You're welcome, Weatherman... and for me it was late July, of 2002, about a month and a half after discovering the chemtrails, that I too made the connection that this drought had been artificially induced, and was being sustained deliberately. Let me tell you, it was quite a shock for me when I made this realization... it truely hit me like a ton of bricks!!!
For us here in the northeast, this was the worst drought since the summer of 1988 when, as photographic evidence reveals, between 1987/1988 they really came out of the closet full force! Between mid-June of 1988 and late August, there was virtually no rain, and just about every day was in the mid to upper 90's. Dan Rather kept referring to the summer of 1988 as the "blast furnace effect". Photographs from that summer show that the spraying over the northeast was truely AWESOME! I believe 1987-1988 was when they made the decision to start going big time.
The artificial drought of 2002 and it's associated heat wave was also horrible! And a very disturbing thing happened with our stressed and parched Maple Trees. Starting in late July of 2002, after a long period of no rain, intense heat, and AWESOME spraying, ALL of the Norway Maples, which comprise about 80% of all the maples in this region, started to loose their leaves. They just dried up on the trees and withered! By mid to late August, all of the leaves had fallen from most of the maples in our region. It was pretty wierd watching people raking up dead, dried leaves from parched yellow lawns in August! The problem was the result of a fungus called "Tar Spot".

The funny thing about this fungus is that I never remember seeing it or photographing it up here before the summer of 1992, which is when many believe that the aerosol operations became fully established and operational over most of the northeast. Each summer after 1992, this fungus became worse, and actually seemed to thrive on the ever warmer and drier winters we were having. Although I could never prove it, I am convinced, from everything that I have seen of it over the last 13 years, there is a direct connection between the tar spot fungus and the aerosol operations. It appears that the dryer and warmer the winters get here, the worse this fungus is the following summer.
Another disturbing discovery that I made during late 2002/early 2003 was that they were, and still are, controlling the "lake effect" snow mechanism over all of the Great Lakes! For those not familiar with "lake effect snow", basically what it is is snowfall created from moisture rising over a large body of water, freezing and turning to snow, and for us here in the lea of Lake Ontario, blowing inland and, in many cases, creating localized, sometimes blinding blizzards. In some cases, I've seen 5 or 6 feet of this stuff... at least that's the way it was here before the aerosol operations went full force here and pretty much put an end to much of these localized storms!

When I first moved to Western New York back in the fall of 1968, we were getting the classic, frigid, "snow belt" winters here in the Rochester, New York region. I can remember winters here when the high for the day was 5 below zero, and the region would be shut down by bands of Lake Effect Snow coming in off of Lakes Erie and Ontario. The winters here would be even colder, except that Lake Ontario acts as a warming influence if you live within 20-25 miles of this lake. Right up until the late 1980's, we kept getting these natural, but cold and snowy winters. Then, when the spraying drastically increased in the late 1980s/early 1990's, our snowy, cold winters gradually got warmer, and the lake effect snow gradually became less and less. I was cued in to the fact that something was wrong when a group of meteorologists spent a winter on the eastern end of Lake Ontario to study lake effect snow, near the little town of Barnes Corners, New York, which, in many winters, can have the heaviest snow in the country when the winds come directly from the west off of Lake Ontario. During that winter, there was hardly any lake effect snow, everyone in the study group was dumfounded. So was I! And it wasn't until about 7 years later, in late 2002/early 2003, that I realized that they were going after, if not shutting down and destroying ALL of the snow coming in off of ALL of the great lakes. Once large portions of the lakes start to freeze over, usually in February, they are able to shut the lake effect snow mechanism down. Last winter, in mid-February, they were able to do this for about two weeks over ALL 5 of the Great Lakes!!! They do this by covering the Great Lakes with MASSIVE aerosol clouds. We've chased these storms, and the sprayers, on occasion, between Rochester and Buffalo, and between Rochester and Watertown, and when viewed from the ground, along with the satellite images, and the doppler radar, it is SO obvious what they are doing. But it really pisses me off... because there's nothing I love better than a natural, cold, snowy winter... the way Mother Nature intended it to be!!! |

"Active intervention in severe weather was attempted between 1962 and 1983 in the Air Force sponsored project STORMFURY (Ref2). The project employed extensive cloud seeding of hurricane walls and involved sophisticated equipment. The conclusions were that the cloud seeding approach was neither microphysically nor statistically feasible. In short, too much energy was needed. There was one beneficial effect however in that the instrumented aircraft developed for the project are still in use today in hurricane diagnostics. More recently, the Air Force has reported on Weather Modification efforts, including applications of the HAARP antenna in Alaska (Ref2). They also conclude that the energy involved in severe storms preelude their modification."

Lots of people know that Nicola Tesla patented weather influencing machinery before 1910, and explained how it could be used to control weather thousands of miles away. Not only can the technology be used to guide moisture laden air to drought stricken locations, but it can keep moisture away from droughts as well.
What can be achieved is a barrier to wind flow called a stationary pressure front, which forces weather away from its natural destination. The modern name for a device of this type is an atmospheric heater, which works by beaming concentrated radiowaves tuned to heat some component of the atmosphere. Many people now know that a stationary pressure front has been sitting off the California coast since 19xx because it is blamed for droughts in recent decades, but few of them also know that stationary pressure regions were unheard of before 19xx, xx years after the USSR finished constructing an atmospheric heater.
The Americans have now developed their own atmospheric heater, by far the most powerful one ever under constructed, under the name HAARP: High-frequency Active Aural Research Project. It is still being publicly disputed by scientists as an environmental hazard, but to deaf ears.
Weather machines are fine if used wisely, but this machine is also able to effect a population's brainwaves over whole continents by bouncing its powerful and finely tuned beam down on the unsuspecting masses from a reflective piece of atmosphere that the machine first creates. For sure we know that irritability and lethargy can be created, and by using the right kind of pulse it can knock out all public communications networks. It also can be used to scan the Earth to considerable depth, so secret underground rooms will be impossible to hide anywhere.

People who know about HAARP will notice a difference from Tesla's design, being that it is made up of large numbers of individually targetable sub-units. If this were not so it would be impossible to cover large numbers of major cities simultaneously. It seems likely that its power will be used to increase the final moment of terror before the New World Order coup. |

One need not be a radical “Green” or a reactionary “Luddite” to recognize that trends of weather have seen unexplained changes. Some conclude that these altered patterns are climatic in nature. One commission, the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) has been established by WMO and UNEP to assess scientific, technical and socio-economic information relevant for the understanding of climate change, its potential impacts and options for adaptation and mitigation. It is open to all Members of the UN and of WMO. While most groups that are normally associated with this topic are considered to be sympathizers on the Left, the real character of the subject needs to examine the intended efforts to alter patterns of weather for political ends.
International committees often want to pursue the theory of Global warming as a crisis of economic consumption gone amok. But the Lessons from the Luddites offers a hint by which we should evaluate the moral use and utility for new technology. Consider these questions:
What purpose does this machine serve?
What problem has become so great that it needs this solution?
Is this invention nothing but, as Thoreau put it, an improved means to an unimproved end?
Who are the winners?
Who are the losers?
Will this invention concentrate or disperse power, encourage or discourage self worth?
Can society at large afford it?
Can the biosphere?

The Air Force (Air Force Research Laboratory) and Navy (Office of Naval Research and Naval Research Laboratory) has been absorbed in the development of research and deployment of a system that is based upon the pioneer work of Nikola Tesla. HAARP (High frequency Active Auroral Research Program) is a major Arctic facility for upper atmospheric and solar-terrestrial research. HAARP is being built on a DoD-owned site near Gakona, Alaska. Principal instruments include a high power, high-frequency (HF) phased array radio transmitter (known as the Ionospheric Research Instrument, or IRI), used to stimulate small, well-defined volumes of ionosphere, and an ultra-high frequency (UHF) incoherent scatter radar (ISR), used to measure electron densities, electron and ion temperatures, and Doppler velocities in the stimulated region and in the natural ionosphere.
A layman’s translation would have one ask what effects upon weather could such technology pose? A good source to answer that question can be found in the accounts of Dr Nick Begich. Put simply, the apparatus for HAARP is a reversal of a radio telescope: antennas send out signals instead of receiving. HAARP is the test run for a super-powerful radio wave beaming technology that lifts areas of the ionosphere by focusing a beam and heating those areas. Electromagnetic waves then bounce back onto Earth and penetrate everything-living and dead. HAARP publicity gives the impression that the High-frequency Active Auroral Research Program is mainly an academic project with the goal of changing the ionosphere to improve communications for our own good. However, other US military documents put it more clearly: HAARP aims to learn how to "exploit the ionosphere for Department of Defense purposes".
From Begich’s book, co-authored with Jeane Manning - Angels Don't Play This HAARP: Advances in Tesla Technology is about the military's plan to manipulate that which belongs to the world: the ionosphere. As cited in this text, conclusion about HAARP capability:
manipulate global weather;
hurt ecosystems;
knock out electronic communications; or
change our moods and mental states.
The U.S. Senate has recommended substantial appropriations for HAARP under the heading "advanced weapons", referencing its counterproliferation purposes. Dr. Cletus Kanavy, chief of the biological effects group of the Phillips Laboratory's Electromagnetic Effects Division at Kirkland Air Force Base in New Mexico has stated that "the entire issue of human interaction with electromagnetic (RF & microwave) radiation is...a major national population health concern." The significance of this research is that the incalculable and unfathomable consequences of this technology, conflicts with the most valid concern of the Luddites - What problem has become so great that it needs this solution?
The correct explanation is ominous, for it strikes at the intent and design for the use and application of this weird science. Professor Michel Chossudovsky presents these examples that clearly prove that no natural problem existed, but one was manufactured for political ends.
World renowned scientist Dr. Rosalie Bertell confirms that "US military scientists are working on weather systems as a potential weapon. The methods include the enhancing of storms and the diverting of vapor rivers in the Earth's atmosphere to produce targeted droughts or floods." Already in the 1970s, former National Security advisor Zbigniew Brzezinski had foreseen in his book "Between Two Ages" that:
"Technology will make available, to the leaders of major nations, techniques for conducting secret warfare, of which only a bare minimum of the security forces need be appraised... [T]echniques of weather modification could be employed to produce prolonged periods of drought or storm."
Marc Filterman, a former French military officer, outlines several types of "unconventional weapons" using radio frequencies. He refers to "weather war," indicating that the U.S. and the Soviet Union had already "mastered the know-how needed to unleash sudden climate changes (hurricanes, drought) in the early 1980s." These technologies make it "possible to trigger atmospheric disturbances by using Extremely Low Frequency (ELF) radar [waves]."
And finally from an Air Force study : "US aerospace forces to 'own the weather' by capitalizing on emerging technologies and focusing development of those technologies to war-fighting applications. From enhancing friendly operations or disrupting those of the enemy via small-scale tailoring of natural weather patterns to complete dominance of global communications and counterspace control, weather-modification offers the war fighter a wide-range of possible options to defeat or coerce an adversary... In the United States, weather-modification will likely become a part of national security policy with both domestic and international applications. Our government will pursue such a policy, depending on its interests, at various levels."
It should be self evident that such technology represents the most threatening capacity yet conceived to control populations on a global scale. Michel Chossudovsky’s summation is essential and prophetic, when it is ultimately applied. "It is important to understand the linkage between the economic, strategic and military processes of the New World Order." If you view HAARP as simply one more government research project, and fail to accept that the entire U.S. military industrial complex is an integral part of the enforcement arm of the NWO, you can not understand the meaning of current events. When the Brzezinski’s in every administration apply their mindset, official policy becomes the tool of global conquest. Targeting Americans will be no surprise. This HAARP is not meant for humans. Only the New World Order would conceive of such weapons . . .

Evacuee: 'It's a helpless feeling'

MORONGO VALLEY, California (AP) -- The first major wildfire of the summer raced across more than 5,500 acres of tinder-dry desert brush, destroying at least six homes, threatening hundreds of others and sending residents of a sparsely populated Mojave Desert community fleeing for their lives.
A second fire, about 35 miles away, burned across more than 2,000 acres but did not threaten any structures, authorities said. The larger blaze started when a single home went up in flames Wednesday afternoon and those flames quickly spread into nearby desert brush and tall field grass.
Elsewhere, fire crews fought back fast-moving flames approaching Arizona communities near the Tonto National Forest. Two lightning-sparked brush fires blackened 12,500-acres, forcing the evacuation of 175 people from homes in the area. No injuries were reported.
"It's a helpless feeling," said one evacuee, Bill Victor. "It's something to see the flames come over and shocking to realize that you could lose everything. It's a feeling everyone should have in their lives once to get their priorities straight."
In California, wildfires hopscotched up and down hillsides and canyons about 100 miles east of downtown Los Angeles. The fires threatened as many as 700 homes for a time, and hundreds of people fled their homes, some with nothing, others with just a handful of possessions.
As her husband, Tom, hosed down their house, Ann Lee grabbed their birth certificates and medicines and rounded up their six cats. She then turned to him and said, "Let's get out of here because even if the fire takes everything we own, I don't plan on dying here."
The couple, who headed to an evacuation center in Yucca Valley, had no idea if their home had been spared.
"I'm worried, but it's not going to do me any good throwing a fit or crying," said Lee, 46. "It's in God's hands."
By midnight only a few dozen homes remained under threat, with much of the fire having moved into the Big Morongo Canyon Preserve, a sparsely populated wilderness area. Earlier in the day, part of the fire had also moved into Joshua Tree National Park.
Bill Peters, a spokesman for the California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection in San Bernardino, said the blaze was 10 percent contained. No estimate for full containment was available.
More than 300 firefighters were tackling the blaze, with more reinforcements being called in, Peters said. One firefighter suffered a minor knee injury.
Among the homes destroyed was a trailer that Julie Brunette shared with her husband on a horse ranch.
"We pretty much lost everything," she said. "Most everything we had wasn't very valuable but it was memory stuff, pictures of our grandkids."
Weather helped spread the fire rapidly, with sustained winds of about 10 mph and afternoon temperatures that topped 100 degrees on the second day of summer. As the flames raged out of control, those evacuated included residents of a mobile home park and children at a day care center.
"I'm very scared right now. I just want to get out of here as fast as I can," said Morongo Valley Mobile Manner manager Janice Cochrane.
Staffers at Sharon's Playhouse Child Care drove two carloads of children to a safe rendezvous point where they were turned over to their worried parents.
"I let them know that we were in no danger," said Sharon Aiken, the center's owner.
In neighboring Riverside County, a fire burning in the San Jacinto area had blackened more than 2,000 acres.
Firefighters aided by aircraft and bulldozers were carving fire lines and no homes were immediately threatened, said Cassandra Burleson of the Riverside County Fire Department-California Department of Forestry.
Wildfires raced through a national forest in Arizona and a desert community in Southern California on Wednesday, burning several homes and threatening hundreds more in an outbreak fueled by gusting winds and scorching temperatures. |
