INFERIOR COURT OF MARICOPA COUNTY, STATE OF ARIZONA
NOTICE OF INTENT TO FILE LAWSUIT
To Whom It May Concern
WHEREAS, Certain "Chemtrail" Websites have offered gratis bumper stickers in return for individuals of various Government and Military Agencies to participate in forum activities; and
WHEREAS, It is well known that these various Agencies' employees are primarily charged with Debunking and performing Agencies of Disinformation in regard to the above-mentioned Websites; and
WHEREAS, The offer was also made to entities of "Bio-Tech" Companies; and
WHEREAS, No further Corporations, Entities, Companies, or Individuals were made such an offer; and
WHEREAS, The Aerospace/Defense Corporations of America, being prime players in the Chemtrail Activity proposed by aforementioned Websites, are equally culpable, guilty, etc. as any other Entity mentioned above; and
WHEREAS, the Complainant below, an employee of one of the aforementioned Aerospace/Defense Companies, has maintained, at great personal expense and time, a reputation as a Debunking and Skeptical Entity for over two years in the aforementioned Websites with no thought of remuneration outside of payments by his employer, the NSA, and the Bilderbergs; and
WHEREAS, no such offer of Bumper Sticker, T-Shirt, Q-Beam Flashlight, Gas Mask, or any other Valuta has been made to the Complainant, and
WHEREAS, repeated requests to share such Valuta has been made to various Websites and other Air Force Recipients of such Valuta and have been ignored; and
WHEREAS, Such blatant lack of even-handedness and equality has irretretrievably damaged the reputation, future, fiscal solvency, and self-esteem of the Complainant;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT KNOWN that the Complainant, MR. DUNCAN KUNZ, of Mesa Arizona, an employee of an Aerospace/Defense Corporation and Licensed and Bonded Debunker/Skeptic, having exhausted all extra-legal approaches, GIVES NOTICE of INTENT TO FILE LAWSUIT for aforementioned Bumper Stickers and other Valuta for its Fair Market value Not to Exceed Three Dollars and Ninety-Five Cents ($3.95), as well as Punitive Damage to repair the aforementioned irretretrievable damage to the reputation, future, fiscal solvency, amorous capabilities, and self-esteem of the Complainant, for a sum Not To Exceed One Billion Dollars ($1,000,000,000.00)
Unless, of course, aforementioned Complainant receives such Bumper Sticker at the same time such are remunerated to the other recipients as mentioned above.
