So, you don't have a Chase Plane, Jet, or Helicopter, for spying on the
Mega-Sprayers...
No problem...
Just use your (free), tax-supported, GOES-8
Visible Satellite Images...

If Contrails can be identified on these
images, (Distinct Patterns), indicating Spraying, could be.
