Unusual Activity over WNY Today

At approximately 11:15 A.M. today we observed some very unusual phenomena in our skies over Western New York. As a very large weather system approaches our region with a lot of "potential" rain for this area, a temporary break in the natural cloud cover revealed massive aerosol clouds overhead. Among these huge man-made clouds were a few that appeared somewhat rectangular, suggesting they were not natural. Getting out of the car and observing these clouds with sunglasses, we noticed huge, undulating and pulsating areas of light and dark "waves" coursing, or pulsating through these strange cloud formations at very regular intervals. These "pulsations" were going through these clouds on a very regular "on/off" basis, and appeared to be too regular, and traveling too fast, to be of natural origin. Also, after careful observation, we realized that there were no clouds above these high altitude aerosol clouds to cause any shadows on them to create any light/dark shadow effects. From the altitude of these clouds, and observing the speeds of sub-sonic jets flying at these altitudes which we estimate to be at around 550 mph cruising speed, we estimated the speed of these "pulsations" to be anywhere between 1500/2500 mph... best guess. At any rate, this was something entirely new to any of us, and the only explaination that any of us can come up with is that we were observing a phenomena related to HAARP activities and very probably having something to do with the large weather system that is now forecasted to bring us drenching rains tonight and tomorrow.
For those interested, I WILL be posting the precipitation totals from this weather system in the "CT Reports" thread, when this data becomes available.
It has now become extremely interesting what one will notice in the sky these days if they start paying close attention!  |
