suffering from acne

I am 19 and suffer from acne. I take care of what I eat but it didn’t helped. Is there any drug or cream that I can try? |

You may try Accutane. I tried it. Its quite helpful. It helped me a lot. |

A few things can cause Acne.
* Kidney,Liver or Bowel Congestion--You dont get enough fiber..and/or poor diet
* Hormonal Imbalance caused by Puberty
Herbs that can detox the liver and aid in helping the imbalance...yellow dock, red clover or triphala...both applied to affected areas externally.
Dandelion greens...detoxify your organs.
Nutritional supplements that help Acne.
*Acidophilus
*A good multivitamin
*Extra doses of Vitamin A in either pill form or in foods that contain it.
Personally...I would also suggest a good Detox tea that works on both the kidneys and the liver. Once or twice a day. Your kidney or liver may be overworked because of all the changes you are going through at your age. 18-19 is the peak of most males testosterone production. |
