The new "Patriot Act" anti-terrorism bill clearly states that it is a felony to give money to any government or organization that harbors, supports, or funds any terrorist group. The U.S. Government has given over 6 Billion to the Taliban in the past 3 years. The Taliban has been designated as a terrorist group.
