Letters to the Editor
Dear sirs:
As foul as it is to engage in the unethial and low, it is just as malignant to be aware of them and not acknowledge it.
On Friday, March 18, 2005, the feeding tube that has kept Terri Schiavo alive for more than 15 years was ordered removed by the Florida state supreme court. Apparently working on the basis that hear-say evidence transcends tangible proof and public sentiment - at least in cases of extinguishing a life considered inconvenient by an evident thug - the Florida high court - the same gang, remember, who appeared to have wanted to endlessly protract the 2000 elections, until after the Constitutionally-mandated period, so the Clinton White House could claim "success" by default! - have now thrown their entire weight behind Michael Schiavo's evident act of marital abuse!
In a nutshell, Schiavo, apparently an inveterate wife beater, seems to have gone on a drug-induced rampage, one night, about a decade and a half ago, and almost choked Terri Schiavo, his wife, to death. A pattern of feeding her poison seems not to have paid off. In fact, she may even have learned about his attempt at murdering her, and confronted him about it, which touched off his attack! When choking her failed, he seems to have thrown her down the stairs, with the evident intent to claim it was an "accident". Not a physician, he didn't realize she was still alive, and he called the police. Imagine his shock when they revealed he hadn't succeeded! But, then, apparently opting to "pull a Ramsey", he evidently bribed enough of the police force as necessary to doctor up the records, so the scars, bruises and finger marks weren't recorded. He then cobbled up a ludicrous story about her being "bulimic", even though family and friends steadfastly deny ever seeing any signs of it in her! The fact that he seems to have been feeding her poison all along may have contributed to the appearance that he wanted to ascribe to bulimia, but, then, he seems to have chosen to bite off more than he can chew, and have her "accident" blamed on a "heart attack" from the condition! In fact, heart attacks are rarely, if ever, associated with bulimia! A bribed coroner's office, though, and apparently equally contaminated "court system" seem just the right place to sell a lie such as that, though!
He got away with his evident attempt to murder his wife, but he was always faced with a problem. Now in what is described as a "persistent vegetative state", there was always the possibility that Terri Schiavo might recover, and reveal his criminalities! How that must have weighed on him, always waiting for that other boot to drop! With her family always by her bedside, and, apparently, by their own admission, infinitely suspicious of him! The only solution was to now try to get the state to do his murdering for him! Depending on the apparently eminently loathsome movement in the country toward suicide as a solution for boredom- and, yes, that is what it looks like! - he decided to make completing his act of murder a matter of "honor"! He petitioned the state for the right to continue his botched attempt at killing his wife! But, he insisted, it's because that's what she would have wanted him to do!
He patched together a lame and uncorroborated assertion that Terri specifically asked him not to let her persist, if it required "extraordinary means" to keep her alive. He then depended on the fact that the "court system" in Florida is apparently made up of thugs whose stupidity - in not knowing that a feeding tube is not an "extraordinary method" - is matched by their evident wholesale depraved indifference to human life! But, then, being in charge of "justice" in a state whose chief industry seems to be killing the elderly, so the corrupt can cash in on their wills, appears to require an innate tendency toward malignance and perversion! Paying for the doctoring of death certificates to hide true causes of death seems something that many save all their lives for in the state! Michael Schiavo, in fact, seems to only have been engaging in the "family business" of Florida!
But crooks in government seem to appreciate someone with the willingness to engage in the same criminality they used to get into power and rape the public! That is what they seem to see as "ambition"! And someone who engages in that thuggery is someone they evidently view as "the kind of crook they can work with"! The "courts" immediately gobbled up the apparent hogwash about Terri wanting to die and supported Michael's every attempt at court-assisted homicide!
In response, her family and friends petitioned, filed suit and approached as many as they could to try to get stay after stay! For fifteen years, this lasted! They stayed by her bedisde, as much as they could! There seem no verified cases of Michael ever visiting her, except when he thought he could get on television and pretend "concern"! He allowed her condition to deteriorate, into flaming bed sores and massive infection! He got himself another evident potential victim, and fathered a daughter by her! And he kept returning to her bedside, only when it was necessary to reinvigorate his apparent fraudulent show of "compassion"!
He wasn't even by her bed when they removed the feeding tube!
He claims he sent "a representative"!
Of course, the "courts" in Florida are apparently too devoted to death to admit that this is eminently suspicious behavior, and actions that do not comport with his claimed "compassion" for his wife!
When the evident swindle that Florida calls their "justice system" - controlled as it seems to be by the Democrats, apparently the party of "back alley rub-outs"! - ruled finally that the feeding tube had to be removed, the Republican-controlled Senate tried an admitted end-run around the decision, subpoenaing Terri to testify before them. In this way, it would be against the law for anyone to make any move to harm her! Evidently feeling they are immune from federal law - the Clinton disgrace demonstrates just how much contempt the Democrats have for anything that gets in the way of craven, corrupt self-promotion and greed! - the Democratic-dominated state "court" nonetheless ordered the tube removed!
Seeing the opportunity to "defend" their actions by resorting to the putrid old game of reframing the issue in different terms, the "We Gotta Kill Terri, Or We're All Gonna Take A Fall!" camp jumped into high gear! Apparently working under the dictum that “the best defense is a good offense”, Michael Sachiavo’s evidently oily, but calculatedly innocuous appearing, attorney, George Felos, went immediately onto the attack! Her characterized Congress’ admitted last ditch end-run tactic of issuing a subpoena, to try to keep Terri alive on that basis, as “thuggery”! He described it as an attempt to “intimidate and coerce the treating physicians in this case”! No threats were issued, only the proscription that, being a subpoenaed witness, Terri Schiavo was under special protection not to be harmed! “Shocking”, “strongarming” and “outrageous” were other words Mr. Felos used to depict the attempt to keep Ms. Schiavo alive! In between apparent lies about Mciahel Schiavo being “at his wife’s side”! He couldn’t have an affair with another woman and have a child by her if he was “by his wife’s side”! But, then, the apparent deceit is made even more obvious when Schiavo himself makes the claim of being by her side, in the middle of a news conference, evidently conducted several miles away from where she is being kept!
With the evident pustulent nature of their attempt at making government complicit in homicide all too easy to perceive, the “Death For Terri Schiavo” camp have switched to attacking the principle of government stepping in on what they define as a personal matter of “medical treatment”! Over and over, Felos steers discussion away from the apparently glaringly, overridingly evident homicidal intent, in Michael Schiavo’s not wanting to leave Terri to her parents’ care, to the question of government wanting to take away individual rights to decide personal health treatment. “How would you like it”, he challenges, “knowing your parents are in a nursing home, but knowing that they are denied the right to medical treatment of their choice?” It’s positively ghoulish, seeing Felos’ craven worship of death!
But this isn’t medical treatment! This isn’t even a case of personal choice! This is not means used to address an illness, merely to keep her alive! And there is apparently no convincing evidence that she didn’t want this kind of treatment!
It is, however, in Felos’ careless invocation of “parents in a nursing home” that he reveals the apparent true foundation for Schiavo’s “defense”! Because, once parents or grandparents are gotten to the appropriately “vegetative state”, by questionable, but disguised, nursing home abuse, the greedy kids become the ones endowed with “individual rights to decide treatment”! And they don’t want to be denied Florida’s apparently decades long principle of turning its back on quiet nursing home slaughter!
“I’m their child, and I stand to gain a ton of money when they croak! And I intend to take advantage of the evident willingness of Florida’s Democratically controlled state supreme court to ignore murder masquerading as ‘denial of extraordinary, life-prolonging techniques’! I want their money, and, since the Democrat’s seem to be the party of one-on-one homicide, I’m going to take advantage of their apparent cold-blooded complicity in familial homicide, to get it!”
And don’t think this is going beyond the evidence of circumstances! No sooner had the Congress approved looking at legislation aimed at protecting Terri from her husband’s evident attempt to shut her mouth about his criminalities, than Teddy Kennedy, the poster boy for girls dead under suspicious circumstances, took time off from stabbing Sinn Fein in the back, to condemn the effort as just “partisan politics”, and attacking the idea of the government passing special legislation, just on the basis of one person!
Of course, the quisling Democratic cooperation in the Oval Office’s evident machinations in the interest of global domination, masquerading as special orders against Osama bin Laden and Saddam Hussein were conveniently ignored! As were such things as the evident stabs at “proving” that politicians really care, demonstrated by “Megan’s Law”, the nationwide “AMBER Alert system”, and “Laci’s Law”! Where was Democratic objection to “partisan grandstanding” and “laws addressing a single individual” when those were passed almost unanimously?
The Democrats’ apparent “partner in crime”, The New York Times, had an article saying Congress was “playing a dangerous game” in making rulings based on the circumstances of a single individual! Importantly, they, too, were studiedly absent from this issue when hundreds of millions of taxpayer dollars were put into play in matters ranging from bin Laden to Laci Peterson!
But, in fact, they are right! This is not a venue for Congress to involve itself in! They shouldn’t be tailoring national law, necessarily, just to address one special case! Because it can be easy to warp what emerges into violations of rights in other merely similar cases!
But, Congress wouldn’t have to do this if the state courts of Florida weren’t apparently so utterly and completely criminally compromised! If you could rely on a state court system to work for the rights of the people, and not just offer its assurance that it will “look the other way” while you put the pillow over your rich aunt’s face - and, make no mistake, that is what the state courts of Florida seem to be famous for! - then you could rely, as you should, on reliable, just local decisions in matters like this!
In retrospect, though, one does wonder if anyone has actually taken it upon themselves to put a spoonful of apple sauce in Terri’s mouth, to see if involuntary swallowing action might not kick in, allowing her to be kept alive without “heroic measures”! It was reported that someone did try to get in, to put some water in Terri’s mouth, and he was promptly arrested! Here was the opportunity to prove that she didn’t need “extraordinary methods” to keep her alive, and the state apparently deliberately stepped in to prevent it! Apparently, the state is bound and determined to keep it from being found out that she can at least swallow for herself! Florida does seem to be determined to prove that it will do everything it can to murder Terri!
But, recent events, in fact, seem to point up this apparent wholesale collusion in homicide, by the “court system” of Florida!
In the past few years, the entire state has started to take on the appearance of being “the land of dead girls”!
Nowhere else, it seems, would someone be able to get away with laughing out loud and horsing around, while his baby daughter was missing - a la Sabrina Aisenberg’s father!
Just last year, Carlie Brucia went missing. Holding a cat, her trailer park trash mother blubbered unconvincingly in front of the cameras. Apparently fraudulent tape, showing a girl that looked nothing like Carlie being led away by a man who looked nothing like the “suspect”! If you need further proof of the evident swindle behind the claims of her being killed by a stranger, consider that, when the disappearance was first announced, news sources everywhere claimed the tape to show her “struggling” to get away from the man she supposedly met! Now, a news program on children being coerced by “shows of authority” describe her as “walking away willingly, after being cowed into submission” by the man! Tellingly, her body was described as being found on the lawn of a popular and well-frequented local church, and depicted, ludicrously, as having been there several days!
Similarly for Jessica Lunsford. Leave aside such issues as that no dogs barked - a la Sabrina Aisenberg! - or that certain comments by her own grandmother seemed to stir police suspicion, early on. While Jessica was missing, a reporter asked her father - so constantly shielded by black glasses that even news reports have begun to point it out! - if she had any hobbies or needs that he wanted to reveal, so her abductor can supply her with what she wanted, while she was their captive. “I’m not going to give them any help!”, he snapped cryptically! Why wouldn’t he want his daughter to be at least comfortable, while in captivity? It wouldn’t be “helping them”; it would be seeing to his daughter’s happiness! It’s as if he knew there was no need to see to her comfort, because he knew she was already dead! If he blurted out, “She was always a good girl!”, he couldn’t any more convincingly demonstrate that he knew Jessica was dead, because he had killed her himself! The rest of his time on the air was spent in crying jags that weren’t even up to Susan Smith’s standard! The black glasses, apparently, are both to hide the fact that his pupils are perpetually dilated, and to disguise the fact that he never really was crying!
Tellingly, after three weeks of “searching”, Jessica’s body was described as being found “just yards from her home” - a la Carlie Brucia!
If the corrupt are guilty of committing foul acts, others are guilty if they fail to take the lesson from what they see!
Don’t move to Florida! If you’ve got someone who wants to see you dead, apparently, the local government will look the other way!
If you’ve retired, don’t go near Florida! You’ll enter the state head up, and leave it feet first!
If you’re a girl, look upon Florida as poison!
If anyone suggests you retire to Florida, make sure they don’t get within a hundred feet of you, unless you’re sure they’re not carrying a syringe loaded with an overdose of insulin!
And don’t trust the Democrats! The Republicans seem to be the party of mass murder, under the guise of “spreading democracy”, the Democrats seem to stand for shooting someone in the head in a Washington, D.C. park, and paying off law enforcement to claim it was a “suicide”!
Spring break is coming up! Anyone with girl children may want to take the opportunity to keep them from going anywhere near that tainted state! It may put a crimp in their plans, but they can find another place to enjoy! If enough people demonstrate a massive vote of no confidence in the apparently criminally contaminated Florida “court system”, maybe someone, somewhere will take action to round up the thugs there making a mockery of the idea of justice! They will never, any of them, see the face of God!
Nor, for that matter, will anyone who fails to condemn them for their apparently blatantly obvious conspiracy to commit murder!
Most importantly, people have to involve themselves, deeply, in what goes on around them, so they can identify the criminals in positions of power, and reveal their malignancies, loudly and clearly!
