Congressman Dennis Kucinic introduced a bill into congress(HR BILL 2977) which appears to acknowledge the existance of chemtrails as an "exotic weapon" According to my own observations, aircraft ARE spraying or somehow exhausting aluminum oxide and barium sterate,and in some cases biological material. I would like to ask you some questions ,if you wouldnt mind about this .I would like you to know from the begining that this is not an indictment of your integrity or your competence or an accusation of your involvement in illegal activity, as that I suspect is not the case.What I am concerned with is an atmospheric opperation involving tanker aircraft bearing white markings, some with orange also, spraying microscopic particles of metalic dust, chemicals and in some cases unusual biological components.My initial theory on why this widespread spraying was taking place was earth thermal budget managment, ie,an attempt to reflect solar energy and thus lower the surface temperature.This led me to the problem with the Sun.I have live satellite data like (I assume)you of the suns energy output and apparently the sun is way outside of its nominal parameters in magnetic flux, radiation output and proton/electron flux densities. This is obviously not an ordinary solar cycle. Just tell me am I on the right track!! Or are chemtrails, as some have imagined, a secret scalar weapon technolgy which could be used against the American people?? Dear Mr. Izerman,
I have been down this road with chemtrail believers many times during the
past 2-3 years. I contend that what you and other believers think are
"chemtrails" (the definition changes with believer) are nothing other than
ordinary persistent contrails. The pictures you sent me, I have seen them
many times before, are all forms of contrails, save perhaps the rocket
smoke-condensation trails coming out of the clouds in "Untitled 27." I
frequently see such displays of contrails overhead here in Virginia. I
have no knowledge of any sort of spraying campaign by the government or any
other entity other than crop (farmers) and mosquito (government) spraying.
The theories put forward to explain contrails thought to be chemtrails lack
any physical, economical, or rational basis. Congressman Kucinich
apparently did not bother to read his own bill, or if he did, he has little
understanding of what the words mean. In either case, it is a poor
reflection on Congress.
