Since I live in Eastern Washington, I can back up the comments made in this article (see link) concerning weather predictions. Several times on the evening weather news, we have been shown the system coming through and have been advised to expect rain. The expected rain, however, does not show up. Rain will occur above or below us--for some reason. http://www.rense.com/general10/evi.htm ------------------

Yes, Ellyn, we have noticed the same thing here in Spokane where no one believes the weathercasters anymore. Time and again we have watched the chem-bombers behaving like killer bees as a storm front moves in. The level of chem saturation is surreal whenever it threatens to rain. As the Top View article says, the chemers truly do "melt" away weather systems and promised precipitation seldom materializes. Our lakes in the area are now so low; it's absurd the ways docks are sticking high out of the water. Every botanical thing looks grotesquely dry for this time of year. Most scary are the deadly ULF/ELF broadcasts apparently being used-- in conjunction with the refective chem-haze-- to tear weather systems apart and make the atmosphere unstable.

Ellyn and Jane2, I used to live at Fort Lewis in Washington state, and I can remember complaining about all the rain that used to fall there almost daily. Was there about 3 years and the weather was pretty much the same rainy scenario...Now, to have it so dry there is really proof to me that something isn't right...I can remember locals telling us, "Well, It rains here a lot". The weather control mechanism must be running "full tilt" everywhere now...So weird, no rain for you guys and floods in the Mid-west...I,m wondering what surprises are in store for Louisiana where I'm at...We've gone through some bad drought situations in the past yet bad storms and flooding more recently...and "chems" up the Kazoo every day anymore...so much so, the clouds that form below the chems look absolutely "filthy"! Weird phenomena too...lately, those huge "carpenter bees" seem to be everywhere and act like they don't know what to do...new problem for here. I did hear there is such a thing now called "Mad Bee Disease"...what next? I remember how pretty Mt. Rainier used to look with the snow caps and I guess that's all melted. I sure hope the weather gets better up there but with all that is happening, gotta wonder?? Blessings, Joanne

United States Patent 5,984,239 Chen November 16, 1999 ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Weather modification by artificial satellites Abstract A Satellite Weather Modification System (SWMS) uses earth satellites to harness solar energy to modify the thermodynamics and composition of the earth's atmosphere. SWMS has three subsystems: The first subsystem includes a network of earth satellites called Satellite Engines (SEs) used to reflect solar energy and/or transform solar energy into other forms of energy beams discharged at specified locations. The media at these locations and the media through which the energy beams pass absorb these energies and change them into heat. The second subsystem includes a large network of Remote Sensing Devices (RSDs). These sensors are used to measure local media compositions, dynamic parameters and thermodynamic properties. Sensor measurements are fed back to the third subsystem, which includes a network of Ground Control Stations (GCSs). GCSs provide energy beam guidance by estimating each beam's characteristics and its aim point trajectory as functions of time. Integration of these three subsystems establishes a sensor feedback energy beam guidance and control loop. SWMS's weather modification applications include alteration of precipitation, reclaiming of wasteland, reducing damage by bad weather, and improving environment. Its non-weather related applications include supplying concentrated energy to electricity generating stations (solar, wind and hydro), high latitude greenhouse farms, and solar powered airplanes. http://164.195.100.11/netacgi/nph-Parser?Sect1=PTO1&Sect2=HITOFF&d=PALL&p=1&u=/netahtml/srchnum.htm&r=1&f=G&l=50&s1='5984239'.WKU.&OS=PN/5984239&RS=PN/5984239

Been trying to pull a patent but it will not let me in..If anyone can get in grab US05984329(weather modification by artificial satellites by Franklin y.k.Chen.It is intense to see the drawing included and think of all those beams zapping all over everywhere.I can't imagine it myself. We probably glow in the dark.....

Try this site, RTW. When I put the number in, I got something that doesn't look anything like weather modification. Maybe you'll do it better than I did. http://164.195.100.11/netahtml/srchnum.htm
