First, chemtrial weather modification operations have been underway in the North Pacific for six months. During that winter Siberia has had its bitterest cold ever, Anchorage, Alaska did not once fall below below zero degrees Farenheight, and Eastern Washington and Oregon have experience their worse droughts in history.With the observed Eastern Pacific contrailing there has obtained a persistent high-pressure ridge "sitting" off the Pacific Ocean's North American coast.
As I have explained before (and reproduce below) chemtrailed cloud controls the movement of weather systems by blocking the heat of the suns rays, preventing them from reaching the earth's water and/or land surface. This causes the surface to be cooler than it otherwise would,and as a result, it causes less air to be warmed and lifted, which, in turn, means that there will not be as much vacuum (low pressure) on the surface as there normally would have been -- or, in other words, the CWM causes higher-than-otherwise pressure beneith the chemtrailed areas.
THus the extensive chemtrailing over the Norther PAcific is the cause of the higher than normal pressure system that has created the tragic Siberian deep freeze, the mild ALaskan winter and the devestating Pacific Northwest drought.
I cannot agree with Philip Mote, climatologist at the University of Washington, who says that this high pressure anomaly is a "random event."
The fact is that everything meteorologists and climatologists have been telling us over the last ten years militates against the North Pacific high-pressure ridge being there in 2001. We are in a La Niña period which should coincide with cooler water in the eastern Pacific and wetter Northwest winters. We are also in the supposedly wet period of the Pacific Decadal Oscillation. The PDO has hitherto been a reliable predictor of wet and dry seasons for the Cascade Mountains.
From 1925 to 1945 there was a warm phase with droughts. From 1946 to 1976 ther was a cool wet phase with no droughts. Then the warm returned from 1976 to 1996, with three consecutive years of drought begining in 1992. But now we should be in a cool wet period, and indeed, we had record snowpack in the winter of 1998-99. Then record drought this year paired with heavy off-coastal chemtrailing.
Notice how this anomaly is accompanied by economic disasters. Washington agriculture loses total $400 million, including 90,000 acres of land , job losses in agriculture of 8,900, 489 forest fires as of July 16, streamflows 40 percent of normal.
Who benefits? Only the CHinese and their New York financial affiliates.
It so happens that the worlds experts on short-term climate control are the Chinese. The Chinese are also in aggressive competition with Washington fruit growers and other US farmers. The Chinese also control the Chicago commodities markets -- a connection between agricultural priducts and the financial markets. The ability to control the weather in secret is the ability to control the worlds weath in futures and derivatives markets. -- It is economic and technological and, with the CHinese, military power that is so great and so terrible that men who understand what I am telling you "wimp out" and suck their thumbs. -- And al;lied with the CHinese are the Eastern financiers who have committed themselves to prospering China whatever the cost (i.e. whatever the cost in American jobs, American farm livlihoods, American economic wellbeing.) Note too that it is the CHinese communists and the financiers who are also parterners in the narcotics trade, with the money laundering that supplies the funds that enables them to buy the media and the government officials needed to keep clandestine weather modification a secret.
The fact is that our deviant financial elites and China's murderous Princelings are at war with the United States, and Clandestine Weather Modification is their primary weapon. (The NSF computers that are devoted to super-complex weather modeling share in real-time all of their weather computations with the Chinese -- while US Universities do not have this privilege.)

Hello Mr. Eastman,
It has been a long time since I last wrote to you.....
The other reason for my writing, the chemtrails have been EXTREMELY thick these past few weeks. With the last few days being of particular activity. The trails or as we have come to call it "sky painting" has taken 3 distinct types:
First, the offshore spraying, this is going primarily from north to south.
Second, inland spraying this has been going primarily northwest to southeast but mainly from Everett north with very little going on over Vancouver and the lower Mainland I know this because we have a view all the way to Surrey and at night we can see the lights of Vancouver.
Third, the Puget Sound spraying, this has been mostly north to south but in new ways. Among them are the new patterns and the new smells, almost like organophosphates like herbicides but not. Granted I live in a rural part of Skagit county and in a farming area but I have smelled this in Seattle, Tacoma, Everett and up on the mountain passes. It has made my breathing a lot more difficult and others are saying the same thing.
Now the additional observations, I have seen new colors in the trails, also the forming of what would be "harvest rings" you know the rings that you see around the moon in the winter when the weather is going to change, usually going from clear/cold/high pressure to snow or warming. Well instead of that being around the moon in the winter it was around the sun at noon on Tuesday the 19th of June. This was not caused by a single plane flying in a circle, this was caused by massive offshore spraying at altitude and it then drifting onshore. Additionally the ring had a unique spectral shift, no mid range just red and blue..... interesting?
I have also observed what could be called walling chemtrails these are at staggered altitude on the same track, imagine the planes flying at 20, 25, 30, 35,000 feet making a vertical cloud deck. I have also observed the "double J" trail this looks like 2 "J's" stuck end to end with the hooks reversed. Well that's all for now other than to say hope to hear from you soon and the smell is thick tonight. Oh one more thing almost all of the spraying takes place between 4:00 am and 3:00 pm ...... go figure.Hi Dick,
It has been a long time since we talked. I was in Yakima yesterday and was
going to give you a cd with those pictures of the tanks and the tank farm as
well as a VERY SPECIAL BUILDING that doesn't exist. Any way your neighbor
has the cd, he offered to give it to you I know that it was not exactly
proper security protocol but.... anyway if he has not given it to you yet,
standing on the street it is the house to the left when looking at yours. I
know that it was not the most polite way but I called 2-3 times that day and
no one was home and I had promised to get that to you a long time ago.

Hi Dick,
Was on my way back from Wenatchee and was on I-5 between Everett and Marysville when I was witness to (2) C141's flying at @ 10,000 ft heading almost do west. At about 25-30,000 ft over Vancouver was a series of parallel chemtrails going north to south, but what was interesting was the rainbow or should I say lack there of, it consisted of 2 bands.... yes ..... 2 bands, one red orange and the other yellow/white. This was in stark contrast to the rainbow circle that I saw on the pass, that one was just like the one I saw in Seattle but more dissipated. Well that's all for today tomorrow I'm on the road again and probably more observations.

Hello Dick,
Something very interesting going on off the coast of BC tonight, for the
first time ever I have seen chemtrails off the coast and at sunset. Very
interesting in that they were the same color as the first sighting that I
ever told you about. Do you know or should I say postulate that they, the
chemtrails are related to the "radar rings"? Also a thought could the
current energy crisis be directly caused by the radar rings? I saw one web
site that showed a weather satellite photo and that the rings were raising
the temperature of the air inside the ring by 1-5 degrees per cubic
kilometer? How many megawatts do you suppose it would take to raise the
temperature? Or could the change in temperature be a by product of changing
the density of the air in a given area? Any way some food for thought
