Check this out guys, it's no secret to those on this board that the situation in Klamath falls was CONTRIVED. By that I mean weather modification via CHEMTRAILS caused thier DROUGHT. We saw satellite photos on RENSE.com both over Oregon: http://www.rense.com/general10/port.htm and off california: http://www.sightings.com/general9/chemm2.htm Others have made the connection like this story: Chemtrails And Severe Drought In Australia at http://www.rense.com/general11/chemsd.htm Well, our benovolent Luciferian rullers have just released THIS story: NOAA: Drought to Expand Into U.S. Plains, Midwest http://dailynews.yahoo.com/h/nm/20010713/ts/weather_crops_dc_3.html I live in Indiana and have been watching what these SCUMBAGS have been doing here. Using this satellite photo site: http://www.rap.ucar.edu/weather/satellite.html I can get close ups or whole U.S. shots of what's happening. Whenever the clouds are sprayed, the whole sky becomes a homogenous white/gray color and IF we get any rain at all, it's just a misty drizzle. We were SUPPOSED to get rain last night and today but ..... GO FIGURE! I've saved satellite photos at this site if anybody is interested: http://groups.yahoo.com/group/LLNews It's slow sometimes so give it a sec to respond. You can see headlines that say satellite photos and the dates. We have to get the word out that these upcoming DROUGHTS are STAGED CRISIS. We need to strip these stinking globalists of their PLAUSIBLE DENIABILITY people! Watch the skies and tell others DROUGHT REALLY IS COMING. Have you ever wondered why the Bible talked about "sealing up the sky so no rain might fall." ??? I think we get it now!

Is this all about controlling food production? Increased droughts= farmers out of business...in steps monosanto to solve the crisis with drought resistant seeds= government says name your price, the sheeple will pay, through higher food prices, plus higher taxes to pay monosanto for their seeds. Food, a market that never goes out of fashion or that can be displaced by newer technology....My father always used to say 'they'll be charging us for the air that we breathe, next'. Yes ladies and gentleman, scientists have proven that the air is now so polluted that it is killing you, so for a reasonable price you can now have clean, artificially produced air substitute pumped into your specially constructed pod' AAAAAGGGGGHHHHHH!!!

I live in the city and they spray here, but if I go to some rural areas where there are lots of farmland, they get really sprayed. I have no doubt its all about causing a drought, at least in this area. From what i've figured out, there are two things the UN or NWO need to do to take over. The first is the guns. The second is to control the food. I am doing some research on this subject, but the UN has maps about how the US and Europe are going to be divided, if they succeed. The sheeple are being herded into the city by diseases, such as Foot and Mouth disease. It clearly shows on the map of the UK that where foot and mouth "broke out", is a UN designated biosphere area. People will do anything if the food is controlled. That is why everytime I go to the store I buy one or two cans of vegetables or soup or whatever I want, for the rainy day I believe is coming. I am going to get copies of the map and link to or post them for anyone who hasn't seen them.

Seems its already legal here in NH CHAPTER 12-F WEATHER MODIFICATION EXPERIMENTATION Section 12-F:1 12-F:1 Weather Modification Experimentation. – Any department or agency of the state may, with the approval of the governor and council and within the limits of appropriated funds or by means of gifts, donations or grants, engage in and undertake experimentation in the techniques and methods for weather modification, and may cooperate therein with the federal government, with authorized agencies of other states, and with interested persons and organizations. Source. 1985, 72:2, eff. July 1, 1985.

7-18-1 Reading the 1999 index for the Weather Modification Control Act, sections governing: "Activities governed by permit, Administration of oaths, Witnesses, Admissibility, Permit as defense, Agreements, Application for permit, Attendance of witnesses at hearing, Attorneys' fees, Citations, Permits, Compacts, interstate, Competence, demonstration for permit, Conditions for permits, Constructions of Act, Court order, Production of documents" etc, etc...
In reading the index (all I have available) one would clearly determine the need for the Weather Modification Control Act was to protect the people. (Isn't that what laws are supposed to be for?) So, why would this act be repealed???
Better question yet: why was there a need for the Weather Modification Control Act in the first place??Most states have similar laws. I would like to see others throughout these fifty nifty united States search for any Weather Modification act in their respective states, and determine if theirs has been repealed also.

Hitech.. I would have to agree with you. They are screwing with the weather big time! I have witnessed this here in Washington State several times. Every time we have a storm front getting ready to blow in, they are busy beavers up there spraying the heck out of the clouds. Then we don't get but a few drops or no rain at all. This is not normal for us here in the Pacific Northwest. Then when you watch the news, they are crying about how big the water problem is and how much we need the rain. The weather people here, can't even keep up. Everytime they say it is going to rain.. it doesn't and they are all screwed up. They can't even get the weather right.
We just got back from Leavenworth, WA. It is up in the mountains. They were calling for rain, and you know.. It never did. We camped Tuesday night and Wed, it was suppose to rain. When we got up Wed morning there were rain clouds and no rain. There were chemtrails all over the place. They were at it all day long, and when we left there at 4 in the afternoon.. there was still no rain. It makes me sick how they cry about how big the water problem is, but yet they continue to do this crap. I heard that several counties will now have water restrictions now. AHHH it makes me so angry!!!

All I can hope for is that these SCUM have made an 'ETERNAL' bed they'll have to lie in. I just hope I'm not there with them.

WonderWmm.... I have to agree with you on your theory about Washington state. We were in Hood River Oregon just yesterday. Woke up in the morning to chemtrails everywhere in the sky. These trails were drifting to the east just ahead of a storm coming up from the south. I talked to a store clerk in one of the shops in Hood River about the chemtrail controversy... she sounded very interested in learning more. She mentioned her mom lives in Wyoming and they are getting lots of rain... way more than is usual. She said it's usually very dry in that state.. but not this year.
I don't recall there being many agricultural crops grown in Wyoming...maybe hay.. but nothing like what grows in Washington or the other coastal states.
It was actually rather easy to strike up a conversation with that store clerk since when one brings up the topic of weather and points to trails in the sky, you can usually get out some good information to the listener. I directed the store clerk to try typing Chemtrails into her computer to learn more. Currently it's raining in the Yakima Valley.. we'll see how long that lasts.
