I turned off the puter and went to bed, but then had to get up to write this. I don't like this thread. There is chaos woven into this thread. Maybe too many nails have been hit on their heads, and a new sneaky techniquey has got to be used against the INCREDIBLE strength of the good people on this board. Sometimes you just have to feel the "magic" in the air. This is my last post on this particular thread.

I've done plenty of research buzz.

quote:
Soybeans in fact contain a large number of dangerous substances. One among them is phytic acid, also called phytates. This organic acid is present in the bran or hulls of all seeds and legumes, but none have the high level of phytates that soybeans do. These acids block the bodyís uptake of essential minerals like calcium, magnesium, iron and especially zinc. Adding to the high-phytate problem, soybeans are very resistant to phytate reducing techniques, such as long, slow cooking.

Soybeans also contain potent enzyme inhibitors. These inhibitors block uptake of trypsin and other enzymes that the body needs for protein digestion. Normal cooking does not deactivate these harmful "antinutrients," that can cause serious gastric distress, reduced protein digestion and can lead to chronic deficiencies in amino acid uptake.

Beyond these, soybeans also contain hemagglutinin, a clot promoting substance that causes red blood cells to clump together. These clustered blood cells are unable to properly absorb oxygen for distribution to the body's tissues, and cannot help in maintaining good cardiac health. Hemagglutinin and trypsin inhibitors are both "growth depressant" substances. Although the act of fermenting soybeans does deactivate both trypsin inhibitors and hemagglutinin, precipitation and cooking do not. Even though these enzyme inhibitors are reduced in levels within precipitated soy products like tofu, they are not altogether eliminated.

Only after a long period of fermentation (as in the creation of miso or tempeh) are the phytate and "antinutrient" levels of soybeans reduced, making their nourishment available to the human digestive system. The high levels of harmful substances remaining in precipitated soy products leave their nutritional value questionable at best, and in the least, potentially harmful.

The processes which render the soybean "edible" are also the processes which render it "inedible." In fermenting soybeans, the process entails that the beans be purČed and soaked in an alkaline solution. The purČed mixture is then heated to about 115ƒC (239ƒF) inside a pressure cooker. This heating and soaking process destroys most, but not all, of the anti-nutrients. At the same time, it has the unwelcome effect of denaturing the proteins of the beans so they become very difficult to digest and greatly reduced in effectiveness. Unfortunately, the alkaline solution also produces a carcinogen, lysinealine, while it reduces the already low cystine content within the soybean. Cystine plays an essential role in liver detoxification, allowing our bodies to filter and eliminate toxins. Without proper amounts of cystine, the protein complex of the soybean becomes useless, unless the diet is fortified with cystine-rich meat, egg, or dairy products - not an option for Gerson patients.

To the soybeanís credit, they do contain large amounts of beneficial omega-3 fatty acids, but these are particularly susceptible to rancidity when subjected to high pressures and temperatures. Unfortunately, high pressure and temperature are required to remove soybean oil from the soybean.

Before soybeans are sent to your table, they undergo a rigorous process to strip them of their oil. Hexane or other solvents are first applied to help separate the oil from the beans, leaving trace amounts of these toxins in the commercial product. Hexane by definition is; "any of five colorless, volatile, liquid hydrocarbons C6H14 of the paraffin series," and cannot be the least bit beneficial in anyoneís diet. After the oil is extracted, the defatted flakes are used to form the three basic soy protein products. With the exception of full-fat soy flour, all soybean products contain trace amounts of carcinogenic solvents.

Delphi
You're one heck of a fighter and your
efforts are appreciated !!

Buzz is a change agent and a
distractor. He's not worth the effort of
debate. I wonder what his head is
attached to.

Makes you wonder ..... to what ...do we
owe the "honor" of the presence of this
big time debunker and disinformation
agent.

He's so bad, he could give
amateurish debunkers a good name.

Guys I am amazed at this threads confusion. I see several folks ready to shoot the messenger here. Buzz is no debunker only someone stating facts that can be VERY unsettling until we are far enough along the journey's path to see and accept this.To release the material world steals back $ from the elites pockets.Consider each and every one of yourselves as a single pebble being tossed in the pond. You may be single when tossed but you become many when you hit the surface and your ripples spread out to far places, altering EVERYTHING in the journey. To not be able to give this all up is to buy into the fear they have created in you. That fear that tells you can't give that up because....If a storm wipes your house away what will you do without insurance. If you get cancer what will you do without insurance...If you wreck your car how will you get another without insurance...??? To allow these questions of what could be to control your actions of what is NOW is to say I really don't believe in spirit. If you did you would have that all knowing trust within that no matter what happens bad or good, was meant to happen as part of the universal plan of God,and that you will be FINE.We are capeable of manifesting into our lives anything we want.If we need a new house believe me if you want it bad enough and believe in spirits abilities to provide
for with you, it shall be!!!To live a life of " I need this in case that happens" is the fear tactic we have been hooked into for millennia...We must break loose of their ties to succeed here at all costs.FIND YOUR SPIRIT!! To live their way is NOT living in the moment, for worry comes from yesterdays and tomorrows. Please rethink here Go Slow...

BobB, This thread is "old hat" already...none of us are even thinking about it anymore. When you get involved in the chemtrail scenario, one can get highly frustrated, emotional, burned-out and have to "step back" for awhile. The ones that have been here the longest are gonna "stick it out"! We are just fine...we all have our bad days or bad moments but they pass. The realization of the importance of working on the chemtrail problem takes over again and ego settles down and we get down to business again. On this thread, I shoulda left off of it, as I had a fever and was feeling ill...though, I stand by most of what I said. If you "stick" with the chem interest for a long time, as some of us have, you will soon see you'll have your own "off" days or "bad" days but it passes. We are all in this together. Sometimes we disagree, sometimes we support each other, sometimes we get "tired" and just stop for a bit...it is amazing how many times we have all felt like "leaving" or "quiting" at one time or another...but things usally turn out o.k. in the long run. You will see also, how sometimes a member that tries to disrupt or upset the "flow" of a topic thread or "divide and conquer" scenarios get put out to us can sometimes cause problems. Sometimes, it is debunkers, or just folks that like a good fight, or folks that may be un-informed about the chem situation and have to learn more...any number of scenarios...sometimes, maybe it's PMS, Menopausal moods, Ego flexing moods, mis-informed moods, something in the chems or other technology that may be affecting everyones moods, the full moon, nerves, bad nites with no sleep, argument with spouse...just about anything! Pretty much though, we all agree the chemtrails are not normal, are a problem, and we need to bring about awareness and try to solve the problem. Too bad you even got stuck in reading this thread, as it is one of the poorer examples of what can happen...there is lots of love and effort and friendship and common bonds here too! We are all in this together. Love and prayers to you and everyone. Joanne ^j^

Thanks Lulu for the information about soy products. Especially the link for soy and the effects on the thyroid.

I already have enough problems with lumps in my thyroid. If I can avoid consuming products that cause even more problems believe me I want to know about it.

I'm not sure that giving up anything in our lives is really going to have an effect on TPTB. You have to remember these guys are so filthy rich they'll never run out of money. They're so well endowed with the ability to make money that if you hit them in one area... well... they just move onto the next money making idea. And there are plenty of ideas out there. But that's just my opinion.

Catnip, I pretty much feel as you do, giving up car insurances and other insurances and what little material things we've earned in life isn't on my "do" list. I can relate to the concept that being "hung up" on possessions could maybe leave one "spiritually bankrupt" but I still feel like a person can have some of these things and still accomplish much in this world to help other people and help solve problems regardless. I respect what some folks are saying and it is their belief system and I admire that they can live by such criteria. We are all different though. For me, I have too much ego or am too "needy" for things that help me feel "happier". When I was growing up, I had a "Sybil" kinda childhood and no toys to speak of, no Xmas tree at Xmas, cold water buggy dumps, and even "outhouse" at some places so I feel like I am having my "childhood" now. My bedroom is full of stuffed animals, (which I usually end up giving away to neighbor kids when they are sick or... I like pretty "things". Everyone has a "different" way of "looking" at things...that dosen't make any one of us "wrong",or bad, just "different." I know I need to be more spiritual. But, I also feel like, ya'll are gonna Love me anyway, no matter what, ! I love to make other people happy and give people anything that I have that they might want or need and love to share. And I love to love...that's important...to not be selfish and know how to love and care and share. But you guys that can give things up, I love you guys...you walk the walk and do what you feel is right...that is all any of us can do. Me, I still get stuck in the "victim" role sometimes...my New-Age pals usually "call" me on it and keep me honest, somewhat. Love always all, Jo ^j^
