To all:
In considering the nature of chemtrails, it can be important to consider what they bring about. For that reason, looking at changes in the weather, and the formation of clouds, amo0ng other things, can be useful.
On the Coast To Coast AM site, there are two entries with strange, even enigmatic, storm cloud formations, from just the past two days, over Missouri. Without violating any copyrighting, I believe, the pictures can be presented here as
It is interesting, and likely even significant, that this is taking place over Missouri. Missouri is in the middle of "Tornado Alley", the area of the country supposedly the most hit by tornadoes, every year. This year, though, it is being commented that the number of tornadoes is low, even anomalously so! CNN, for example, reported that the month of May is far behind where it has been, the past few years. This may not be surprising, since I have mentioned, several times, in letters to the editor, and in posts on Chemtrail Central, that tornado numbers have literally exploded over the past half century, after being apparently stable for at least the third of a century before then! The points seem to have been noticed by the government, and they have set about making sure that the number of tornadoes falls precipitously, to keep the evident denaturing of the atmosphere from becoming even more obvious! The chamtrailing, at least over the middle of the country, for the last few months may have been devoted to preventing tornado formation! Of course, this can't be admitted by the government. They have to make something up to explain it away! Toward this end, they invented another new term, the "James Bay Vortex". Supposedly, an upper air disturbance over James Bay in northern Canada has been maintaining the steady dome of cold air over the Northeast in the United States. This has kept storms from migrating over the Great Plains, where, they contend, cool air would meet with warm air from the Gulf, giving rise to tornado forming storms. It appears they are willing to start admitting that the Great Plains are inherently connected with tornadoes, again, but not for the reasons that were indicated, in the past!
If, though, it is because of some adulterating of the air, preventing tornadoes from forming, the energy that would normally be shown in a torndao would persist in the atmosphere, and likely make itself known in strange, abnormal cloud formations!
Such as those shown on the Coast To Coast AM site!
Another point should be mentioned. It was acknowledged, today, on CNN, that the worst roads in the country are in Kansas City, in Missouri! There may be some question what connection this would have with strange clouds and chemtrails, but, it should be remembered, whatever aberrant material is being spread in the atmosphere should, eventualy, end up washing to the earth in rain water. I have suggested often that at least some chemtrails may be spreading a material that sheds heat faster than water, allowing it to be used to replace water in forming weather! If this leaches into the earth, it can end up changing the way the ground reacts to cold. It can, for example, cause it to buckle up more in the cold weather. And that can lead to denaturing of the asphalt over it, causing it to break and shatter! In fact, in West Caldwell, the unnaturally cold weather of this past April caused numerous potholes to form then, something that I had never seen before! The cold weather over the Northeast, it should be mentioned, should be counterbalanced by the increasing sun, but, if the "moisture" in the ground sheds heat more quickly than water, the ground shouldn't be able to maintain warmth, and that can lead to aberrantly cold weather! I said, in earlier posts, that this seemed to threaten to be an abnormally cold winter. They seem to have taken steps to unnaturally warm the air with abnormal air currents, but they couldn't keep it going long enough to keep the spring from being anomalously cold! Importantly, among the top five cities with bad streets in the country, two are in Missouri! The remaining three are all in California!

Julian, although not quite as dramatic as the photos in your above posting, I've been observing this bizarre type of "sky" quite a bit over Western New York since the summer of 1988, when I believe it was, that they drastically increased their weather modification operations. I believe the unofficial term for this type of cloud cover is now called "Boiling Sky". It's interesting that you mention this now, as I was going to talk about it sooner or later in my "Tracking another Rainstorm/Chemblitz" thread. I believe these types of clouds are the result of intense weather modification operations being conducted above them. The first time I ever saw this type of bizarre phenomena was in late August of 1988. If you remember, that was just about the hottest and dryest summer on record at that time, the intense heat and drought stretching from the northeast to the mid-west, and also down into the deep south. Dan Rather, on CBS news, kept referring to it as "The Blast Furnace Effect". I remember on the news one evening showing that the upper Mississippi River, once a place where you could go boating, was down to a trickle! Everything was dried up here in Western New York, brooks and many creeks were bone dry, and the rivers were unusually low. Even with intense watering, just about all the lawns were a pale yellow... totally dead. Day after day we had temperatures in the mid to upper ninties, and just about no rain for all of July and August! The trees really took a beating that summer!
Photos that I've uncovered from that first "Super Summer" reveal that the chemtrail activity over the entire eastern part of the country, and extending well up into Canada, was awesome. The first time I uncovered these photos I was really shocked, as I didn't realize at the time that the spraying operations went that far back in time. Now I realize that it was around 1987-1988 that the weather modification operations had been increased dramatically during that period, and I'm convinced now that this drastic increase in the spraying operations are what caused that unusual hot, dry spell in July of 1987, and the HOT, DRY Supersummer of 1988... the first in a series of many more to come!
This unbelievable heat wave and drought finally broke in late August of 1988 with THE MOST dramatic thunderstorm that I had ever seen. It happened at around 8:00 A.M. The sky turned totally black, then an unusual greenish/gray color, and then, as if somebody had turned on a switch, the sky opened up and it started to pour like I have never seen it do before. Within 30 minutes we had received two and a half inches of rain before it finally stopped. Shortly after that we were on the NY Thruway, on our way down to the NYC area, and being on the thruway, we had an excellent view of the open sky all the way down for the 350 mile trip. For those entire 350 miles, we pretty much followed this unusual line of thunderstorms down into the Hudson River Valley, and all the way, we observed many different variations of this strange, bizarre "boiling sky". In 1988, I had been an amateur meteorologist for 20 years, and up until that day, I had NEVER seen a sky like that before! I remember being totally fascinated by the sky, as each mile revealed more of these unearthly, bizarre clouds. I had absolutely no idea back then WHAT was causing this! But in the years up to now, this boiling sky is becoming more and more common. I believe it to be the result of an immense amount of chemicals being sprayed over, and into these cloud formations, and this bizarre "boiling effect" that is shown in your above photos, and what we are seeing more and more of today, is the reaction of these clouds to an immense bombardment of chemicals, most likely barium, that make them react in this unusual fashion. In all of my photographic research on the chemtrails, I have yet to find a sky like this prior to the mid-1980's. Now when I view this unnatural reaction taking place in the sky overhead, I have little doubt that a truely massave weather modification operation is presently being conducted over and within the clouds that are just above me!

BigJoe's comments are appreciated. Compliments on the pictures, though, should be directed to Lumi and Teresa, who submitted them to Coast To Coast AM.
I can believe what BigJoe said about seeing the type of sky first in 1988. And that is very significant. BigJoe is right about the severity of that summer. Exactly 40 days straight, in the New York City Metropolitan Area, of 90 degree or greater weather, surrounded by at least a month overall of 80 degree or higher weather. And a grinding drought throughout. It was that summer that my wife's dog,. Scruffy, died. To be sure, Scruffy was already about 17 years old, but she had been in good shape up until then. And my wife kept her in an almost constantly air conditioned apartment. In fact, Scruffy's decrepitation came on somewhat suddenly. It looked, for all the world, like poisoning, and it may have been the result of the chemicals in the atmosphere leaching down!
With respect to the Blast Furnace summer of 1988, a particularly odd, that is, eminently suspicious, detail presents itself. I made a point of the exactly 40 unbroken days of "heat wave", that is, consecutive days of 90 degree or greater temperatures. It sounds Biblical, but, if you look into it, you will notice that it seems, to a degree, apt. If you remember, 1988 was the year of the "Inferno" summer story line in Marvel Comics. The story involved two warring demons trying to take over the earth and turning it into a version of their world, with machines coming to life and people turning into monsters. As with all summer story lines, at that time, "Inferno" carried over into all the Marvel titles, even start-ups, like "Power Pack". Characters like S'ym, N'astirh, Mr. Sinister and the clone of Jean Grey played a seminal part in the story. A crucial part of this story, with essential connections to the basic premise, was New York being subjected to an unremitting, blazing summer of sweltering, fiery days, lasting the Biblical 40 days! Coming out at exactly the same time as the heat wave, the story line almost seemed to chronicle events as they were happening! Even at that time, the incredible coordination of the unremitting heat and the story line seemed unusual to the point of being suspicious! It seems even more so, now! To be sure, the likelihood of the government controlling the weather to coincide with a Marvel Comics story line seems remote. But, then, if they can do it easily, with pinpoint accuracy, it seems the less unlikely. But, more reasonably, one can assume that the heads of Marvel Comics, already a rich enough enterprise to leave it at least knocking at the door of the Illuminati, may have become privy to information about a planned heat wave, that year, and decided to exploit it! Or, even more likely, it was an overall plan by the government, to see just how unskeptical the average comic book reading crowd would be, and to find out just how much their sensibilities could be adjusted by a coordinated immersion, from without and from within, in a calculated environment! To be sure, it does seem as if the crowds who, once, would have assailed the notion of invading a country, to steal its resources, are no longer around! They didn't seem to have taken much notice of the apparently fraudulent "explanations" for the first invasion of Iraq, either! "Pulling babies from incubators and dropping them on the floor!" Perhaps the "Inferno" experiment had the desired effect! If you know anyone who reads any Marvel Comics material, it might be a good idea to warn them of possible subliminal manipulation of their mental processes!
BigJoe also mentions that they saw some chemtrailing even back to 1987. It should be mentioned that it was in that year that the Expanded East Coast Plan, joined to the airline "hub" system, began operation. In that plan, air traffic was concentrated along particularly narrow corridors, mostly, or exclusively, over communities of "rank and file" residents. Numerous citizens' groups complained about the noise and even sponsored studies both of the intrusion of the new lanes, and on the feasibility of spreading a number of them out over the water, along the coast of New Jersey. It was suggested that "ocean routing" as it was called, would add no more than $1.00 to the average plane ticket. But the airlines refused to change, and the FAA refused to take the citizens' side in the matter! It seems just too "coincidental" for 1987 to have been the year that the airlines developed a system for concentraing air travel, and that was the same year that this major deformation of the weather seems to have really begun! It seemed like everything from spite to deliberate encumbering of the non-wealthy, at the time. Those may have been part of the motivations behind it, but it seems now that creating airline routes to hide military jet chemtrailing may have been a major part of the plan!
Reagan was in power when this first demonstration of evident contempt for the people occurred, but, it should be remembered, 10 years later, when the apparent wholesale program of chemtrailing exploded, Clinton was president! It seems prudent not to trust anyone who calls themself a politician!
Another point presents itself, though. BigJoe mentions that, in 1987, they first saw massive examples of chemtrailing. It is becoming more and more likely that some form of aerial adulteration may have been happening, for a long time. It may be that 1997 was not so much the year when chemtrailing first began in earnest, but, rather, that that was the year when the chemical levels in the atmosphere had reached saturation, so any new substances poured out, stood out against the chemicals already present! But that brings up another matter, with respect to President Reagan. He was the president who fired all the air traffic controllers! Now, consider what the air traffic controllers do, and what they could have done! They keep track of aircraft in an area, and they can blow the whistle on aircraft that have no place being there! If the government wanted to start a project of large-scale aerial spraying, using fraudulent "commercial aircraft", the last thing they would need would be individuals who would recognize that traffic had suddenly risen in size, with much of the new traffic unacknowledged! Reagan's action begins to look less like the malevolent machinations of a corporate shill, although that may have been part of it, and more the beginning of a plan to arrange the uninterrupted, and unrevealed spraying of the country's skies! There are those, though, who would say that it's unreasonable to expect that the government would wait for a workers' strike, so they could take advantage of it, and they would be right. It's beginning to look like the heads of the air traffic controllers' union were co-opted by the government, to arrange a strike, so the president could summarily remove them all from duty! The heads of the air traffic controllers' union, then, it seems, connived with the government to arrange to get their loyal members removed from their positions, so the government could poison the skies, with impunity! It seems that you would be wise not to trust anyone in high places in the unions, either!
And, before "debunkers" try to pretend like chemtrail opponents are "changing their story", BigJoe is only saying that they saw massive chemtrailing from 1987 to 1988. There could have been intermittent periods of modest or even major chemtrailing, early on. But, since 1997, it seems, it has become regular and sustained!
One point, though, BigJoe speaks of meteorological operations being carried out "above the clouds", turning them into the "boiling sky" that they mentioned. But that would require the likely immense banks of clouds being present in the first place. To be sure, large banks of cloud can exist naturally, but it is beginning to become more and more likely that the clouds that the aerial operations manipulate into deformed mockeries are, themselves, produced by chemtrail chemicals!
