I took me 3 months to get to this forum. Amazing, huh? Installed a bunch of spyware and process ware stuff before I could get an email through. I am not saying that I was being blocked from posting here by TPTB, BUT . . .
Anyway, http://www.freewebs.com/noexoticwarfarezone
Working on it. Keep checking. Will get the resolution up soon. Almost done with it.
Ya'll keep on keeping on. _________________ Peace, Ice |

Well "The Resolution" is up. It is also in the hands of my state representative and a number of other folks.
Ya'll please go to the site and see if you can use it.
Will be adding more to the site each day, but I want to keep it simple.
Of course, none of these efforts work if you don't print the stuff out and take it to your elected representatives.
Frankly, I think city or county officials are probably the most accessible people. They are neighbors. They run the risk of running into you in your home town and having to look you in the eye after they have refused to do anything about those chemtrails.
Besides, with 365 towns passing resolutions against The Patriot Act and reaffirming The Constitution, I think we actually can get these city councils to pass No Exotic Warfare Zone or No Spray Zone resolutions.
Please feel free to shorten or change the resolution as you see fit. Your city council will probably change it or shorten it anyway. I just wanted to put on there everything possible to be able to open it for dialogue in city council meetings. Lots of projects on the resolution that they need "educated" about.
Peace,
