We have a huge collection of thge same movies that MST3000 has, and all of our friends and us have been voice-overing movies for years. It's makes parties more interesting. Some of the characters in Bizarro were offshoots of people we created out of these sessions. A good one was "The Creeping Terror" (Mech, you remember the giant carpet that ate a whole gymnasium full of people), or the "s!@#-Monster" from "Enemy from Space".
My cousins and I were talking last night on how certain movies aren't better than these classic "Bs" when they do updates, even with a $50 million budget. I can't imagine a better job on "Forbidden Planet" than the original. _________________ Heard it from a pilot who spoke real gooooood! |

I always liked the Cheezy "IT conquered the earth."
Hilarious.
Not really scary at all.
Even the modern "Mars attacks" was funny!!! Sort of a "hat-tip" to those kind of movies.

1960s excellent Sci-Fi series The Invaders, with Dominic Frontiere of Outer Limits fame doing the eerie soundtrack
