There are real people behind these screen names, Cydoninaquest. They receive real death threats and real harrassment. If I had threatened or deceived anyone, this information would be readily available regardless of what monikor I chose to use. I have never posted under anything other than Chem11. Anywhere.

BTW, there's nothing at all wrong with protecting your anonymity, we ALL know that, so forget about it. If you all want to argue, that's up to you, cuz I've 'been there, trying not to do that'.

Looks like we've lost a number of posts by members lately. Wonder if that was part of a plan, or just a normal resistance to conflict? (or both?). Easier to get burned out on topics when things get out of hand emotionally.

An examination of the CIA's infiltration of NICAP woulde be a textbook example of fifth columnist tactics. To this day, NICAP was the largest and most influential UFO organization ever in existence. It was succesfully dismantled by intelligence operatives from the inside out when it grew too powerful and came too close to the truth.

When reports of humanoid occupants of UFO's and abduction events started filtering in during the late fifties and early sixties, an effort was undertaken within the organization to ridicule, dismiss and utterly bury the data. The reasoning used was that this information was too 'out there' for the public at large to digest and would only serve to discredit the 'hard' research that was being undertaken and the organization as a whole.

With the support of seemingly credible and sincere scientists and leaders within the organization, the data was buried. When this was discovered, a rift was torn straight through the center of NICAP's membership. You had the 'truth seekers' on one side and the 'nuts-and-bolts' faction on the other.

One side felt betrayed and the other simply continued on studying theoretical propulsion systems and the like.

Further investigation of NICAP's leadership eventually uncovered military and intelligence connections within the organization. They had been squelching the truth at the behest of these agencies.

By now of course, it was to late. The witnesses had been ridiculed, the data destroyed and the foundation of trust in the organization completely obliterated.

In other words, it worked perfectly and exactly according to plan.

To this day, there has been no official government disclosure with regard to the UFO phenomena...

Trust in leadership is not methodically dismantled by accident.

Persistent contrails are now in my opinion understood to the point where major scientists and authorities are coming out on the web and making their line heard to try to balance out the rhetoric and outright unsubstantiated claims. These claims are hurting the progress towards finding the truth in my opinion.

We must understand this issue to the point that our opinions will be credible when held next to the official line. Otherwise we will lose in the point counter point and lose the public debate.

We have to head into this issue with an informed and scientific approach or all these claims are going to get shot down.

We have got to have better and direct evidence in real time in order to bring this issue the light it needs for a conclusion.

For instance the LIDAR Contrail studies done by NASA and lead by Russian Scientist Michael Mishchenko used the light refraction index of water vapor for their studies according to Mishchenko in his email to me.

The paper describes T-matrix computations of lidar depolarization
and comparisons with lidar observations. All computations were done
for the refractive index 1.311, i.e., assuming pure ice. This is
consistent with the usual belief that water ice is the major

modeling of contrails was done by other researchers. Ken Sassen is a
leading expert on this subject and may provide further details.

My thinking on this is that they could calibrate the test to the refractive index of the suspect Hygroscopic Sulfate particulate.

In this way and using the test between the JP-8+100 fuel and the regular JP-8 Fuel stocks in a side by side test we could establish if this was the main factor that was the cause of the military's recorded increased persistent contrails.

This would remove this phenomena from the debate and allow recorded incidents of low level chemtrails and chemical spraying to retain the for-front of chemtrail reporting.

Otherwise this issue is going to get buried under the counter material.

I am going to print all the point counter point on the topics brought up by the official line as I can.

Serious reasoning and investigative efforts are needed to come together and forget their quarrels at this point. The official line is now posted and must be intelligently addressed.

Anyway, your updated research page does seem to be more in line with the evidence that has been gathered during your absence.

The change to JP8+100 doesn't explain the systematic gridding that has been documented. It also happens to be the perfect cover story.
