It seams to me in doing my research and in reading all your fabulous weblinks, etc. here, that chemspray is in effect "eating up normal clouds." Why would "they" want to take away our precipitation? It seams to me that we may be the gunea pigs in (what has already been proposed) a plan to utilize control of the weather as a wartime weapon. After all, what better way for "them" to get an enemy to surrender other than saying, "...until you do, you get not even a drop of rain." Also, I know this is WAY OUT, but no rain = more heat/draught = more energy consumption = more money for "them" from us = more money for "them" to spend on projects like this! It could be a really vicious circle.

I don't think your theory is too far off. I think the whole thing is about weather control, and making people sick is just an extra added bonus as far as "they" are concerned. One thing I do believe though is that when the day comes, there are going to be quite a few souls burning in hell for all eternity for this.

ABC it looks like the "Airforce 2025 weather reengineering project" is under way and working. They want to control the weather for "war fighters and other customers".
I love that wording "and other customers".
Commericalizing our weather for fighting war.
God, only humans could be so stupid and arrogant.I wonder who told them that they had the right to do this. A relative few, messing with lives of millions. Pretty sad.  And Cougar390 how about you and the rest of us throwing the matchs to light the fire.

There are so many fragile balances in our world... weather, health, magnetic fields, our ozone.....and suffice it to say that "they" are messing with all of them. "They" must be a bunch of idiots because they know that they must live on this planet too!...or do they?

All of this talk of the 'death of rain' has prompted me to respond.Sadly, I'm witnessing this very same problem. I haven't seen a 'real' rainstorm in quite awhile. I have also noticed that the wind just doesn't feel right...it just doesn't. We get alot of 'freak' storms lately. These 'storms' will sometimes unleash violent winds and maybe 10-15 minutes of deluge type rain. Only to magically clear up, like nothing ever happened. Owning the weather by 2025? I'm not sure if we are going to make it to 2025. Is this a dream?
