i have been away from the "desk" for awhile
hard labor ~ no time to ex plane
a friend just came from Arizona with a
Video tape from 1970
we both like Country Joe and the Fish music
and poly ticks so i put this one on
the title is "GASsss"
the producer is Orion
the story is about the US "goberment" releaseing a gas in the vecinity of Gakonia AK that kills everyone o9ver the age of 25
in the world
and how the survivors deal with what is their
heritage
The film appears to be shot in the SW USA
the video is in it original box and appears to be the original OLD tape that went with this OLD box
what is interesting to me is the SKY in this movie
chemtrails and chemclouds appear to be prevelent in this 1970 dated film
what is also of interest to me are the clues that Country Joe and the Fish put into this film WAY before its time
it is a bit like an LSD version of Mad Max
with too much peace and love
but i re watched it again last night

we had an unusual occurance yesterday 8/26/03
tuesday?
fog? in the morning
about 10:30 AM a jet? comes in low/slow at 3000~5000 feet
real close, grey blue 4 engined non trailing
and extreamly SLOW
off the ocean, which is south here
headed north, just clearing the hill
no jet sound~ just electric turbine sound
no sound of fuel burning
that "RoarrRrrRrrrrr" just the whine of a high frequency electromotive turbine
even the (yet) uneducated newbies were in awe
thinking the "thing" would crash soon
in the higher altitute wasteland
we locals know as the Kalmiosis wilderness
just east of here
BUT just 60 minutes later it came back
headed south to the ocean
low and making that "sound" again
niether i nor anyone in my crew can duplicate
"that sound"
it is not within our vocal range
to accomplish
and we all attemped to reproduce it
