This is a link to the files from eastlundscience.com detailing just how the HAARP can be used for weather modification.
http://www.eastlundscience.com/papers/1hpemrad/hpemrad.zip If I had not read this paper I would tell anyone that said the HAARP is being used for weather modification was out of their mind. Now I have to figure this factor into my thoughts and conclusions about chemtrails as well. Chemtrails are in my opinion very likely being used for weather modification. The 2 methods can and likely are being used together in unique ways we can only speculate about. I just never thought I would be considering this combined technology application even though I have seen people mention this on several message boards. ------------------

Mike-I am glad to see that you are getting the "evidence" that you require to join us in our belief of Chemtrails! However, in the memory of Mr. Sucks, I have to say...Hmmmmm! Sure seems to be alot of Weather Modification theories being thrown around. Seems that maybe somebody is ready to consider admitting to this problem and this may be the least common denominator.

You are right I do require evidence or at least some informed speculation in order to publish an article on my site. My belief is not an issue to me in my writing. I have to be as responsible and through as possible in order to not be laughed off by the general public.For instance when a web site visitor comes in from a negative slant news article with a link to my site on it I want to take advantage of that opertunity to set the record straight as far as where I stand.

If I publish every whack idea that comes to mind the public will have to scoff at what I have published on my site that might have been taken seriously if left to stand on the provable facts alone. This issue needs all the credibility it can get in order to be taken seriously by the general public. Otherwise it will stay fringe and be laughed off.

Mornin'CTO...Just checked the link you supplied here.Thanks! That photo at the top of the page for the video is exactly what flew over my head yesterday spewing forth a thick,heavy yellow/white trail from wingtip to wingtip...The full span! Which to me says they have spray nozzels fixed into their new planes wings.The widest swath I've ever witnessed and burned the crap out of your eyes.But,as so many say,these are just contrails or fuel dumps.

That article is one of the reasons i check my user logs all the time. It shows you who is interested in your material or in you.For instance yesterday someone in Seattle Washington did a google search for Michael McDonnough and then linked in from the search results to my talk show page. 30 visitors came in from that KOIN channel 6 news article mostly from the Portland area but some came from Washington as well. It is very interesting watching some of the behind the curtain stuff on this issue.

I am looking for any information on what would cause a chemtrail to sink below the level of the surrounding cloud formations, whether or not these other formations are real or created?
I haven't found anything specific to this phenon. Any help on this one would be appreciated.  David

I think it can also be attributed to the presence of lots of hygroscopic cloud condensation nuclei making the contrail drop from the weight of it's mass to a lower level then the surrounding clouds that do not have the extra nucleation to grow as the contrails do.If you have noticed in normal clouds when they are about to rain on us they drop down a bit from the weight of the water inside the cloud. When the rain has ended people will say the cloud has lifted. It actually does lift due to the fact it has dropped it's rain load. This is the same phenomona I expect. The contrail would be caused to drop and form the classic mare's tails and feathery fallout so often seen with chemtrails. This is due to their very hygroscopic material payload drawing in water vapor then releasing it once it gets too heavy for the cloud to contain it any longer.
