Do chemtrails cause acid rain?
I personally believe that they are a major factor in the acid rain problem we are having here in the Northeast. I'm not saying that the burning of fossel fuels, especially from large power plants in the Mid-West aren't contributing to this dire situation, but to me, it only seems logical that since a large volume of the spraying is done above, within, and around virtually every weather system that comes into existence, I have felt for quite some time that these metals sprayed in aerosol form are a major cause of acid rain. We do a lot of traveling and hiking up in the Adirondacks, Green Mountains of Vermont, and the White Mountains of New Hampshire, and I can truthfully say that acid rain is not only killing many of the trees up in these regions at an alarming rate, but it is also killing all of the animal life in many of the lakes, ponds and waterways up in the North Country. Many of the lakes up in the Adirondacks/Greens and Whites of Vt. & NH are totally dead of fish and other marine life due to acid rain. This problem also extends northwards up into the wilds of Ontario, Quebec and the Canadian Maratimes! And it would only seem logical that the metals being sprayed into the rain systems supplying the water to these watersheds are causing this disaster.
I was happy to hear my conclusions validated on this by Clifford Carnicom during the second interview.

Extraordinary levels of metallic particulates are now in the process of being identified within rainwater samples. The particular sample shown here is from rainwater collected on Jul 26 2001 in Santa Fe NM. Distillation of rainwater is being used as the method to accumulate the metallic particulates which are now readily visible to the naked eye within a test tube under sufficient lighting. Methods of crystalline chemistry have previously been outlined; in the case shown here no chemical reagents are involved. The high levels of metallic particulates are directly visible in concentrated form after distillation occurs.
The method shown on this page uses an initial sample of approximately 30ml of rainwater in an Erlenmeyer flask. This amount of rainwater is distilled to leave a concentrate remainder of approximately 4ml. This sample is illuminated with a strong source of light and subsequently photographed.
Future analysis will submit these samples to microscopic examination.
A video file (.mpg format, ~2meg. in size, 36secs. duration) of the current analysis is available for download at the end of this page. A file of this size and resolution is required to adequately demonstrate the reflective and insoluble nature of the material.
Notes : August 1 2001:
The pH of the concentrated rainwater samples has recently been measured at 7.6 or higher (end of scale currently available). This demonstrates a level of alkalinity much higher than that expected in rainwater. The equlibrium pH of rainwater is approximately 5.6 due to the presence of carbonic acid; it is usually less in industrialized areas due to the well-known acid rain phenomenon.

The below paragraph, which appears in the following article, fits exactly into what Clifford Carnicom is talking about in regards to the aluminum oxide being sprayed in the chemtrails and acid rain, and it also supports my belief all the more that the acid rain problem is a direct result of the aerosol spraying operations, and NOT just the burning of fossel fuels. This is extremely interesting, because barium and aluminum oxide are two of the KNOWN ingredients that are being sprayed into all of our rain/weather systems!

1999 Acid Rain Conference at the Adirondack Museum

Acid Rain: Cause, Effects and Solutions convened at the Adirondack Museum in August, 1999. The conference presented an excellent summary of more than two decades of scientific surveys of acid rain in the Adirondack environment, and policy judgments about how to forcefully address this stubborn pollutant at a national level.
Walt Kretser, Program Manager for the Adirondack Lakes Survey Corporation, reviewed and interpreted data from the 1977-78 Cornell survey of Adirondack waters, the DEC study of 1977-81, the Adirondack Lake Survey Corporation survey from 1984-1987, and the Long-Term Monitoring program for lakes that began in 1992.
He reminded all present that of the 1469 lakes in the ALSC survey of the mid 1980s, 25 percent were acidified, having pH values less than or equal to 5, while 50 percent were highly susceptible to acidification, having acid neutralizing capacities of 40 microequivalents per liter or less.
Long-term monitoring of 52 lakes and 3 streams in the Adirondacks between 1992 and 1998 have revealed very key information for today's policy debate:
* 98 percent of these lakes have declining sulfate concentrations (the result of definite decreases in sulfur emissions since the Clean Air Act and its amendments)
* 48 percent of these lakes have increasing nitrate concentrations (the other major cause of aquatic acidification, and the result of a stark inattention to nitrogen pollution in the Clean Air Act)
* 85 percent of these lakes have lost base cations such as calcium and magnesium. These base cations in the soil water determine the ability of the watershed and their lakes to neutralize strong acids over time.
For example, at Big Moose Lake (one of the most intensively examined lakes in the Adirondacks), calcium concentrations have declined steeply over time, while the lake's sulfate is way down and nitrate levels slightly elevated.
Dr. Charles Driscoll of Syracuse University explained that acid neutralizing capacity in Big Moose Lake has not recovered as much as one would expect from sharply declining sulfate concentrations. Why? Answers may be connected to declining soil calcium in the surrounding watershed, and nitrogen saturation.

The Adirondack lake findings are consistent with the work of Gene Likens and colleagues at Hubbard Brook, New Hampshire. There, marked declines in total calcium and magnesium in the surface organic soils have taken place since 1970 due to persistent mobilization of these cations by acid rain over many decades. These declines markedly slow tree growth today, and retard recovery of the forest ecosystem despite the actual declines in sulfate deposition and in rainfall acidity.
As Charlie Driscoll explained, it may take hundreds of years for these acidified Adirondack soils to recover their base cations even if acid rain precursors are further decreased by 30-80 percent. Dr. Likens concluded in the April 12, 1996 issue of Science that: "A major policy implication of this analysis is that the 1990 amendments to the Clean Air Act will not be adequate to protect surface waters and forest soils of the northeastern United States against further anthropogenic acidification." In short, new acid rain laws are needed to permit even long-term ecosystem recovery.
Prof. Driscoll presented data showing that mercury concentrations in lake core sediments have increased three times since the mid 1800s, a phenomenon he links to acidity. High aluminum concentrations, again linked directly to acidified conditions, are strongly correlated with methyl mercury contamination found in fish.
Jerry Jenkins, ecologist and director of the White Creek Field Station on the NY-VT border, compared the many debts that society owes from centuries of social injustices with debts owing from long-term ecological insults. Ecologically, society has polluted its forests, soils and waters with excess nitrogen for half a century. This long-term nitrogen pollution incurs a future debt. That debt is being paid today in the form of increasing pathogenic diseases in trees; in the photosynthetic disruption seen in the red spruce; in the stubborn beech-bark disease that killed virtually all of the old-growth American beech in our forests; in the marked decline in sugar maple seedling survival in the western Adirondacks; and much more. Jerry related the maple regeneration problem to a loss of shade tolerance in the seedlings due to low soil calcium.
Prof. Driscoll explained that there are many uncertainties when policy makers seek to set a standard for how much nitrogen or sulfur deposition leads to critical or chronic acidification of the environment. For example, in the Adirondacks a molecule of nitrogen may reside in the forest floor for as much as 100-200 years, or a much shorter time depending on the weathering rate for minerals, atmospheric inputs from wet and dry deposition, and land use changes. Still, the Clean Air Act amendments of 1990 requires that the Congress take more direct action if implementation of the "cap and trade" pollution allowance system has not slowed the ill-effects of acid rain. As Dr. Likens and other researchers have found, new laws are desparately needed. |

In the Tulsa World (1-11-94), there was a small
article entitled: "Weapons Designers Win Secret
Award". It said this: "The Lawrence Livermore National
Laboratory won an award. The staff is very proud. The
award is on display. But, they can't say what the
honor was for. It's a secret. .Its 21 member "Project
Woodpecker" team was cited. It won the Intelligence
Community Seal Medallion. That's an award from the CIA
and National Security Agency. The citation says the
award was for solving complex problems."
PROJECT WOODPECKER pertains to the "Electron Cyclotron
Resonance Heating Method" now being used to alter the
earth's magnetic field---inorder to modify weather,
create or trigger earthquakes and volcanoes, spread
viruses, create the phenomenom known as
"electromagnetic pulse", and, to modify behavior
control among the populous. The HAARP (i.e. High
Frequency Active Auroral Research Program) transmitter
site, that is located NE of Gakona, AK, is large
enough to cover most of the Northern Hemisphere. It is
however but one of other such sites (some of which are
known as "Ionospheric Research Instruments") scattered
around the world. And, many of them here in the U.S.
are able to tie into the much smaller GWEN (i.e.
Ground Wave Emergency Network) remotely controlled
transmitter sites that have been built all over the
U.S. in a grid çpattern, with their antennas spaced
about every 200 miles or so.
The original research concerning the "Electron
Cyclotron Resonance Heating Method" was done by
Nickola Tesla, and later expanded upon by not only
Soviet scientists, but also by U.S. scientists, such
as Bernard J. Eastland---a scientist who was
associated with ARCO (Atlantic Richfield Oil Co.).
ARCO has traditionally been controlled by members of
the CFR (i.e. Council on Foreign Relations). Eastland,
who was the "front man", now resides at 6615
Chancellor Drive; Spring, TX. He transferred the
patent rights to APTI, Inc. (i.e. ARCO Power
Technologies Industry, Inc.) in the late 1980s, which
was a Los Angeles, CA subsidiary of ARCO. APTI, Inc.
then sold out to "E-Systems" on June 10, 1994, which
company has pretty much, over the years, been under
the control and influence of the CIA. On April 3,
1995, "E-Systems" sold out to the ñstill larger
Raytheon Corp. I don't know what has happened, by way
of "transfers" since that time.
The U.S. and the Soviet Union first began secret
cooperation on world weather engineering in about
1971. On July 4, 1976, the Soviets began generating
powerful electromagnetic transmissions, that were
dubbed "The Russian Woodpecker" by western ham radio
operators. On June 18, 1977, the US government
OFFICIALLY became covert partners with the Soviets in
these operations by sending them sophisticated
scientific material and equipment for further research
and development. The secret code name given US
operations was Project Woodpecker. The Lawrence
Livermore National Laboratory located at Livermore, CA
was and is the main research center for US development
of the Project. Covert funding for the Project was
funneled through the CIA and the National Security
Agency. The DOD and NASA have, of course, been
ó cooperating in the Project from the beginning stages.
On Jan. 10, 1985 there was officially filed of record
a Patent No. 4,686,605 entitled: a "Method and
Apparatus for Altering a Region in the Earth's
Atmosphere, Ionosphere, and/or Magnetosphere". The
Patent was approved on Aug. 11, 1987. This Patent
explains and describes the "Electron Cyclotron
Resonance Heating" method that is presently being
covertly and cooperatively used by the two super
powers to help bring about their coveted NEW WORLD
ORDER, which is a "One World Government".
In 1993, researchers announced that they had
discovered (back as early as perhaps 1985) a never
before seen network of rivers, some of which flow for
thousands of miles ABOVE earths surface, that
transport as much water in the form of vapor as the
Amazon River. Apparently, these narrow streams of
ATMOSPHERIC rivers are transient, but at any given
time, there are ùat least a few of them in the
atmosphere, typically around five in each Hemisphere.
The longest of them runs for about 4800 miles. They
are generally about 150 miles wide (the largest being
almost 500 miles wide), and about a mile deep, with
some 364 million pounds of vapor flowing past a given
spot each SECOND---which is comparable to an average
flow of the Amazon River. These atmospheric rivers are
flowing at an altitude of no more than 1.9 miles above
the earth's surface, which makes them readily
reachable by low pressure weather cells. In general,
the atmospheric rivers head for the poles, but on the
way, they can get deflected by the earth's Jet Stream.
Their flow originates from along the equator. These
vapor rivers sometimes get sucked into low pressure
systems, and are the major sources of the massive
flows of water that rains out of the storms and into
the sky river's counterparts on land. US and Soviet
súcientists are now cooperatively "tracking" these
atmospheric rivers for use in covert activities of
Project Woodpecker.
In order to fully understand how the conspirators are
able to use high powered r.f. transmissions to trigger
earthquakes and/or volcanoes, one must have some
knowledge of the "principle of sympathetic vibratory
resonance". Von Nostrand's SCIENTIFIC ENCYCLOPEDIA
(Seventh Edition) defined RESONANCE: "Every physical
system (i.e. all bodies, structures, mediums, etc.)
has one or more NATURAL (or Fundamental) VIBRATION
FREQUENCIES, characteristic of the system itself and
deterrmined by constants pertaining to the system.If
such a system is given impulses with some arbitrary
frequency, it will necessarily vibrate with that
frequency, even though it is not one of those NATURAL
to it." These "forced vibrations" may be very feeble,
but if the impressed frequency is varied, the response
becomes rapidlùy more vigorous whenever any one of the
NATURAL (i.e. Fundamental or a harmonic of that
Fundamental) frequencies is approached. Its amplitude
often increasing many fold as an exact synchronism
(i.e. or at a harmonic of the NATURAL) frequency is
reached. This effect is known as RESONANCE. The
greatest vibration will be induced in a system at its
NATURAL or FUNDAMENTAL frequency (or at a harmonic
thereof).
The Earth's NATURAL (or Fundamental) frequency (also
sometimes referred to as the Schumann Resonance) is
about 10 Hz. This appears to be the Resonant Frequency
of our Galaxy, so, all bodies, structures, mediums,
etc. within our particular Galaxy will be found to be
RESONANT at either this Natural frequency or around 10
Hz, or at a harmonic thereof.
In the triggering of Earthquakes or Volcanoes, the
trick is in determining the unique resonant frequency
of the Earth's mantle AT THAT PARTICULAR SPOT (or target!) ON THE EARTH.
Once the conspirators determine
this, they can unleash an ELF carrier frequency
through the earth, and then SUPERIMPOSE the harmonic
frequency of the "target zone" using a second set of
transmitters. This might be called: "Selective
Targeting". Of course, the conspirators will also have
predetermined that the target zone will have built up
enough stress within the zone to be "ripe" for
activation.
This system of using ELF radio waves as a technique
has many other applications. Not only is it being used
to artificially trigger earthquakes and volcanoes, to
develop high and low pressure weather cells that are
used to steer the Jet Streams, to transport and
deposit microscopic entities such as viruses and
chemical agents, but, they are able to create a
phenomenon known as an earth damaging "electromagnetic
pulse" (EMP).
To understand how they do it, one must have at least
soûme knowledge about the earth's magnetic field. The
earth's magnetic field is comprised of atoms which are
gyrating about a magnetic field line as its guiding
center. The atoms are comprised of negatively charged
electrons and positively charged protons. If you would
look at a cross section of earth at the equator, you
would see a solid core at the center, ringed by a
liquid layer of molten iron, which is in turn
surrounded by the solid mantle and crust. Within the
liquid layer are several constantly circulating
streams of iron called convection cells which work
like oval conveyor belts. Driven by heat from the
core, material in these cells rises towards the
mantle, where it cools and sinks back down, until the
heat pushes it up again. Geologists believe, that
after these cells formed, early in the earth's
history, the weak magnetic field that permeates the
galaxy generated in them an electric current which in
turn göenerated the earth's "magnetic field".
Now, inorder for you to understand how the magnetic
field lines of our earth work, you must understand the
basic principal of how a simple "magnet" works. And,
the way that most of us learned it back in our earlier
school years, was WRONG WRONG WRONG! There is a "old
concept" and, a "new concept" of the laws of
magnetism. In the "new concept", you will note that
there is a "NEGATIVELY charged NORTH MAGNETIC POLE,
and, a POSITIVELY charged SOUTH MAGNETIC POLE. (Draw
it out on a piece of paper). The atom leaves the South
Magnetic Pole spinning to the right (or clockwise). It
then dips to the surface of the earth (at its
Equator), and changes its spin (or phase relationship)
by 180 degrees. When it leaves the Magnetic Equator of
the Earth, it travels with a left (or
counterclockwise) spin to re-enter the earth at the
North Magnetic Pole. The negatively charged electrons
ö and positively charged protons both follow helical
paths around a field line, but they rotate at a
certain gyromagnetic or 'CYCLOTRON FREQUENCY' in
opposite directions. There is therefore linear
movement along the earth's magnetic field lines. Thus,
one can see, that this change in phase relationship
between electrons and protons creates a different
potential of magnetic energy in the Northern as
compared to the Southern Hemisphere. By way of
analogy, winds in low pressure weather cells circulate
counterclockwise in the Northern Hemisphere, but they
circulate clockwise in the Southern Hemisphere.
When side-by-side earth magnetic field lines are
"altered" by speeding up one line's flow of negatively
charged electrons, the magnetic field strength will
combine to form a larger and stronger field. If the
electron flow around one line is reversed or slowed
down, the magnetic field strength between any ïtwo
lines can be made to oppose each other and tend to
cancel or lessen the magnetic field strength. The
"force of gravity" in that particular local can thus
be made to increase or decrease.
The atmospheric media that is being crossed by the
earth's magnetic field lines is itself comprised of
various molecules whose elements have different energy
levels and which gyrate at different frequencies.
Relatively recent discoveries have established that
there are naturally occurring radiation belts
(sometimes referred to as the Van Allen belts) of
trapped ionized particles, which particles bounce or
oscillate back and forth at a specific cyclotron
frequency, between so-called magnetic mirrowed
boundaries, along the earth';s magnetic field lines.
The scientific conspirators have also discovered that
they can artificially increase the density of the
charged particles within these radiation belts, and
eîven create a radiation belt where none had existed,
by injecting large clouds of gases---such as lithium,
barium, hydrogen, etc.---from orbiting satellites or
from earth launched rockets. These injected gases
become ionized by the ultraviolet light of the sun,
and by injecting them at a certain critical velocity.
The procedure is enhanced when they are injected
during periods of so-called "high tidal forces"---such
as at New or Full Moon. And, when the Moon is at
"perigee" and/or when it is over the "Equator". Also,
when the Sun is directing large Solar Flares and/or
Coronal Ejections towards the Earth.
By using extremely high powered radio transmitters to
transmit a "tuned circular polarized ELF radio wave
along or parallel to selected earth magnetic field
lines, the charged electrons within that radiation
belt will become "excited" or "heated". This causes
the charged particles to move outward in a "plum" out
of their mirrowed boundaries. The plume of heated
rising plasma is replaced by new plasma within the
radiation belt. The aforementioned Patent states that
temperature within the target radiation belt can be
raised by hundreds of degrees, which incidentally is
sufficient to cause an air glow or a phenomenon known
as aurela boralis. This might be the only way that you
might know that such covert operations are taking
place. There may also be a sonic boom or noise that
might occur from the rf bombardment. To continue: The
kinetic energy of the moving particles so developed is
on the same order of magnitude as the total kinetic
energy of stratospheric winds known to exist. These
changges in temperature and winds aloft gives rise to
the creation of high and/or low pressure weather cells
that can alter the paths of the earth's Jet Streams.
By using multiple transmitters, these weather cells
can be made to move or hover over selective locations
on earth, thus causing torrential damaging moisture to
occur in some areas, while devastating droughts are
made to occur in other areas. When the electromagnetic
energy is suddenly released (by DECREASING the earth's
magnetic field strength along that specific earth
magnetic field line), the low pressure cell with its
rising plume of air can be made to collapse---thus
dumping the high winds and moisture that was present
in that particular cell. This would be called a
microburst by the weather guys reporting on your local
TVs. Thfese damaging hurricane strength winds would be
"straight line winds".
When the rf bombardment of a target radiation belt is
extremely powerful, the negatively charged electrons
and positively charged protons can be forceably made
to separate. This will cause an earth damaging
electromagnetic pulse to occur, that is similar to
lightning. This EMP will couple to surface antennas
and power transmission lines, which will destroy
sensitive electronic equipment. Thus, power outages
can be so induced over selective targets. |

Not to sound like a jerk, but that's EXACTLY the kind of defensive justification the establishment would throw out to warrent a lack of public disclosure..Truisms stand independant of an individual's ability to accept them, and it's no credit to the rest of us in the dark to withold information that has an immediate impact on our enviornment & lives.
Sorry, but that, "You can't handle the truth!" crap really gets me revved. It should be MY choice whether I can survive looking in the Abyss or not.
ET, I believe that this will give you an idea of why Clifford Carnicom felt uncomfortable discussing this issue in much detail in the Jeff Rense Interviews. And from what he presents below, I have absolutely no doubt that this is only a small TIP OF THE ICEBERG concerning what they are presently doing to us via the spraying operations!

A meeting has taken place recently between an investigative researcher and a well placed military source. The identity of both parties is to be protected. The source has intimate knowledge of at least one aspect of the aerosol operations, and asserts the following:
1. The operation is a joint project between the Pentagon and the pharmaceutical industry.
2. The Pentagon wishes to test biological diseases for war purposes on unsuspecting populations. It was stated that SARS is a failure as the expected rate of mortality was intended to be 80%.
3. The pharmaceutical industry is making trillions on medications designed to treat both fatal and non-fatal diseases given to populations.
4. The bacteria and viruses are freeze-dried and then placed on fine filaments for release.
5. The metals released along with the diseases heat up from the sun, creating a perfect environment for the bacteria and viruses to thrive in the air supply.
6. Most countries being sprayed are unaware of the activities and they have not consented to the activities. He states that commercial aircraft flying are one of the delivery systems.
7. Most of the "players" are old friends and business partners of the senior Bush.
8. The ultimate goal is the control of all populations through directed and accurate spraying of drugs, diseases, etc.
9. People who have tried to reveal the truth have been imprisoned and killed.
10. This is the most dangerous and dark time that I have experienced in all of my years of serving this country.
This information is relayed without qualification, as I am knowledgeable in the level of integrity of the researcher that has made this information available to the public. There is both risk and restraint that has been exercised in the preparation of this statement.

The following personal and observations have been relayed to me by the investigative researcher referred to above:
I am the researcher that relayed information to Carnicom and I can tell you that the meeting occurred as stated. I see that my meeting opened up some dialogue. I have to ask: why are so many intelligent people debating the "tail of the dog"? Does it have fleas, long or short hair, or no tail at all. Look at the DOG. See the big picture here. Do you question that people are dying in record numbers from the aerosol operations? It is a fact that an increase in particulate matter increases mortality.
A top respiratory doctor has just written a book about the "breathing crisis." On the Today Show, not in some secret meeting place, he tells us that respiratory disease has gone from eighth to fourth place as a leading cause of death, soon to be third, in only FIVE years. The doctor says the increase in respiratory death is because of smoking. Now that seems a little off, since many people have stopped smoking, and yet in FIVE years dying from breathing is the major cause of death behind heart failure and cancer. Any chance that breathing heavy metals could be the cause of not only increasing death from respiratory disease, but also contributes to cardiac arrest and cancer? Go back to the DOG. Look at the bigger picture of what's going on with our health; stop debating the biological contents of an already deadly, efficient operation. Incidentally, "culling" was never mentioned in my report.
