if you like to call them that. What's in a name?
Brand new C17 out of Pope, leaving a gorgeous contrail from horizon to horizon.

Notice that The Rooster won't address the FACTS of my post.
Are there differences between the mortality charts I posted? You bet!
Have they raised the baseline and epidemic threshold? They sure did, across the board despite the fact that the reporting changes that they are attempting to "compensate for" only went into effect before the 1999-2000 reporting season. Why run these increased thresholds back through previous years?
You won't get an admission from the Rooster that this is at least a significant error on the part of the CDC. There is no way he will acknowledge a coverup or duplicity on the part of the CDC.
The Rooster struts and crows, but won't acknowledge facts.
He also has no idea who I speak to.
So have at it Reynolds. Does your critical eye allow you to see the error in the presentation of the CDC mortality data?

Let me lead you by the nose (err, beak) through this Rooster.
"Prior to the 1999-2000 season, a new case definition for a P&I death was introduced in the 122 Cities Mortality Reporting System. It was recognized that one potential effect of using this case definition was to increase P&I mortality measurement levels in comparison to previous seasons. During the summer of 2000, the P&I mortality data were analyzed to determine if the modified case definition had affected mortality estimates. On the basis of this analysis, we estimate that there was an approximately 0.8% upward shift in 1999-2000 mortality estimates. The 0.8% shift did not represent a true increase in mortality. To adjust for this upward shift in mortality estimates, the 122 cities P&I mortality baseline and epidemic threshold for the 2000-01 season have been adjusted upward as well."

Note: Since the "reporting changes" went into effect only before the 1999-2000 flu season, the 0.8% increase in the Seasonal Baseline and Epidemic Levels should only have been from that point forward. As even a child (but perhaps not a Rooster) could plainly see, this elevation of baseline levels have been extended back through the 1997, 1998, 1999 seasonal data, WHICH IS TOTALLY INAPPROPRIATE!!!!
I don't expect Reynolds to confess that he is wrong on this issue (at least Kunz had that degree of personal integrity), but it should be obvious to unbiased observers.

The data presentation is either correct or flawed. We're dealing with deaths. Amazing how easily The Rooster crows that this is inconsequential.
The ChemTrail coverup will be exposed.
There will be a day of reckoning.
There will be accountability.
Our respective roles will be a matter of public record.
I'll be able to live with mine.
We'll see about the infamous, "All In Normal" Jay Reynolds.

Just because someone disagree's with you doesn't make them an atheist or a communist. You have really shown your true color's and it is not very pretty. As for Reynolds, everyone knows he's a fake and a fraud. If I were you I would distance myself from him, unless you want to go down with his sinking ship. Your comment's to Throat were mean and uncalled for. I think you ought to be ashamed of yourself. But since when did my opinon ever count to you? If this is what this board has become, I don't know if I will keep coming here. This is just another place for people to go at each others throat's .
