I have noticed that most people seem to accept a disapating chemtrail even if the plane flys slowly,lowly, and way away from a commercial air corridor.It may even fly in a circle,have no markings,and leave a trail 3 or 4 times its wingspan,...as long as the trail dissipates, it is considered normal.
I sence The Seeker is asking us,what can they get away with, and what needs more attention to make it more acceptable.

I used to answer these types of questions, then later noted a change in spray techniques.

That is why I no longer answer these types of questions
