Topic: Why can't I get into Carnicoms site? | Topic page views:

I have been trying for a few days to get into Carnicoms site, but it would not let me. Finally this evening it told me that the site had moved or is no longer there. I tried to retype it and I got a computer solutions that came up instead. What is up with that?? I leave for a few days, and I come back, and aaaahhhhhhhhh I am just getting frustrated  Is anyone else having this problem?

I just got in no problem. Have you tried typing in the URL as well as a shortcut in Favorites? If you look it up on a search engine and click on the link that way does it let you in? Everything else working fine on your pc?

Thanks eyesopen and Chem11  I just tried it for like the 20th time and I was able to get it AHHHHHHH!! I was half way through my post and my computer just SHUT DOWN!! I am really getting ticked off. It must just be rotten luck. My monitor on the puter blew up yesterday, and I am now using a friends. It is a lot smaller but still works OK. I have been trying to get into the topics and each time I click on one, it takes like 2-3 minutes to open the page I am really getting frustrated. Is anyone else having problems with this or is it just me? This board seems to be really slow. I don't have the patience tonight so I guess I will try and combat it in the morning. I think I need tylenol PM and bed Thanks again

Okay, you're the third person that's reported having their computer shut itself off while on the boards. What will they think of next...?

WW...There are days that this board goes so slow you want to toss the computer out the window,Today is o.k. but two days ago it was terrible and yes I too have been tossed abruptly off line.Guess they didn't like what you were getting ready to post

I had sooo many computer problems from Carnicom's site that I just don't go there anymore! If someone over here provides a direct link to a post, then I hold my breath and try it! Otherwise, I guess I just have to miss out on their good info. P.S. I never did anything bur READ on that site, and still had mucho problems.

OK, things seem to be working a lot better today. I could not believe how angry I was getting last night! This board was so slow that yes RidestheWind.. I almost thought of throwing the puter out the window. I guess I was a wee little grumpy. I am happy to report that I am not having the problmes today, like I had yesterday. I am still having problems getting into Carnicoms site. Oh well, you can't have everything. At least things seem to be back to normal here. Well, thanks to all of you that responded.
