I was just sitting and watching the chemset over the bay turn that lovely ruddy brown it always does now, noticing the whiteout has become so thick now A great deal of the time its hard to see the other shore. If you live by water that you can look out over, I think the air pollution from chemtrails is much more apparent. Anyway, as I was sitting and watching small bumblebees with leg hairs stuffed full of pollen sucking from plant to plant I suddenly had a thought run through me.What are the bees eating from chemtrail residue which in turn made me think the following! Anytime the military does something that has possible impacts, they are required to do an EIS(Environmental Impact Study). In order to legally be doing chemtrails there had to have been an EIS done and must be on record. A FOIA could be done for the EIS but the one hang up is not knowing the name of what you wish to FOIA because its National Security..So now we are between a rock and a hard place, but somehow I think with help it could be figured out. It is a public document and an EIS normally should have community input before it is completed. If there is no EIS then legally they are in the wrong. I believe somewhere in this search for an EIS the truth may well be found. Any lawyers on this board?? WE NEED A LAWYER !!!!!!! Any thoughts on this anyone?

RTW- I have been very busy with my children's lives these past couple of weeks. Haven't had much time for digging. I just wanted to let you know that I think you and I have been digging in the same places! I too think we need a lawyer, I never did follow up on that, thank you for reminding me. I for one wish that you would not make your exit quite yet

RTW, I must admit to reading yout posts and being impressed with your information and ideas, yet not taking the time to post a reply.I think a FOIA search for any possible EIS studies done is a good idea because it will allow us to at least document the stonewalling tactics that we are bound to encounter. And who knows? We may get lucky. We're certainly overdue for a little luck. Please understand that this is an incredibly hectic time in the world of CT activism. Balancing real world awareness building with online information sharing with all our mundane responsibilities is taking it's toll, on all of us. I'm going to be taking a leave of abscense myself here shortly. Theres a particular project that has been ignored by myself for far too long and it appears that now is the time to bite the bullit and get this thing done. It's so easy to get sidetracked... we seem to be experiencing a kind of information overload right now. I hope you understand and.. believe me, I know how frustrating it can be to make a good faith effort and watch your efforts be summarily ignored. I can imagine how Deborah from Boston must feel some days. She plugs away with her research, day after day, while the rest of us toss around the latest conspriacy theory or gossip, patting ouselves on the back for our 'awareness'. I'm sure she feels every bit as disgusted as yourself, RTW. But she carries on. Hang in there, Rides The Wind. There must be some sort of reward for your brand of dilligence. Chem

RTW -I agree with Chem11. Your idea has lots of merit, but we all carry so many responsibilities that it's hard to do more than just scan the posts and move on to something else. Is there some way you could do the FOIA research? I don't have a very high opinion of lawyers, and I suspect that hiring one would become a money sink. But if you know how to do a FOIA request, I'd be glad to help you. I was very impressed with the way Jay Reynolds tracked down the sample Clifford Carnicom had submitted to the EPA. He eventually found out that they had just tossed it aside without telling Clifford. Even if our requests are denied, that will tell us something. Let me know.

Here's a link with some how-to information at Carnicom's, but RTW is right, we need to know what they would have called the project. http://pub8.ezboard.com/fchemtrailsfreedomofinformationactcampaigns.showMessage?topicID=4.topic

I've mentioned it before, but you should also try to get John Greenwald from The Black Vault in the loop. He's been able to work wonders with the FOIA and the Government in a multitude of subjects. He's sent in requests on some pretty vague topics and he seems to use any specifics that he finds in these searches to launch new ones. Don't tell anyone that an Agent like me is actually helping you, though. Oh, wait, maybe Mr. Greenwald is an agent, too. We're hiring pretty young these days. Here's his site if you didn't know about it already: http://www.blackvault.com/main.html Maverick

On another thread Aura suggested looking under one of the terms in Owning the Weather by 2025: Could this possibly be a name for the project RTW is looking for? WFSE (Weather Force Support Element)

David is posting some wonderful information and with his newest find I believe this may be the name we need to look for.Worldwide Information Control System (WICS) will try to study up as I haven't really got a clue about any of this govt stuff but I am usually a pretty quick study.

OK...maybe not! But it does resemble the communication system in David's Post.I think that we are back to trying to pin this down to one project when there are several that benefit from the spraying. My bad...forgot to take the blinders off!
