Don...about my claim of knowing who you are, that was a bluff on my part, and you fell for it. The bluff drew you out and we now see the truth (at least those who are observant do).

You could've stayed cool, and all would have been still just speculation now. But so far you've verified all of Dan's claims about yourself perfectly with your own words! You even verified that you do indeed owe him money, as TopGun pointed out.

I have no intention of revealing myself, because I'm smarter than that. It is not necessary to plaster my face all over the internet and tell every psychopathic clown from Stephen King's "IT" where I live and where I work, to prove that you are a fraud. I don't need that in my life.

Gail is your problem, not mine. We prepaid our rent months in advance and all the money orders we used to pay it (she requested money orders for payment) all have dates long before any rents were due and payable.

We had a feeling it would be like this. Gail couldnt' live up to her promises to have things fixed. We pleaded, we begged, we faxed, we mailed, we even turned all our paperwork over to our attorney in November in
exasperation. She has let you down. Ask her to copy the MOs we sent her to you and you'll see we paid our rents MONTHS before they were due. This woman wouldn't fix nor repair anything.

We didn't want to leave. Gail gave us a 3 day pay rent or quit notice and threatened us with the Marshalls. As in 98, in 99 we were prepared to pay the whole rent up front, until she pulled that little stunt.

I will thank you to leave the cancer condition of my wife's father out of this...only small people attack innocents, as you are doing now. Is that what you tell your men in your unit, attack non-combatants? Going after my wife, my father, whatever shows me you are NOT a man of honor. You will hear from my attorney and so will Gail.

Threatening us will get you no where, nor will blackmail and lying. It only reveals the kind of person you are. Apparently you have no problem with that and it shames the uniform you wear.

Had you the decency of your uniform to contact me like A MAN, I would be
happy to work out any arrangement with you. But how can you trust someone who lies to you? I cannot.

Want to start over from the beginning, without threats? That is the spiritual way and the way of honor, or haven't you learned that yet?

I received a copy of the return message to you from Don Bradley (from you!) but not a copy of what you sent to him to motivate this reaction. I guess you made him mad! The man is not telling the truth. He did not
have the money to pay for 1999. He was behind for Dec. 1998! I spoke to
his wife after the 3 day notice. He knew we would try to work with him.
I did not threaten him (them) with marshalls. I did say that on the
fourth day everything would go to the lawyers unless we arranged an
agreement to pay. But to do that I needed to talk also with Don since he was the only one on the lease. All he had to do was contact me. I left all my numbers for him to call me over that weekend. Tricia called on Monday saying she would pay by Friday. She was just buying him time. Not that it mattered. If we had to take him to court to get him out, it would have taken another 10 days or so. You even asked me not to force
the issue... to try to get him to pay and stay. He was packing up at that time.

I also got a note from Tricia today (no return address!) saying she had nothing to do with Don's financial problems nor does she has contact with him. Seems to be a scam all the way around to me. I also can back all this up with copies if he wants!

Do you say “just trust me….I’ve been there, I know what I’m talking about”. “Just believe me when I say the death camps are coming”. “Don’t question why, just believe me or you will be labled an agent”. Is this how you think credibility is gained Don?

Your family needs to eat though, and you do need to keep your daughter in braces….so I do wish you some level of success. I do know you will always have some following among the brainless, so I’m not too worried in this respect.

And you do have pretty book covers, I'll give you that much, but you know what they say about judging a book by it's cover. Is the sewage you spew on the message board an example we can expect to find in the contents?

Surfing the net and just happened to look at Amazon Books. Noticed you had several books listed. Congratulations, it appears you may make some input to the betterment of mankind.
However, I did see my name listed there on a book review about Freemansonry. I can assure you I know nothing of Freemasonry nor do I really have the time to devote any study of its practices. More importantly, I could care less about taking the time to read one of your books. But get this through your thick skull, if I ever, ever see my name listed on one of your sites I will sue you for slander and anything else permitted by law. It became very clear to us what his game was. He was using RAWHIDE AS a cutout. When Trisha left for california, did he appear as he truly was, AIRFORCE INTELLIGENCE. Which was what our friends at the FBI told us in Oct 98. Once we had the house swept for bugs, we found them. They were typical military burst transmitters.

Don I'll leave you alone forever once you publicly acknowledge these truths. 1) You are neither Omar Bradley nor George Patton's ancestor. 2) You failed to pay a debt you owe (I’ll drop this one as you have admitted to owing me $2800.00 here on this thread. 3) I have never threatened you or your family. 4) You retract all that you claimed in this post (posted 05-15-2001 01:26 AM). Seems fair enough seeing that you have manufactured your claims against me. My only attempt at chicanery was misleading you in my initial contact but you left me no choice considering you slithered away in the night like a criminal still owing me rent money.

However, David made a good suggestion about settling our dispute in court. I am willing should you decide you’re man enough but I doubt you would take this course of action. You have told me in the past that you have an attorney—does he or she have a name, telephone number or office or is this another fabrication of your overactive imagination. My attorney is Raymond Micklewright of Wolfe, Slatkin in Denver should you care to contact him. He attempted to serve Don papers but Don moved away from his temporary lodgings in Burbank before we could serve him.

However, should you not choose this option how about mediation? That said, I would gladly accept terms via a mediator should you be willing to settle our claim in this manner. Folks you have witnessed his writing here that he owes me at least $2800.00. Frankly, if I received this amount from Bradley I might have a heart attack and Don could go on his very merry way.

If this is not appealing to you, how about you donating $1000.00 to a charity of Thermit’s (Mark) choosing. I’ll even let you make out the check in your name sans me. Still have those Paine Webber accounts?

In late December of 200 and through February, Trisha started receiving at her mother's address, tons of subscriptions to magazines. We contacted the magazine companies, who had kept the MAG cards that were filled and they were forwarded to the post office in Los Angeles. We filed a complaint of harrassment, not knowing the parties. They all had postmarks from DC and Colorado.

They were laser printed for fingerprints and the investigation is ongoing. The postal department has thus far determined who the party is and only this week were we able to learn the ID of the man. We are now pressing charges and have filed formal complaints with the US Postal Service.

This man, ordered pornographic materials and had them sent TO OUR CHILDREN. CHILDREN!!!

See what kind of people these guys are?

Also, he was sending them to Disney on Riverside, using my name. Which, as everyone knows, those old apartments have been torn down since the mid 1980s. This is one very sick man.

Fortuneately, Disney saved the articles and we turned them over to the postal service as was all billing statements, MAG card receipts, and other evidence. The crime for this is 5 years for each instance.

Thank you for the additional evidence as posted on this board. You have proved out our investigations that you are the person who was responsible. Even your mispelling of Trisha's name, was used on the MAG CARDS (he wrote it out as Tricia, as he used to in his old emails)
The use of the Disney address confirms it. This thread has been off-loaded and will be turned over to the postal service tomorrow.

Ah this e-mail. Remember it well because Bradley threatened to have either he or his attorney call my commander for getting in touch with him. I actually volunteered to set up an appointment for Donald. He came apart like a cheap watch. Never came to fruition.

Just another example, how when an individual claims something so blatantly false in one area...he becomes difficult to believe in another area....like the magazine story for instance.
