While going click-click around the many NASA links, I stumbled upon this gem of a page.
http://www-pm.larc.nasa.gov/sass/contrail_forecast/contrail_prediction.html
"The page provides access to both real time and archived contrail formation forecasts from Rapid Update Cycle (RUC) model data."..."The contrail forecast software was developed by Dr. David Duda of Hampton University with Patrick Minnis (NASA), with support from the NASA Office of Earth Science Pathfinder Program."
The home page where this and a great many other things can be found:

NASA Langley Cloud and Radiation Research
That oughta keep everyone busy for a while _________________ Watching... |

Before I start pointing fingers... I swear I swear that Y. Chen was Jen Small's mentor. If anyone remembers a meteorologist w a Master's degree was hoping around the chemtrail world back in '03. I hated her guts to the bone, she hated mine. I have to find it, but there's Y. Chen on a polar contrail mask. How interesting! She's involved with contrail research. I have always stated that she was one of the government researchers on the Chemtrail project. It all made too much sense.
