Parade magazine, Jan 9, scalar cloud!!

If anyone gets the "parade magazine" which is a supplement in our Sunday paper in Atlanta as well as other cities around the U.S, check out page 17. In the snapshot section of readers favorite photos there is clear circular scalar signature hole in the clouds with an american flag in the foreground. The caption reads,"The Stars and Stripes appear to be clearing the clouds with an explosion in the sky in this photograph by Deb Saleeby,49, of Mobile, Ala."
Quite a photo, and the flag makes all the more ominious. Peace. |

That person took an old photo and layered an American flag over the top for effect.And a $100.00 to boot. At least $50.00 belongs to the person that shot the hole punch.

I was standing next to "that person" who took the picture that you are declaring a phony. You, increase 1776, are wrong! The photographer stood behind the flag and took multiple shots of the flag, trying to catch it as the wind unfurled it. Sorry you can't believe that such a picture could be accomplished without special effects. Not every picture taken is merely a work of special effects - especially not this one. Too bad you didn't enjoy the wonder in it. |

Does anyone have this Snapshot? I searched Parade's archives, and the shots only go back to March.
I will assume criscross and Increase are correct.

we saved that photo somewhere
will try to dig it out
it is not the same photo shown above
i remember it, it was a hole punch
when i first saw it i did not think it was phoney
i just thought they took it as wieired
they did not understand what they were witnessing
and the media played it
for all it was worth

I have a copy of the photo on my computer.I had previously seen the hole punch photo,but without the " Rally-round-the-flag," $#@#!.The odds of that exact hole punch occuring more than once,could only be duplicated by the Bush administration.

The author (Deb S) of the flag and sky picture has asked that we not show this picture, so mark's post has been edited to simply link to the picture which keeps us within the copyright laws.
