If I were a Houston resident I would be blaming the federal government for any damages I incurred during Tropical Storm Allison. There is no doubt in my mind of the Government's culpability in this obviously un-natural storm.Wouldn't it be an interesting development to see a class action suit brought against the Federal gov. by victims of this deluge. How's that for an angle? Or is it even possible to sue the Gov.? I get conflicting answers to that question.Any lawyers out there?

How about consulting with some 4th-year or graduate law students? I've found their input to be very helpful on matters of Internet and personal e-mail intrusion, among other things.[What happened to HTML capability on this board?]

Don't get me started on the Seattle earthquake...Or the earthquake in China that immediately followed it.. or the fact that this occured during our little show down with the People's Republic. I'm goin to crawl under the covers and watch the 'Teletubbies' now. I have some interesting theories regarding that windmill thingy that seems to put them in some sort of trance...

I blame nature. Mankind simply doesn't have the power to control weather on this scale.Be sure to check out some of the flood photos: http://www.chemtrailcentral.com/ubb/Forum5/HTML/000091.html Deborah, nothing happened to HTML...

Most HTML problems seem to arise when people forget to put spaces before and after their HTML commands. They have to be separated from the text before the software can see them. Right, Thermit?I now return you to Houston.

Waaaahhh...I [b]did[b] put spaces... Let's try this again... I [b] did [b] put spaces... Now I KNOW the second one is wrong... Never mind. This used to work and now it doesn't. Anyway, on the subject of "class action", until it is decided how best to approach the matter, the best thing people can be doing is to meticulously DOCUMENT the components of the situation they wish to submit for evaluation in a court of law. Evidence-gathering is easily 50% of the battle - and most easily done ahead of time.

Testing, testing: We are being sprayed . We are being sprayed . We are being sprayed .You're right, spaces don't seem to matter for italics. They do matter around links, though. That's what I thought Deborah had in mind. Sorry for misunderstanding your question, Deborah.

The storm stalled over the Southeastern seaboard. This storm is quite strange. Imagine the potential for disease spread with all that water and hot weather. Mosquito paradise. They can just HAARP up the ionosphere to release vasts amounts of water cirulating up there. I guess we could be parched like last summer. Are the FL wildfires out now?

I gotta disagree with you Thermit..I believe they are more than capable of creating what they want to do with weather. Someone needs to enlighten these poor souls in Texas as to the AirFarces intentions for 2025 and let it rip!The LSU law section is usually excellent for handling cases that are controversial. Try them!!! I don't heve time just now or I'd do it.
