Yes, Thetaloops and I thought he was cranked on either Coke, Speed, or Caffeine, certainly not Ecstasy, as he would have been hugging Kerry. 
Did you also notice the foaming at the mouth, and that the left side of his face looked droopy, in the way someone who had a stroke looks after the fact.
