You MUST send letters with a 34c stamp. I have heard from all my representatives (good for documenting their failures to represent) by so doing.

Emails are only a feel-good way to personal satisfaction, but DO NO GOOD WHATSOEVER. They are a complete waste of time to this effort, and your people don't realize this.
