This educational packet is one service that no one on the web has offered or is offering at this time other than Blue Skies. It's being requested quite heavily and I'm mailing 'em out as I can afford to print and put postage on 'em. Feedback from recipients is excellent also as to my professional quality, the verbage text, and the extensive nature of the packet. You have all missed this part of the BSI purposes in that research is one part of our goals, but educating is our main focus (as with many, many nonprofits). We hope to get this movement off of the web, out onto the streets, and into the hands of the everyday citizen not on the internet.

The proof is in the picture display for sure. All photos were taken by me in Flagstaff, AZ prior to monsoon season (which didn't really ever come this year, just like last year's). Flagstaff is now in year 2 of an extensive drought (as well as one-half of the world and one-half of the US). All photos were taken with a little ol' Advantix camera--nothing fancy.

Contrails are ice crystals formed at higher altitudes of 33,000' according to the US Air Force (and others) from moisture in the jet fuels. They move with the jet and dissipate quickly.

My research included going to the local public library and checking out numerous cloud and weather books. I read and researched them all. Most of these books had a section on "contrails". They all said that contrails disappear quickly in a dry environment. They also had photos of military test "contrails" in the unique patterns which we began to see extensively in 1998 of circles, Xs, tick-tack-toe grids, and parallel lines. According to the cloud books, the purpose of these tests was to modify the weather and/or to create a warm mass over crops to prevent freezing. These tests were in the 1960s.

My research has included reviewing 30 years of old Flagstaff sky photos for comparison to today's Flagstaff sky photos. The old photos show occasional chemtrails opening and expanding back to the 1970s. These photos go on to document that the chemtrail spraying increased throughout the 1980s, until we get to today's photos with the spraying activity occurring on a daily basis. These old photos have primarily normal cumulus clouds without the veil on top and the wispies surrounding them. It's my belief the activity has been introduced slowly so that we have become accustomed to them and/or as continuing test runs.

My research has included documenting Flagstaff spray days, and continues by documenting Blanding spray days, from May 1, 2000 to today. When reviewing these spray logs it is noted that we now have, on the average, one clear day week without any spraying activity.

Flagstaff's environment is always dry as it is classified as a high desert. The photos I took were in June, July, August 2000, and as previously noted herein, prior to the monsoon rains. Flagstaff's winter last year was warm with 60-65 degree days and the only snowfall received was early in Oct 1999 and on April 30, 2000. It normally receives snow throughout the winter, is a skiing town, and is known for its heavy snowfall, sometimes shutting the entire town down.

These pictures show jet "contrails" extending across the sky, expanding and opening into the wispies with dripping feathers and mare's tails, and ultimately forming the "white veil" which covered the entire sky. Normal jet contrails should not do this according to the cloud books. Interesting to note, is my experience following a chemtrail that extended from horizon to horizon over Flag. It followed the path of Interstate 40. I drove 60 miles west with the wide, oozing chemtrail extending this entire distance. At 60 miles the terrain drops from Flag's 7,200' altitude to 4,000' where you can see for miles beyond. The chemtrail at this point still continued as far as the eye could see. I turned around and came home. Again, a normal jet contrail would not act this way under extreme drought conditions.

My research included sitting and watching the chemtrails for hours. This observation netted chemtrails which fell through normal cumulus clouds. Immediately after this (within seconds), the real clouds were much skinnier than they had been prior to the chemtrail interacting with it. Within just a minute or two more, the real cloud disappeared altogether--zap and it was gone. This also goes against the laws of nature because in Flag the monsoon clouds build over the mountain beginning at noon, and continue to build into massive storm heads which used to rain quite hard during the afternoon hours until sunset. These normal systems could be seen crashing, banging and moving out of town off into the horizon. Monsoon season this year resulted in chem mixing with the clouds until by sunset the mix resulted in a uniform, gray mass which never rained. It would "just disappear" within 15 minutes of sunset. I remember one conversation with a woman while we watched a massive gray cloud that she was sure would drop heavy moisture. After a few minutes we looked back to the cloud, and it was gone and the sky was clear blue. She was aghast.

My research included watching jets at night by their lights go over Flagstaff, turn around and fly back over town repeatedly, against a full moon with the chemtrail sprays clearly visible. I called the Flagstaff Airport tower one night. I was told by the Flagstaff City employee that Americans deserved to be sprayed.

My research included reading about real cirrus and cumulus clouds. Cumulus clouds form at 6,000-20,000' and cirrus (ice crystals again) form at 20,000-35,000'. Cirrus clouds always precede a storm or are in the jet stream ONLY. I have pictures of these 2 formations side-by-side at an altitude below 9,000'. This is verified by one picture taken with the "fake" cirrus below the top of Mt. Elden whose height is 9,200'.

I was very politically active in Flagstaff for many years. I took my pictures, research and information from the web to a City Councilmember. He in turn took the information and packet to the City Manager. The following Friday evening I received a call back from the Councilmember with the message that I was "to keep this quiet". With this message, I, as a professional organizer, offered my help to the national leaders of the Chemtrail Movement.

The next night at 9 pm I had a circling helicopter over my house with a spotlight. It was so close the walls of my house shook and my dogs freaked. It circled the field directly across from my house for a half hour. Flag is not that big of town, and this was a very unusual occurrence. In my 27 years there I had never seen a helicopter doing this. Fifteen minutes into the circling, I called the Flagstaff Police Department. Within 10 minutes, there was a police cruiser in our neighborhood. He drove by my house, between me and the circling 'copter. He drove down the street, but did not stop to ask me any questions which they always do when a complaint is filed. I didn't think too much about it at the time, thinking they were looking for a fugitive or someone.

The next Monday morning I called the Police Department to find out what it was all about. I was told that Flagstaff Police Department had no helicopters and that it was not them circling my house. They referred me to Guardian Air Ambulance and to the State Department of Public Service. Flagstaff has a "no fly" air space of 1,000' above the town. The only ones who can fly closer than that are the military, Guardian Air to bring in patients and DPS. I called Guardian Air, they laughed at my assumption that they would be circling a private house and/or conducting police business. Their log showed no arrivals to the hospital during this time, in fact, they had only 2 that day and none the next day. They told me to call Department of Public Service. I called them. Their dispatcher checked their log which showed they had not been in Flagstaff for days prior to or after the incident. DPS told me that it would have to be the military. I did not call the Air Force or the Navy.

I then called Flagstaff Police Department back. I was told this time that the officer's report was not complete and to call back in a few days. I called back on Wednesday. On Wednesday, I was told that there was no record of anything occurring on Switzer Mesa the previous Saturday night. In the meantime I had spoken with several neighbors and discovered that 2 other families had also called FPD that Saturday night during the helicopter circling. FPD Investigations was quite surprised that they could not locate any telephone reports or any records of an officer sent to our area. She asked that I give her 24 hours to investigate it and to talk with all of the officers. I called back on Thursday and was told that nothing happened, there was no helicopter above my house or in my neighborhood, that no officers were sent to the scene, and there were no reports of any activity there.

My research has included talking with airport personnel of another Arizona city which I will not disclose here to protect their identity. The entire airport staff has witnessed chemtrails being laid by commercial airliners--specifically Southwest and America West.

My research has included calling the US Weather Service in Flagstaff regarding the "fake" cirrus photographed below 9,000' requesting how this anamoly can be when the cloud books say ice crystals cannot form at this altitude in extreme drought conditions. I was told that they had not been "told how to respond to this question" and, therefore, would not answer it. I was referred immediately to their Washington DC office. I pressed for answers from these employees funded by my tax dollars. I was told that they never go outside to look at the weather, they work solely by computers inside, and when they were outside, they never looked up (something I've discovered that most of our society does not do in the big cities). I was referred to the supervisor who did not answer my call and did not return my call.

My research included standing under the initial smoke plume of the Pumpkin Fire on May 25, 2000 for its first 4 hours. I witnessed and photographed chem wispies on top of the fire and surrounding it on 3 sides. I noticed that the smoke would not go through the chem on top, but rather was diverted out the side without the chem. I photographed 8 jets spraying "chemtrails" on top of and over the immediate area surrounding the fire.

My alert to the fire was from an airport employee who said that they were "really slurrying it hard, they've been landing and refueling here like crazy". In the 4 hours I was under the plume and driving around all of its sides, I did not see 1 slurry load dropped on the fire. I questioned each and every onlooker at each of these locations around the fire--no one had witnessed any slurry loads dropped. I also lived in Flag during the Mt. Elden fire in the 1970s. This fire lasted for several weeks and slurry loads could be seen dropped from miles away.

All of the spraying jet photos in the educational picture display were taken during this 4 hour period of watching the Pumpkin Fire explode. These photos include "on-off" sprays which, again, go against the laws of nature. If the moisture content and altitude are adequate to form a jet contrail, then it cannot be turned on and off (beginning, stopping, and beginning again). I have a sequential set of photos (also contained in the picture display) showing the jet with no contrail, it approaches a series of parallel chemtrail lines expanding, as it nears the chem formations the jet spray begins, as it comes out the other side of the formation the jet spray continues, and a distance away from the formation it stops. We call this pattern "cross-hatched" lines.

Flagstaff on this day was encircled with chemtrails. The smoke was directed by the chemtrails to turn sharply south so that it covered the entire town, down to the ground. This was against the southwest to northwest prevailing winds for that day (which I have documented from a weather service). By the winds, the smoke should have moved off in a northwesterly direction away from town.

I took this story to the Flagstaff paper, Arizona Daily Sun. The reporter and editor were ready to run the story which was scheduled for the week of September 11th. It has never run, they will not respond to my question why, and they have not returned my photo negatives.

My research has included spending a week with Will Thomas in Canada reviewing his already completed research. I see no need to duplicate that which has already been performed.

My research continues in Blanding. This is a tiny town and I have been surprised, but quite pleased, to talk with the locals about chemtrails. These people know about the formations, how it's jets spraying a mix, how they open and expand and eventually cover the sky with a white veil all on their own. They were not aware that we call them "chemtrails". It's my assumption that farmers, cattlemen and small town locals often look up into their surroundings and notice anamolies overhead.

I would love to conduct lab tests, chemtrail tests from altitude, and other tests. Again, as a new group, Blue Skies does not currently have the funding.

I don't know whether the Chemtrail Research Fund is in an interest bearing account. You would need to contact David Peterson for that answer.

Our webpage does not contain more information because we are new and funding has not been secured to even yet pay for our own website. (Again, as previously noted here, we want to get this information into the hands of the everyday citizen not on the web. Our printed material has been our main focus to-date.) Chemtrail Central here has generously "donated" our temporary page. It contains only information about the formation of the group. As previously stated herein by me, this is now coming together even as we speak.

It has been my experience through the many movements which I have worked for through the past 11 years that we do not have to figure out all of the ins and outs of this program down to the very last detail. Our taxpayer funded government has the obligation to respond to our requests for information and to perform the duties which they are paid to do. With enough people behind Blue Skies, government might respond to our requests for further information and public hearings into this matter.

I am also very sad that you have it so bad, what with your city council, police dept, and local newspaper all in the know and thus involved with the "spraying". Such a belief must create so much fear within you!

At the same time, I must confess to my having more than a little hatred for those who have used and abused your trust by implanting these false ideas, and thus controlling your
energy, money, and time towards their ends. You know who they are. While to an extent you did let them have you, they must also some day bear responsibility for what they have done to you, and others.

If my estimation of you is correct, you seem to be a person concerned with her fellow man.
I sincerely hope that you can escape the control of those who have ensnared you, and when you do, set forth to also right the wrong that has been done to so many others.

I look forward to the day that a REAL organization is set up to help people affected by "chemtrails". One which can help them to regain their lives after it becomes obvious that chemtrails do not exist. When you are ready, please contact me.

No you don't. I was speaking of Close up pictures, while in flight, of Chemtrails coming out of an attached spraying device. The ice crystal formation phenomenon that occurs naturally would not come directly from the plane. I want a clear tight close up of a device in which chemicals come out of. If this shot could be taken, then the next step would be to get our hands on one of those devices, legally or illegally, and plop it down on the desk of Slick himself. I realize obtaining a spray device may sound far-fetched, but having a goal of close up shots of a sprayer, is not.

Toni, you list in your last post all the research you have done. This is fabulous...you have done great work, however most of the other Chemtrail activists have done the same amount of research or more. Your environmental involvement, "through the many movements which I have worked for through the past 11 years", may be so, but your involvement in Chemtrails is quite recent. It was only a few months ago when you discovered Chemtrails and found our websites and message boards. As a newbie, you do learn quickly.

About the close-up pictures of chem with real clouds, you are also wrong. I took them myself from cruising altitude, as I have previously stated above also, which are contained in our educational packet, which you have never requested.

If you've ever seen a friend, or maybe you yourself, who has been taken for everything they have by a conman, i'm sure you might feel the same. If what Toni says is true, she's been had, big time, and though she IS responsible for their own actions, the chemtrail promoters who have used deception
bear part of the blame as well.

In case you don't remember, check out message 232 on CTTUSA, and tell me who will bear responsibility for what has been done to that family, and so many others when "chemtrails" are finally known as just contrails? How many friends lost, reputations ruined, how much time and money wasted, how many children neglected?

Will William Thomas or Clifford Carnicom be responsible for what they said that made Toni waste herself in this way?

Will Toni bear responsibility for the people she sucks into the "collective" as a result of her hard work?

Contrails(which you mislabel as chemtrails)
will continue as long as jets fly. I have the ultimate satisfaction of knowing this. Those who "believe" in chemtrails have in store for them the ultimate indignation of eventually learning, in the hardest way possible, that you've been had. Of this I am as certain as I have ever been.

I have provided positive proof who I am (unless you believe the Arizona Daily Sun is involved in this "hoax" also) and where I may be reached in an attempt to have the trust of those individuals I'm trying to help in an issue that is filled with scare tactics on life, family and livelihoods. I have endured tapped telephone lines, hacked computers, and intimidation from helicopters.

But what do the debunkers get from hanging around every chemtrail site on the web and disputing our very valid research? I would guess that, in fact, it is the debunkers who are making a living off the chemtrails and who are funded by the highly elite. I would guess that this is your job also. What do you hope to gain from your constant interference if you believe this to be truly a "hoax"? And how honest can you really be when, just in these few posts, you state that you live in Oklahoma and then in Arkansas. And what is your real name, anyway?

Kim, just because Jay pops into this thread doesn't mean the other's are debunkers. A few questions pop up with people wanting answers and you and Lo cry, dis-informant, debunker. Well, I don't agree with what Jay says, but he has a right to say what he wants too.

Also, on my mind, what's this with the bible quotes and always throwing God around? Are you more righteous than others? Just for the record, I happen to be a Christian. I read Toni's posts about Aliens and superior ET's and Lo's New Age website...but they're the first one to throw out a bible verse when boxed into a corner with a question, huh?

This is an interesting thread to say the least. I might as well get my two bits in.

First, I tend to agree with Jay Reynolds on the BSI scenario. It’s sad to see innocent bystanders like Toni get so caught up in the chemtrail global conspiracy garbage that they sacrifice careers and life savings to spread the word. My guess is BSI has 2 chances for survival.....slim and none.....and slim just left town. Do yourself a favor Toni and forget you ever heard the word chemtrail. Dump your files, burn your research, and get on with your life.

Second, the yahoo chemtrail tracking site is a farce, to say the least. Lo the seektress and others who run the site deal in hype and censorship. Several of my posts were removed from that site and I was banned from posting 3 different times, each with new accounts after the others were locked out. They really should change the name of the site to the Chemtrail bible study group.

Third, I have been posting on the carnicom site for approximately 6 weeks now. Early on I was cut off and labeled a debunker.....but I managed to convince Clifford to reinstate me. I have continued to refute the hardcore doomsayers who use personal attacks and insults to make their points. I am surprised I can still post there. To make a long story short, I have attached a copy of a recent post on the carnicom site explaining my position on chemtrails. Onward and upward.....

Today I witnessed a spectacular display of what NASA is alluding to in the above statement. It is very clear to me now why so many people confuse contrail activity with aerial spraying.

Our day started out clear as a bell. You could see the curvature of the Earth looking out over the Pacific. My location is the central coast of California, 200 miles south of San Francisco and 200 miles north of LA. I arrived at the Country Club (6 miles inland) at 8 a.m. and teed it up. From virtually anywhere on our golf course you can see the commercial flight path (50 miles east) from San Francisco and all points south and from LA to all points north. Literally layers of commercial aircraft fill this 400 mile corridor. As the morning started to unfold, the contrails started to grow in length. By 10 a.m., they filled the skies above the corridor. There were also several military aircraft flying extremely high from west to east and crossing over the commercial north, south corridor. The military aircraft were laying spectacular contrails that seemed to stretch from one end of the sky to the other. Anyone living close to the commercial corridor today would have seen this as a grid configuration.

As I watched the day unfold, the contrails eventually turned into artificial cirrus clouds (aerosols, droplets of sulfuric acid and particles of soot) and they slowly worked their way out over the Pacific, where they continue to linger as I type this post. The amazing thing here is that these clouds are the ONLY clouds in the sky. It is a totally clear blue sky day here except for the small bands of artificial cirrus formed by the contrails.

The Boeing Company expects air travel to increase by 70 percent over the next 10 years and 180 percent over the next 20 years. Experts predict that more than 13,500 heavy jets worth trillions of dollars will be built in the decades ahead dwarfing the size of the fleet now in service. With such profits on the horizon, there appears to be little industry incentive to consider the environment. (Self destruct mode)

I have taken a lot of flack from many of you here since I stumbled onto this site nearly 2 months ago. Several of you have accused me of being a debunker, which is as far from the truth as you can get. I have a very open mind and I kept it that way throughout my total involvement in contrail/chemtrail research.

Today I witnessed the truth. I could have never accomplished that without the information contained on this site. I will leave those of you who enjoy the personal attacks to hash out your global conspiracies and continue to verbally abuse those who don’t buy in. Your efforts would be better rewarded by taking a stance against global air pollution.

With the use of 'flight explorer' most of the die-hards would pack up and go back to looking for UFO's, but most won't ,they don't really want to know....

It's a fragile world they live in, built on lies and deciet.....at any momment the truth could come flying out and their coven leaders are constantly sent scrambling to hide the truth....

That is the reason why they could only collect $6,000.00 for sampling, if what Toni says is true(Kim Weber said they had $10,000, Carnicom said he had "no funds").

Now, in the year that has elapsed since that call went out how many hundreds of thousands have they spent on frivolities, vacations, gifts, or even on their polluting cars for heaven's sake?

Nationally, less than fifty people showed up for "nationwide protests" last year. Many of the prominent "chemtrail activists" and their radiohost friends didn't even bother.

This from people that believe they and their whole neighborhood are being sickened?

They call this dedication?

I don't think they really believe it, or want to know. If they did, the social event would be over then, wouldn't it?
