Jay Reynolds Petche/AA/USEPA/US@EPAtmail.com cc: chemtrailcentral.com Subject: Info request from Jay Reynolds 03/31/2001 06:40 PM Dear Ken, I assume from our previous conversation that you may know someone at FAA who was involved in creation of the contrails fact sheet. I am looking for someone there who is knowledgeable of the contrail/chemtrail issue. My intent is to negotiate with FAA to get permission for some of the more reasonable believers to observe at an air traffic control center to identify the planes they are seeing. Please let me of anyone at FAA that I might be able to discuss this with via email. I know, I could just start working my way through public relations, but would appreciate a shortcut if possible. Thanks, Jay Reynolds

From: Petche.Ken@epamail.epa.gov To: Jay Reynolds Subject: Re: Info request from Jay Reynolds Date: Wed, 04 Apr 2001 11:00:18 -0400 Dear Mr. Reynolds, FAA advises that strict security measures are involved to gain access to air traffic control towers and centers. Permission is not granted by FAA's Washington headquarters, but by management level of tower(s) of interest. For example, to contact the Texarkana, AR contract tower, phone 870-773-7901. If further assistance is needed, call the FAA Southwest Regional Office, in Ft. Worth, TX at 817-222-5001. Sincerely, Kenneth Petche OTAQ/ASD

When I was going to college, many years ago, I worked at the airport tower in San Jose, CA. Most of the visitors were pilots and they came to see how the tower operated. I am not sure if we have any pilots on this board or not who could possibly go and talk with the controllers at the towers. I called the local tower about the trails and they gave me a number of the FAA who investigate incidences in Sacramento, CA. I am sure each state has one of those facilities.
