Where to move from here

I've spent the past four months demonstrating how the USAF modifies the weather and identifying specific cloud signatures to determine the type of spray for weather modification. I've spent my last two and a half years fiddling with a weather formula and testing it to see if it works anywhere in the world and it does. It's time for me to move to the next step and begin to create a weather computer model using my 9 years of research. The end result will be a very powerful and coveted tool that could turn a 3rd world country into a superpower overnight. Countries in Africa could have a great affect on the weather as we know it. I've watched the USAF spray across South America to transfer heat across the Equator to save the US from a natural gas shortage in 2003. When its finished it will be a work of art and science and hold more power than any other non-nuclear weapon on the planet. It will unlock many new scientific discoveries. We'll be able to model how landscape changes affect local temperature and precipitations. We'll be able to finally put our finger on "Did El Nino cause that storm?" We'll know. It's a nervous and exciting time for myself because of the threat of confiscation by the US Govt. They'd come in with guns and take what I have at any cost. When they do I'm going to defect and give the technology right to China or Russia. God Speed and best wishes.
