These radar flashes are from Doug Pooley's FLASHRADAR site. I never knew they existed until I got into the chemtrail thing. The nice doppler radar pictures you see on the evening news are usually cleaned up quite a bit from the data that comes out of the NEXRAD towers. Thanks to the Net, people have access to the raw data. Most of the things "they" take out of the radar pictures have simple explanations--sun streaks, sensitivity set too high, ground clutter, flocks of birds are some examples.

But one of the things the weather beagles have no good explanation for is these flashes. They can last momentarily, for minutes, or for hours. Sometimes they are perfect circles; sometimes they are spikes and sometimes they look like donuts, with a hole in the middle of the circle. In my experience, they only occur over cities which have military bases. Usually you'll see one of these every two days or so, but on some days there have been as many as four spotted around the country.

Doug thinks the flashes come from scalar EMF waves which can either cause cooling or heating at the place they are focused. According to theory, the waves can propagate right through the earth, so they may be coming from Russia, or China, but they could be originating right at the military base at the center of the circles, too.

I have noticed that 12-24 hours after one of these flashes occurs, the jet stream no longer flows over the place which experienced the flash. If this is the case, it would be nice way to control who gets the rain and who doesn't, eh?

2.-Tesla performed his first experiments with resonance technology at his New York laboratory, by firing up a small oscillator, which caused a minor amount of vibration. Suddenly an alarmed squad of police officers stormed into the lab, demanding that he stop at once. Manhattan was shaking for miles around. Tesla had not taken into account how resonance waves grow stronger the further they travel from their source. (God that's a scary thought!) He had unintentionally created what later became known as "Tesla's earthquake machine".
The above paragraph is meant to illustrate the far reaching genious of this man, and illustrate the magnitude of the effects of his inventions. Unfortunately I don't know the date for this experiment, but considering that Tesla died in 1943 should be enough to amaze us with his precociousness.

I'm not sure this pertains to the topic, but I'm a bit of Tesla nut myself, Desert Flower. As I understand the story, Tesla tied his little vibrating machine (a little bigger than the size of a pack of cigarettes) to a steel girder of a building that was being constructed. The steel girder was sunk many feet into the ground, so whatever vibrations that were transmitted to the girder were also transmitted to the earth. Well Tesla could adjust the vibrational frequency of his device, and he did so until it vibrated in harmonic resonance to the natural frequency of the girder and also the ground as well. It's the same principal of a person pushing someone on a swing. If a little girl were to push a large weightlifter on a swing for example, the first push would not do very much...but if she timed her pushes just right, she could add to the energy of the previous push ever so slightly, and do this successively until eventually the weightlifter is swinging to and fro wildly. In wave physics, I believe this principal is called constructive interference and harmonic resonance. A great example of harmonic resonance can be seen in old videos of the Tacoma Narrows bridge collapse.

Well the metal beam in Tesla’s experiment had a certain uniform vibratory frequency and Telsa tuned his machine to vibrate in harmonic resonance with this frequency so that each vibration added energy to the beam through constructive interference in much the same way an opera singer can break fine crystal with her voice. (It was no accident ) Well eventually, what starts off as a small vibration becomes a huge vibration which is transferred to the ground and vibrates harmonically with natural earth mechanical resonance as well. The earth, then undergoes the same process that started the beam vibrating and we end up with an Earth quake....all from a little device the size of a pack of cigarettes!!

The Russians are well aware of this principal by the way, and had a device to mechanically thump the Earth at it's natural resonant frequency...but this can also be done electrically as the same principals apply. Tesla employed the principal of resonant amplification with his magnifying transmitters at Colorado Springs and Wardenclyffe long island. This was a pulsed resonant technology....much like what we would call "electro magnetic pulse" EMP technology today. Using a little bit of energy to amplify natural sources we can end up with unbelievable amounts of energy. In much the same way, weather systems like the jet stream can be modified by adding small amounts of energy at the correct intervals. This was such a dangerous concept that Tesla had to be suppressed………(because it worked)
