quote:
From Whitley Striber's Unknown Country http://www.unknowncountry.com/news/?id=309 Composer Steven Halpern, a Dreamland listener, has recorded an exceptional pattern of apparent chemtrails over northern Marin County in California. Halpern obtained a number of pictures that clearly illustrate the phenomenon's classic crosshatch pattern. The most recent patterns appeared during the week of January 28, 2001. On February 1, 2001, similar patterns were observed over South Texas, but not recorded. Halpern says that the extent of the contrails and the way they lingered and spread over the area after they appeared was not something usually observed. This, also, is a well- known characteristic of the phenomenon, and has been observed over many countries in the world, including the US, Canada, Australia, Italy, the UK and others.

Hi TintDude -I definitely see your point - and I can't say I disagree with it. The idea that you express is one that many of us have thought about a great deal and I am glad you have brought it up. I can tell you from personal experience that all of the "ordinary" but creative people I know [artists, musicians, writers] most definitely do not only see, but actively observe, and in some cases actively document, the visual changes in our skies. There is ongoing discussion of this as well. I can tell you this - a great many people feel that there is a very subtle but pervasive effort in progress, via the various media venues, to persuade people that they are not actually seeing what they are seeing and that their perceptions of reality are therefore askew. Those of us who care deeply about the issue at which we are looking consider this aspect of it to be, by far, the most disturbing. If Sarah Brightman suddenly announced that she was going to present a year's worth of photographs of trails over the UK, it would not change the reality of the issue itself. "Credibility" has nothing to do with it. It is what it is. Our skies did not look like this two years ago and now they do. I say, good for Steven Halpern. And thank you, Thermit, for posting that information.

I personally, see another line of attack, Deborah: it seems that everywhere I look nowadays, I see a stylized variation of chemtrails in the media, if not blatant in your face trails. It is becoming ubiquitous in electronic and print journalism such as magazine ads and even children's cartoons. In other words, the folks behind this program are trying to brainwash the populace into believing that what they are seeing overhead is normal, since they are seeing it everywhere else in the media. Anyway, that's my two cents.

Moose - I know exactly what you're talking about. Have been observing this on the tube and in the print media [especially magazines] for months. What you've described is exactly what I meant by "subtle."

I suggest one take photographs of a 'normal' sky, or ideally, a true contrail, in the locations one has photographed 'chemtrail' photos.

Right Moose,That's even an argument I've seen posted by the cyberthugs, that we're only seeing them in the media because they are a normal every day occurrence! Though its not normal, it IS an everyday occurrence. I'm more and more convinced that many of these cyberthugs are part of an organized "intelligence" group as I've heard from activists. I also still think it's possible that whoever is doing the spraying has an authority or power over and above the U.S. Government; a cabal or secret organization within or outside of the U.S. government or alien intelligence that is pulling the strings. Whatever it is, we can't stop pushing the issue until we get some kind of satisfaction.

The other day when i saw the trails, it was so blatant that any body with a brain must can see that these fake clouds are not normal. I am just waiting for the summer time when people lay on the grass catching rays and see if they notice this in the sky, i will certainly be making people aware of this.

I have to note that when Mr Halpern noted the 'Trails effects back in Jan that there was a big increase in Upper Respriritory Tract Infections in Sonoma County. I wanted to post this back then but was unable to at that time. Very recently there have been signs of increased 'Trial activity in N. Cal. with associated URTI's. As a footnote, there were several letters to the editor in the local paper (The Press Demo) commenting on the 'Trails. There was only one very odd reply published at the time, someone saying that they "were too busy counting beans" to worry about the 'Trials. Unlike the 'common cold' that was also going around at the time, the "flu-like' symtoms that went around in Feb lasted several weeks. I still reserve opinion on the arguments regarding the issue of the benign intent of the 'Trails. But lets keep an eye on things, ok.

With the click of a mouse I entered a new world where most other's share my sense of reality. A minuscule of the population knows the difference between a contrail and a chemtrail. You can feel the changes in the air we breathe - the unusual intensity of the sun on our skin. The moisture laden clouds that roll over drought stricken areas never releasing a drop of rain. The sky has changed. Where are the beautiful variable cloud formations of 10 to 12 years ago? The different blues and hues have been replaced by a blanket of chemblue with all the depth and variation of a chalkboard. I resent the pretend blue sky. It's almost more infuriating and insulting than the chemtrails that caused it.I'm suffering from the "Chemtrail Board" blues. We're all screaming and noone can hear us. It reminds me of a nightmare. The only thing that helps while reading these boards is music. I'd highly recommend putting a Steven Halpern or Mozart CD in your computer while reading these boards. It really helps.
