Monitoring devices are situated throughout the city in order to test the extent of infection. Many residents become ill with pneumonia-like symptoms.

1951 Department of Defense begins open air tests using disease-producing bacteria and viruses. Tests last through 1969 and there is concern that people in the surrounding areas have been exposed.

1953 U.S. military releases clouds of zinc cadmium sulfide gas over Winnipeg, St. Louis, Minneapolis, Fort Wayne, the Monocacy River Valley in Maryland, and Leesburg, Virginia. Their intent is to determine how efficiently they could disperse chemical agents.

Did you know that one person died from the 1950 experiment in San Francisco. The grandson of the man who died took the Federal Government to court, but unfortunatly he lost the case. It was first reported December 20, 1976 in the San Francisco paper.

A great documentary can be found on this subgect at the history channel titled, "Decalssified Human Experimentation."

The documentary also covers some of the radiation experiments, including 18 veterans who were injected with plutoniium without their knowledge and two other experiments.

One was the relesing of spores in the NY Subway.

The other was the spraying of Minneapolis. At an elementary school in Minneapolis the Military used a fluorescent light to check the children. The Army denied this until one brave woman got enough statements from her x-classmates to pressure the Army into admitting that they did this.

The same is true of eastern religion. I realize concepts like "the force" or Great Spirit that joins all things were played around with in movies like Star Wars...but I feel there is great truth to them that extends far beyond the imaginations of Speilberg, Lucas and Hollywierd, and we have just forgotten how to listen. I just seemed to have an intuitive understanding of this connectiveness that was rediscovered naturally over my life. But when I was very young I was even closer to it. I think many of us are coming to terms with this spirit. This may sound corny and melodramatic to some, but If you sit and listen to the wind in the pines on a high mountain top, or the babble of a mountain creek...you can hear it speak to you. Truth and knowledge often come in the quiet moments when we remove the noise and open up the mind to hearing it.

As a western culture, I think we have grown so removed from this intuitive understanding of connectiveness with the creator, so caught up in the artificial noise and so far removed from the environment around us that we have come to see nature as dumb inanimate matter removed from the presence of God.....and we have created a world in our own likeness...not His. (I know this may sound like I’m stating the obvious) But if you ever travel through the industrial areas of any major city, you can feel the artificial coldness of this separation we've created for ourselves. If you just listen to what your feelings and emotions tell you about a place, you'll find it speaks volumes. It's as if we don't belong on this planet, somehow...like we originally came from somewhere else as a species.

When you're driving some time, look over into these vast refineries and manufacturing plants, these huge industrial cities unto themselves where nothing grows and the Earth is covered in yards of concrete and metal, and see the miles of tubes, steam and smoke emitting stacks, and chemical tanks bathed in cold sodium light. Ask yourself how closely we've even tried to follow the internal feelings of aesthetics and beuty that nature itself provides. If I were an objective visitor from a different world, I'd say upon first impressions that human society has fallen far short of spiritual growth and have instead chosen to rape everything that was decent, sacred and natural on Earth.

I know I'm sounding like a radical environmentalist here rather than a conservative Republican, and I realize that jobs and energy are incredibly important (especially as a Californian who was very broke at one time). My own profession revolves around the computer......but it just seems to me that we could have designed things in harmony with this planet and the will of God just as easily. For example, I’m hardly a mechanic or automotive engineer, but even I could design the same automobile you own right now to run on corn alcohol and it wouldn’t add an ounce of pollution to the air. Why couldn’t the engineers of our society have created an infrastructure that revolved around nature? Tesla proposed an electrical technology vastly superior to what we have today over a century ago, and it did not require a drop oil or an ounce of coal….but it was ignored and suppressed. Why couldn’t a civilization of humans have just as easily created a society to exist in harmony with nature instead of in discord with it ?

In fact I believe we have (in the past). I subscribe to the theory that many civilizations of mankind have come before and have inevitably grown corrupt, eventually destroying themselves in an endless cycle of destruction and rebirth. Each time this cycle revolves, only distant hints of the collective memories remain, passed down in oral tradition. I believe the pyramids and the myths of Atlantis are physical and verbal remnants of those ancient cultures and technology. I know the Bible talks about the construction of the Egyptian cities and how Moses was instrumental in much of the design, later to have his name stricken from every monument upon discovery that he was originally the son of a Hebrew slave. But what if the pyramids of the Giza plateau were originally built by a far more ancient and advanced culture only to have the Egyptians later move into them as tenants? What if they were originally built by the "star people" whom the Native Americans say are responsible for their own language, and the very same people the ancient Sumarians refer to in their Sanskrit text which was the precursor to Genesis. Point being, that ancient cultures may have had technology far more advanced than the technology of today, yet far more in harmony with the true power of the universe and nature of God. Somewhere along the line, we took the wrong path.

Evidence for this feeling of separation, can be found in what we do to our own people, and the complete separation we seem to have from every thing that is sacred and natural…and this same self-destructive oppressive mindlessness extends to control our own bodies as well….the same mentality that would allow a chemtrail spray program to exist. For instance, now there is a bill currently pending in congress that would attempt to mandate a digital implant in pets. The next step as stated in the literature of the designers of the “Digital Angel” themselves, is to place these implants in our children....and from there who knows, maybe the adults a couple generations from now will accept implants as readily as we accept social security numbers today....so that no man may buy or sell without them.

Then the desecration of the body temple and our Eden here will be complete, and we will destroy ourselves once again, and memories of who we were will all be lost in an atomic fire, and the cycle of death an rebirth will begin anew...

I've had a tendancy to always look for the snakes. There can be as much fascination with the dark side as there is with the light side. It must be healthier and certainly more fun to see the flowers side, but if we all looked at the light side, the flowers and fruit, who will keep the snakes in the pit? Doesn't someone have to do it?

That's a question that has bothered me for years. Why not just have fun, and make money? It's tempting, but is it right?

I used to work on cases (for about 4 years) involving child abuse, that lead into areas related to child pornography, ritual abuse and organized crime. I reached a point where I couldn't stand it anymore. I compare it to nurses who work in burn units in hospitals. They have a high turn over rate because most people just can't stand to see that much pain.

I think about that sometimes, and I know that you have to have a great deal of faith in a higher power to know there is more to this life than there seems to be. I always believed in God, but after that experience, I really questioned how a god could allow that to happen, how people could be capable of doing the things they did to children. I learned that some evil transcends humanity, or should I say descends humanity? Evil is not just man-made, as I used to think. It's partly supernatural and is far more powerful than any human being.

Without a faith in a higher power, we are really lost. I know I was. I'm still in awe of people who can do that kind of work in preventing child abuse and tracking those animals, and the health care workers who deal with the aftermath and the survivors, like nurses and doctors in burn wards. Thank God I don't have to do it anymore. And thank God there are people who still can.

1965 Prisoners at the Holmesburg State Prison in Philadelphia are subjected to dioxin, the highly toxic chemical component of Agent Orange used in Viet Nam. The men are later studied for development of cancer, which indicates that Agent Orange had been a suspected carcinogen all along.

1966 CIA initiates Project MKOFTEN, a program to test the toxicological effects of certain drugs on humans and animals.

1966 U.S. Army dispenses Bacillus subtilis variant niger throughout the New York City subway system. More than a million civilians are exposed when army scientists drop lightbulbs filled with the bacteria onto ventilation grates.

1967 CIA and Department of Defense implement Project MKNAOMI, successor to MKULTRA and designed to maintain, stockpile and test biological and chemical weapons.

1968 CIA experiments with the possibility of poisoning drinking water by injecting chemicals into the water supply of the FDA in Washington, D.C.

1969 Dr. Robert MacMahan of the Department of Defense requests from congress $10 million to develop, within 5 to 10 years, a synthetic biological agent to which no natural immunity exists.

1970 Funding for the synthetic biological agent is obtained under H.R. 15090. The project, under the supervision of the CIA, is carried out by the Special Operations Division at Fort Detrick, the army's top secret biological weapons facility. Speculation is raised that molecular biology techniques are used to produce AIDS-like retroviruses.

1970 United States intensifies its development of "ethnic weapons" (Military Review, Nov., 1970), designed to selectively target and eliminate specific ethnic groups who are susceptible due to genetic differences and variations in DNA.

1975 The virus section of Fort Detrick's Center for Biological Warfare Research is renamed the Fredrick Cancer Research Facilities and placed under the supervision of the National Cancer Institute (NCI) . It is here that a special virus cancer program is initiated by the U.S. Navy, purportedly to develop cancer-causing viruses. It is also here that retrovirologists isolate a virus to which no immunity exists. It is later named HTLV (Human T-cell Leukemia Virus).

1977 Senate hearings on Health and Scientific Research confirm that 239 populated areas had been contaminated with biological agents between 1949 and 1969. Some of the areas included San Francisco, Washington, D.C., Key West, Panama City, Minneapolis, and St. Louis.

1978 Experimental Hepatitis B vaccine trials, conducted by the CDC, begin in New York, Los Angeles and San Francisco. Ads for research subjects specifically ask for promiscuous homosexual men.

1981 First cases of AIDS are confirmed in homosexual men in New York, Los Angeles and San Francisco, triggering speculation that AIDS may have been introduced via the Hepatitis B vaccine

1985 According to the journal Science (227:173-177), HTLV and VISNA, a fatal sheep virus, are very similar, indicating a close taxonomic and evolutionary relationship.

1986 According to the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences (83:4007-4011), HIV and VISNA are highly similar and share all structural elements, except for a small segment which is nearly identical to HTLV. This leads to speculation that HTLV and VISNA may have been linked to produce a new retrovirus to which no natural immunity exists.

1986 A report to Congress reveals that the U.S. Government's current generation of biological agents includes: modified viruses, naturally occurring toxins, and agents that are altered through genetic engineering to change immunological character and prevent treatment by all existing vaccines.

1987 Department of Defense admits that, despite a treaty banning research and development of biological agents, it continues to operate research facilities at 127 facilities and universities around the nation.

1990 More than 1500 six-month old black and hispanic babies in Los Angeles are given an "experimental" measles vaccine that had never been licensed for use in the United States. CDC later admits that parents were never informed that the vaccine being injected to their children was experimental.

1994 With a technique called "gene tracking," Dr. Garth Nicolson at the MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, TX discovers that many returning Desert Storm veterans are infected with an altered strain of Mycoplasma incognitus, a microbe commonly used in the production of biological weapons. Incorporated into its molecular structure is 40 percent of the HIV protein coat, indicating that it had been man-made.

1994 Senator John D. Rockefeller issues a report revealing that for at least 50 years the Department of Defense has used hundreds of thousands of military personnel in human experiments and for intentional exposure to dangerous substances. Materials included mustard and nerve gas, ionizing radiation, psychochemicals, hallucinogens, and drugs used during the Gulf War .

1995 U.S. Government admits that it had offered Japanese war criminals and scientists who had performed human medical experiments salaries and immunity from prosecution in exchange for data on biological warfare research.

1995 Dr. Garth Nicolson, uncovers evidence that the biological agents used during the Gulf War had been manufactured in Houston, TX and Boca Raton, Fl and tested on prisoners in the Texas Department of Corrections.

1996 Department of Defense admits that Desert Storm soldiers were exposed to chemical agents.

1997 Eighty-eight members of Congress sign a letter demanding an investigation into bioweapons use & Gulf War Syndrome.

· Retarded children at D.C. Children’s Center in Laurel, in a section called the District Training School, were used as human guinea pigs for both private industry and the government. Among the experiments, was the testing of NeoBazine a diet pill commonly referred to as "rainbow pills." They contained thyroxin, which caused tremors, nervousness, insomnia, and tachycardia. It was being tested for its safety and efficiency. In October 1964 the FDA found that the drug was not safe for use. In 1962 the children were again used to test a drug for skin diseases, which doctors strongly suspected caused serious side effects to the human liver. More than half the children tested suffered some liver dysfunction. Eight were admitted to D.C. General Hospital for intensive care. That same year, 17 Laurel Center children were used to study thyroid hormone metabolism in children. The children were injected with thyroxin mixed with radioactive iodine to aid doctors in tracing a body process. As you can see, there was a clear pattern of using innocent children who had no way of protecting themselves.

I happen to agree with a lot of what Defender has written by the way, just not with some of the conclusions and political reasoning. But if someone simply disagrees with some of your reasoning, does not mean they are a heartless bastard and deserve your attacks Delphi. When you attack others and call them agents, and liars, and accuse them of harassment when they were simply attempting to relate truth and engage in conversation just like anyone else on this board....then you can't NOT expect to get a negative response in return.

I tried to tell you I care about your condition and sickness. I tried to call a truce...but why do you insist on returning with these baseless attacks of yours simply because you may disagree with my political and spiritual views?
