I've seen arguments from one of the well-known CON-trail Artists that this is made for crop-spraying. So why would the U.S. Navy be interested in crop-spraying?  And, in the other thread, Rt said the Russians also have a patent on a 'con-trail' generator. Sounds like a certain interest in military applications, not crop-spraying!

Hi, I had seen that article about Delphion a while back and I've been having an "intuition" or gut feeling all along that the Navy and/or the NSA are involved in the chemtrail project...whatever it may be. I have seen some chemplanes that seem to be the Tacamo, refurbished planes that have been "outfitted" for Military purposes?? Blessings, Joanne
