www.astro.ku.dk/~holger/IDA/S/select.html at least, 100 pix from all over the world. Many new and recent ones. Also try this about aircraft engines, etc. www.hudson.idt.net/~beck/index-engelsk.htm replaces the link which does not work anymore below for the Environmental Org. of Copenhagen. Apparently the section on contrails has been removed while they are restructuring their website. Also try www.chooseclimate.org and clik on the "Cli-Eng" link, it is a website of green extremists, that would like to see aviation severely limited.

A little education is in order for Goldrush and Seeker and their ongoing trashing of those concerned about the health of the environment. Guess what?If you can get out of the rut, and the inertia, of big business that have profited by plundering our natural resources, you might find that NEW Technologies can actually support new jobs and strong economic, as well as, environmental returns. Have you no concern about the QUALITY of the world that you are leaving your children? "Environmentally Friendly Economies are Vibrant Economies, Study Concludes" http://ens.lycos.com/ens/oct2000/2000L-10-02-07.html WASHINGTON, DC, October 2, 2000 (ENS) - Efforts to create environmentally sustainable economies have created millions of new jobs worldwide, concludes a new study unveiled last week by the Worldwatch Institute, a Washington, DC based research organization. ...more

Sore throat,How many jobs are involved in oil production ? Would the elimination of the oil industry not send the world into resession ? When you can take the entire worlds population and put them one by one into the state of texas, your greens philosophy does not wash with me. You need to pull your head out of your butt , buy a gas guzzeling SUV and enjoy life,in 50 years the energy problems will rectify themselves....have faith...technology is a wonderful thing, meanwhile have a nice ride in a expedition or a suburban with leather and comfort your liberal ass........

I have yet to see a model or projection that factors in advancements or progress into their doom and gloom conclusions. Instead, policies proposed in IPCC, heavyhandedly suppress progressive industries with penalties that do little to encourage creative minds. Redistribution of wealth is very thinly veiled in most green efforts. You have the policymakers on one hand, and the rabble on the other, being forced by directorate to do their bidding. That is NOT the world I envision for my kids. Genius thrives in a climate of freedom where individuals of varying beliefs and backgrounds can succeed. I am still learning about the theory of global warming. So far, most studies I have read about, are vague and inconclusive when it comes to determining mankinds influence in light of vast natural effects, from fires, volcanoes, and most of all the sun. I can't help but see environmental groups coloring their version of science with socialistic politics. Doesn't that bother you? I still like Big G when he said, "He who trades a little freedom for security, deserves neither".
