black planes?

I've seen unmarked grey C-140's taking off from the reserve base near my house. But more interesting is what happened today.
It's been a while since I've seen spraying in the early afternoon. Since I work in an office all day, I rarely seen planes spraying during my lunchtime (usually 12:30-1:30pm).
Today I saw four planes, flying VERY low and spraying. I just about rear ended a lady because I was trying to get a good glimpse of the plane. From what I could see, it was white with no markings.
More interesting? On my way back to the office, I saw two black, unmarked helicopters circling the downtown area.
I've never seen black helicopters before and it freaked me out. I've read plenty about them, but seeing them, even from a distance, was unsettling.
I'm really going to have to start carrying my camera. I just got a scanner, so I'm going to post some pics from last summer.
